Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the motivation to mediate the leadership trilogy and job satisfaction to employee work productivity at PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment. The method used in this study is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires with 78 respondents with saturated sample techniques. Then the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression tests, t (partial) tests, coesifisien determination (R2) and sobel tests. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant influence on motivation, leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had a significant influence on employee work productivity, leadership trilogy and motivation had no significant effect on employee work productivity, motivation mediated leadership trilogy and job satisfaction had no insignificant effect on employee work productivity. Abstract

The purpose if this study is to describe (1) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Bethesda Hospital in Yogyakarta, (2) Effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at Bethesda Hospitasl Yogyakarta, (3) the effect of work and organizational commitment on employee performance.Population in Bethesda Hospital employees in Yogyakarta with 1,200 employees. The taking technique uses a saturated sampling method for 120 respondents. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis supported by the F test (F-test) and T test (T-test) and classic assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test.The results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equations for two variables are KIK = 6.183 + 0.734 KK + 3.151KO. So the results of the study show the effect of independent variables namely job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the dependent variable, namely employee performance(1) Variable job satisfaction is a variable that affects employee performance with a positive and significant regression coefficient of 0.734. This shows that every increase in employee job satisfaction will also improve employee performance2) Variable organizational commitment is a variable that affects employee performance with a positive and significant regression coefficient of 3.151. This shows that any increase in organizational commitment will also improve employee performance. (3) There is a significant positive effect of the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect is determined by the terminated coefficient value (adjusted R2). The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) through regression analysis is 0.191, meaning that the independent variables together affect the dependent variable by 19.1% and the remaining 80.8% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

The objective of the researcher is to examine the variables of transformational leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment to employee performance at the DIY Preservation Hall. The population in this study were employees of the DIY Conservation Center. Sampling using Slovin formula (Sugiyono, 2011: 87), sampling technique using stratified random sampling method with 75 respondents.Data analysis techniques using classical assumption testing: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, coefficient of determination R2, beta coefficient of standardization. The results showed that the Transformational Leadership variable had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on employee performance and the presence of organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Conservation Center DIY.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of transactional leadership style and compensation on employee performance mediated by work motivation on the employees of the Sleman Regency. Sampling in this study uses probability method because the population of employees in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Sleman Regency is quite a lot to be studied. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed by the Director of PDAM Sleman. Data analysis techniques using the application SPSS version 21 include validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the transactional leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transactional leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by motivation. The most dominant influence is work motivation variable, then compensation variable is followed

Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in the Regional Financial Institutions and Assets of Sleman Regency. The sample in this study were all employees of the Regional Financial Institutions and Assets of Sleman Regency. Data collection by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure indicators. The technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment acts as mediation affect organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

Service Bantul City's culture is device formed area - in skeleton carry out affairs government field culture and assignments affairs privileges of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The objective of the study is To analyze and find out the influence of compensation and environmental work on the performance of employees mediated by Motivation. Study this using research that is quantitative whereas in getting data used instrument research that has been set with spread questionnaire, check or checklist to respondents. In research, this use technique of nonprobability sampling (saturated sampling) is a technique determination sample when all member populations are used as the sample that is whole employee Service Culture Bantul Regency consists of 30 people. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan kerjasama tim terhadap komitmen organisasi pada CV Alfazza Abadi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan CV Alfazza Abadi yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non-probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling/saturated sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1). Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. 2). Budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi 3). Kinerja tim tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. 4). Kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan kerjasama tim secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

The Environmental Agency is one of the local government agencies of Bantul Regency, which is in charge of preparing, implementing, supervising, controlling, and controlling all policies specific to the environment in Bantul Regency. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is quantitative with primary data. While obtaining data, research instruments that have been determined with distribution questionnaires, checks, or checklists are used for respondents. This study used a saturated sample where 105 employees used the entire population of members. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh kepemimpinan etis terhadap green behavior green behavior dimediasi komitmen afektif dan normatif. penelitian ini memiliki populasi 150 responden dengan sampel 109 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, analaisis data menggunakan SmartPls 3.0, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. hasil analisis menunjukkan : 1) kepemimpinan etis tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Green Behavior; 2) Kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif; 3) kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen normatif; 4) komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif terhadap green behavior; 5) komitmen normatif berpengaruh positif terhadap green behavior. Dari hasil penelitian saran yang dapat di berikan untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, selain itu meningkatkan hubungan komunikasi dan keakraban antar anggota dan menumbuhkan rasa bertanggung jawab setiap karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment and Knowledge sharing on employee performance by mediating innovative behavior.Design/methodology/approach - The sampling method used was the census method. The research subjects were the Settlement Infrastructure Agency for DI Yogyakarta Region employees, while data retrieval employed a questionnaire for 146 respondents. However, questionnaires only processed data for 100 respondents. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) inferential, variance-based SEM with SmartPLS Version 3.0 software.Findings - The results showed that the work environment and knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had no effect on innovative behavior or was not proven, knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, innovative behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The mediation results showed that innovative behavior could partially mediate the influence of the work environment and Knowledge sharing on employee performance. The role of innovative behavior in mediating the work environment and Knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so, in this study, innovative behavior could mediate the work environment and Knowledge sharing on employee performance.Research limitations/implications – Respondents who returned the questionnaires to the researchers were not 100% of the total sample population, so the analysis results were not the same as the hypothesis.Originality/value - The novelty of this research is to examine the role of mediating innovative behavior in the influence of KS and the work environment on employee performance in public service employees who have different characteristics when compared to employees of non-public organizations.
