Abstract

Abstract: Technology plays an important role in trading business management. The sales application is a system that performs data processing and financial transactions that are equipped with integrated management such as sales transaction processes such as cash registers and inventory calculations or stock items. the role of this goods sales application can simplify the operational form they need and be able to increase their work effectiveness. The main objective of software procurement is to replace manual operations with technology, which is able to make the business survive in the midst of business competition and be able to develop according to expectations. Rudi Sparepart Store is a motorcycle spare parts sales store located in Sei Kamah Baru, Sei Dadap District which is engaged in sales, especially motorcycle spare parts and all motorcycle accessories. By implementing a sales application at the Rudi Spare Parts Store, it can help the shop admin process sales transactions for motorbike spare parts and reports can be generated quickly. Keywords: application; sales ; spare parts  Abstrak: Teknologi memegang peranan penting dalam manajemen bisnis perdagangan. Aplikasi penjualan merupakan suatu sistem yang melakukan pengolahan data serta transaksi keuangan yang dilengkapi dengan manajemen terintegrasi seperti proses transaksi penjualan seperti mesin kasir dan perhitungan inventory atau stok barang. peran aplikasi penjualan barang ini dapat mempermudah bentuk operasional yang mereka butuhkan dan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja mereka. Tujuan utama pengadaan perangkat lunak adalah untuk menggantikan operasi manual dengan teknologi, yang mampu membuat bisnis bertahan di tengah persaingan bisnis dan mampu berkembang sesuai harapan. Rudi Sparepart Store merupakan toko penjualan sparepart sepeda motor yang berlokasi di Sei Kamah Baru , Kecamatan Sei Dadap yang bergerak di bidang penjualan khususnya spare part sepeda motor dan segala aksesoris sepeda motor. Abstract

Abstract: Protocol training is carried out to improve the speaking skills of MAS Bahrul Uluum Al-Kamal Asahan students who are able to display good public speaking, are able to convey messages in accordance with the objectives of an event and can increase self-quality. This activity summarized a number of priority issues regarding the mastery of public speaking 1) there were still a number of errors in the application of communication ethics, 2) the need to master speech techniques using appropriate methods, 3) the need to master the technique of presenting events in accordance with protocol rules, and 4) the need to be able to apply language rules effectively in the context of public speaking. The solution offered by the team to solve these priority problems is by organizing training with a chronological strategy and a communicative approach that focuses on giving students opportunities to practice practically. Meanwhile, to optimize the achievement of objectives, training is carried out using three methods, namely cased based learning, demonstrations, and assignments (direct practice). The result of implementing this service program is that participants can master public speaking skills, both in the context of speeches and in hosting events. In addition, participants can also perform by paying attention to various aspects of public speaking, such as grammar, speech norms, and protocols that apply in public speaking. Keywords: protocol; speaking skills.Abstrak: Pelatihan keprotokoleran dilaksanakan untuk meningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa MAS Bahrul Uluum Al-Kamal Asahan yang mampu menampilkan public speaking yang baik, mampu menyampaikan pesan sesuai dengan tujuan dari suatu acara dan dapat menambah kualitas diri. Kegiatan ini dirangkum sejumlah permasalahan prioritas berkenaan dengan penguasaan public speaking 1) masih ditemukan sejumlah kesalahan dalam penerapan etika komunikasi, 2) kebutuhan untuk menguasai teknik berpidato dengan metode yang sesuai, 3) kebutuhan untuk menguasai teknik membawakan acara sesuai dengan aturan keprotokoleran, dan 4) kebutuhan untuk mampu menerapkan kaidah bahasa yang efektif dalam konteks berbicara di depan umum. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan prioritas tersebut dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan dengan strategi kronologis dan pendekatan komunikatif yang menitikberatkan pada pemberian kesempatan pada siswa untuk berlatih secara praktis. Adapun, untuk mengoptimalkan pencapaian tujuan, pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan tiga metode, yaitu cased based learning, demonstrasi, dan penugasan (praktik langsung). Hasil dari pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini adalah peserta dapat menguasai keterampilan berbicara di depan umum, baik dalam konteks pidato maupun dalam membawakan acara. Selain itu, peserta juga dapat tampil dengan memperhatikan berbagai aspek berbicara di depan umum, seperti tata bahasa, norma bicara, dan keprotokoleran yang berlaku dalam public speaking.Kata kunci: keprotokoleran; keterampilan berbicara

Abstract

Abstract: The problems that most often arise in the classroom are lack of student motivation and low student achievement. If teachers can respond quickly to problems these existing problems, they can become more reflective and critical of them learning process in the classroom. Therefore, the quality and quantity of the learning process in the classroom can be improved and improved. One way that teachers can improve the quality of learning is through classroom action research (PTK). Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a practical action with the aim of improving the quality of learning. PTK is part of Continuous Professional Development (PKB) as an effort to improve teacher competency as a whole, sequentially and planned. This is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of State and Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform Number 16 of 2009 concerning Functional Positions and Credit Scores. Referring to these regulations, PTK must be carried out by educators. PTK provides space for teachers to reflect on learning, identify challenges, and formulate an action as a solution to address these challenges. Evaluation of this training The training teacher is expected to be able to prepare a draft of Classroom Action Research. It is hoped that this draft can be further elaborated so that it becomes a comprehensive work of classroom action research. Keywords: classroom action research;learning outcomes; MTS Nurhasanah  Abstrak:Masalah yang paling sering muncul di kelas adalah kurangnya motivasi siswa dan rendahnya pencapaian siswa. Bila guru bisa cepat tanggap terhadap permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada ini, mereka dapat menjadi lebih reflektif dan kritis terhadap proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu, kualitas dan kuantitas proses pembelajaran di dalam kelaspun bisa diperbaiki dan ditiingkatkan. Salah satu cara yang bisa ditempuh guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran adalah melalui penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan sebuah tindakan praktis dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. PTK merupakan bagian dari Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru secara keseluruhan, berurutan dan terencana. Hal ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara dan Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 tentang Jabatan Fungsional dan Angka Kredit. Merujuk pada Peraturan tersebut, PTK wajib dilaksanakan oleh para pendidik. PTK memberikan ruang bagi guru untuk melakukan refleksi pembelajaran, mengidentifikasi tantangan, serta merumuskan sebuah tindakan sebagai solusi untuk menyikapi tantangan tersebut. Ealuasi dari pelatihan ini Guru pelatihan diharapkan dapat menyusun sebuah draf Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Abstract

Abstract. This training was focused on the writing skill in English language and the paricipants were the students of MAS Bahrul Uluum Al-Kamal Asahan.. The speakers used the field methods in this training of English education. The speakers told about the English tenses because the English writing skill had to use the tenses and if the students were able to understand the English basic tenses, they will make the sentences in English very well and correctly. The basic tenses that were used in this training were present tense, past tense, present perfect tense, and present future tense. The speakers elaborated the tenses more details and completely. They were able to identify the basic tenses which used in English writing and they were so satisfied in getting the training from the speakers.    Keywords : english; speaker; tenses Abstrak. Pelatihan ini difokuskan pada keterampilan menulis dalam bahasa Inggris dan pesertanya adalah siswa-siswi MAS Bahrul Uluum Al-Kamal Asahan. Pemateri menggunakan metode lapangan dalam pelatihan pendidikan bahasa Inggris ini. Pemateri menceritakan tentang tenses bahasa inggris karena keterampilan menulis bahasa inggris harus menggunakan tenses dan jika siswa mampu memahami basic tenses bahasa inggris maka mereka akan membuat kalimat dalam bahasa inggris dengan sangat baik dan benar. Tenses dasar yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah present tense, past tense, present perfect tense, dan present future tense. Pemateri menguraikan tenses tersebut lebih detail dan lengkap. Mereka mampu mengidentifikasi tenses dasar yang digunakan dalam penulisan bahasa Inggris dan mereka sangat puas mendapatkan pelatihan dari para pembicara. Kata Kunci :bahasa inggris; pemateri; tenses

Abstract

In the era of covid 19, learning activities are only done using the internet that forces teachers and students to communicate with each other through applications. Whatsapp application is very familiar among children, adults and even parents because the whatsapp application is very easy to understand in its optimization and also very lightly used on android phones. It is very important to provide information for android users today, WhatsApp is one of the chat applications that are quite popular. Although there are many chat apps such as telegram, massenger and others, but WhatsApp is indeed a chat application that is easy to use and has a variety of interesting features. In making an online exam using whatsapp is not using the features in whatsapp but we use a third-party application that is whatsapp auto which is connected to the whatsapp application that we often use to chat daily both in groups and private. To obtain an effective online exam creation process, teachers must download the whatsapp auto application.
