Abstract

An agency cannot be separated from the role of human resources (HR) who work in it. The quality of human resources is one of the factors to increase the productivity of an agency's performance. Human resources are the most important contribution to the growth and development of the agency. Therefore, an agency needs to conduct an employee performance assessment to determine the success or failure of the employee in carrying out his duties. Soft skill competency assessment is a very important issue in managing employee performance. The system that runs at the Subur Village Hall Office in assessing employee soft skill competencies has weaknesses, namely the employee assessment process is still done manually and the data processing process has not used an application program. In addition, the assessment is still subjective and not relevant to the actual situation, so it cannot be used as a basis for objective decision making so that it is difficult to determine the soft skill competency assessment possessed by employees. The purpose of this study is to assist the agency in assessing employee performance quickly and accurately. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with program design using the multi-factor evaluation process (MFEP) method. The results of testing the MFEP method calculation system are close to the results of calculations carried out by the Subur Village Hall Office using the Microsoft Excel application according to the weights on each criterion that have been determined by the Subur Village Hall Office

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is one of the non-communicable diseases with the highest proportion in Indonesia and is the sixth highest cause of death in this country. Especially in Asahan District, the number of people with diabetes who died is increasing over time, so there needs to be effective treatment so that diabetes is no longer feared by the public because it is easy to treat. Many patients who experience diabetes are getting worse because they cannot detect the early symptoms of diabetes, which is still considered trivial. There is no information about diabetes and its symptoms, making it difficult to diagnose the disease. In the diagnosis of DM disease is limited to conventional diagnoses with doctors. it is necessary to build a system on a computer application to help diagnose DM. To determine the level of DM disease, an expert diagnostic system was made with the method used in this case is the Bayes method. This method is an approximation to an uncertainty that is measured by probability. Bayes' approach at the time of classification is to find the highest probability by inputting the required attributes and the probability of the disease and related symptoms. The results of the implementation of the system are the selection of symptoms according to the case of experiencing type 1 diabetes because it has a weight = 2 higher than the weight results of other diseases, the system provides the results of the process the system will provide information on what type of DM he is experiencing in order to get a solution with treatment

Abstract

Repair motorbikes in the workshop, there are still some beginner technicians who do not really understand looking for damage to motorbikes so they have to ask senior technicians at the workshop often. For this reason, it is necessary how to diagnose damage to motorcycle vehicles by knowing the types of damage, symptoms of damage, characteristics of damage, then diagnosis and alternative solutions to problems are needed. Most of the damage to motorbikes occurs due to negligence in carrying out maintenance on the motorbike itself, whether it is due to the busyness of the user or lack of knowledge in the maintenance of the motorbike used. The inference model used in making this expert system is forward chaining, while the search technique uses depth first search. Determination in diagnosing expert systems is done through a consultation process between the system and the user. In system testing, the results obtained are ECU System malfunction based on novice technician answers to system questions. By using the IF-THEN rule to obtain a solution for motorcycle damage

Abstract

At this time, chicken diseases often occur, especially for broiler and laying hens, so that it will cause a decrease in the production of meat and eggs. Diseases that attack chickens sometimes cannot be overcome by breeders because farmers do not understand the early symptoms of chicken illness, so farmers allow these conditions to cause chicken disease to get worse. If it gets worse then the disease will spread to other chickens quickly. Farmers also rarely consult with livestock extension workers at the Livestock Service Office of Asahan Regency and the agency cannot visit the farm because the road to the farm is far away and in a damaged condition. In order to be able to conduct good consultations between farmers and the service, it is necessary to design an application based on an expert system to facilitate farmers in diagnosing chicken diseases so that they do not have to come for consultation with livestock extension workers. With this web-based system used, it makes it easier for farmers to diagnose broiler and layer chicken diseases by simply selecting the symptoms that may be experienced by chickens in the system and the system will provide decisions about what diseases the chickens are experiencing. In the expert system application designed using data analysis with the Dempster Shafer method. The results of the decision with the case studied in the form of symptoms experienced by chickens resulted in 38.44% of snot disease, besides being able to determine the disease, this application can also provide a solution for handling it

Abstract

Halim Jaya Kisaran shop is one of the trading businesses that sells people's basic needs such as shoes and bags. This store requires forecasting in an effort to process data and generate accurate reports. This is done because the Halim Jaya Kisaran Store to determine the demand for shoes is unpredictable, so it often experiences a lack of shoes to be purchased in order to serve the demand for shoes needed by customers. In designing this system, the author uses the Double Moving Average (DMA) forecasting method for the decision support process in determining the number of shoe stocks to be sold for the next month, using the calculation method. This forecasting application was created using the Visual Basic Net 2010 programming language with Microsoft Access as the database. From making the system an application can be produced that can control optimal and economical demand and with a high level of accuracy and can predict the number of shoe requests at the Halim Jaya Kisaran Store so that the forecast results can help the store to avoid running out of stock of shoe requests at the Halim Jaya Kisaran Store

Abstract

This study was languages focused on comparative historical linguistics. The comparisons between two or more languages can be said to be age-appropriate with the emergence of linguistics itself. Understanding of a language is very interesting to know the extent to which there are similarities or similarities between aspects of the language that discussed the relationship of Proto Austronesian and Minangkabau. This study used the descriptive quantitative research design. These data were taken from the corpus (internet document) and also went to the field by interviewing the native speakers of the Minangkabau language. The researchers have found 97 related vocabularies that consist of 36 identical pairs, 27 pairs that had phonemic correspondences, 25 phonetic similarities, and 9 different phonemes. After calculating the percentage of kinship, the result of kinship is 49%. That means the kinship between the Proto-Austronesian language and the Minangkabau language is very close. From the findings of the related vocabularies, it could be explained that the Proto-Austronesian and Minangkabau languages are very close because they have had more than 20 % (twenty percent).

Abstract

Abstract: IT learning aims to help students to be able to seek knowledge and information through references to educational sites that the authors provide and so students are expected to be able to look for references to other sites related to education. The students never open sites with negative content. The students can be wiser in reading and disseminating information sourced from the internet. The students are able to use social media properly and wisely and are able to develop their business and interests through social media. Achievement of these objectives can be done through counseling, presentation and question and answer. After the activity, evaluation and monitoring were carried out by members of the community service to see an increase in understanding and use of the internet that was safer and better. So that internet abuse does not happen again in the future.Keywords: IT; Internet; modernAbstrak: Pembelajaran IT bertujuan untuk, membantu para santri agar mampu mencari ilmu dan informasi melalui referensi situs-situs pendidikan yang penulis berikan serta agar santri diharapkan dapat ,memcari referensi-referensi situs lain yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan. Para santri tidak pernah membuka situs-situs yang berkonten negative. Para santri dapat lebih bijak dalam membaca dan menyebarkan informasi yang bersumber dari internet. Abstract

Abstract: Communicative teaching-learning is one of the communicative learning which is from Translation learning and Task-based on learning. Communicative learning is always used many teachers to make the students more actively in learning process especially in learning the language to develop the students skill in speaking. The writer did the training English language by communicating to the students directly. The writer described all the material related to the speaking materials and the materials were the easiest and the hottest news which was being talked by many people. The students have showed their skill in English. One by one of the students told their story in English even though their English was not so good. They were happy and motivated in this training. The students were grade 10, 11, and 12 at MAS Bahrul Uluum Al-Kamal Asahan. After doing the communicative english teaching learning, they had spirit much more in learning.Keywords: communicativ; training; communicative learningAbstrak: Pembelajaran komunikatif merupakan salah satu pembelajaran komunikatif yang bersumber dari pembelajaran Translation dan pembelajaran berbasis Tugas. Pembelajaran komunikatif selalu digunakan banyak guru untuk membuat siswa lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran terutama dalam pembelajaran bahasa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Penulis melakukan pelatihan bahasa Inggris dengan cara berkomunikasi langsung dengan siswa. Penulis memaparkan semua materi yang berkaitan dengan materi berbicara dan materi tersebut merupakan berita termudah dan terhangat yang sedang dibicarakan oleh banyak orang. Para siswa telah menunjukkan keterampilan mereka dalam bahasa Inggris. Satu per satu siswa menceritakan kisah mereka dalam bahasa Inggris meskipun bahasa Inggris mereka tidak begitu baik. Mereka senang dan termotivasi dalam pelatihan ini. Siswa-siswi tersebut adalah siswa kelas 10, 11, dan 12 di MAS Bahrul Uluum Al-Kamal Asahan. Setelah melakukan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang komunikatif, mereka lebih semangat dalam belajar.Kata kunci: komunikatif; pelatihan; pembelajaran komunikatif

Abstract

The Expert System is one part of artificial intelligence which is designed to mimic the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving problems in the fields of health, medicine, business, economics and so on. Certainty factor is thought of when using an inference engine (decision-making machine) and can be logically described as a repetition application of the ponens mode (a set of inference rules and valid arguments) Gestroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is a type of disease that is often experienced by the community, and this type of disease is the disease that has the most number of patients in the Sidodadi Health Center because there are still many people who pay less attention to the disorders and the causes and symptoms that occur in gastric diseases. By utilizing an expert system to identify diseases in the stomach that are devoted to detecting Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) at the Sidodadi Health Center through symptoms or complaints experienced by the community, the result is that the level of confidence from the results of diagnosis using the certainty factor method is 81%.
