Abstract

At this time, technological developments have developed very rapidly and quickly, bringing about very big changes because they make the information obtained available quickly, easily, accurately and not limited by place and time. A village is a community unit that has a structure based on special characteristics. Village government contains participation, diversity, genuine autonomy, democratization and community empowerment. Moyot Village is a village in Sakra subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that in Moyot Village, Sakra District, several weaknesses were found in village services or village administration. With the existence of village technology development programs such as Village Information Systems and Village Websites, it is hoped that it will make it easier for village officials to carry out public services such as conveying data information online. transparency and can be known by the community without having to go to the village office to ask what is in the village and what will be done in the village, such as APBDes funds and so on.

Abstract

This service aims to help students improve their readiness and skills in completing the Skills Competency Test in the field of Computer and Network Engineering. The National Examination is no longer a determinant of graduation based on government regulations through the Ministry of Education and Culture which regulates policies and criteria for student graduation. Even though they no longer require national test scores, schools have full power in determining the school graduation requirements for their students, but these requirements must be in accordance with the circular issued by the Minister of Education and Culture. The target of this activity is class XII students at NWDI Renco Vocational School who are the main partners. The target and output of this activity is the development of skills in working on skills competency test questions that are skills in nature. The method used is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). This activity is carried out by providing practical knowledge and skills. With this skills competency training, especially in the field of Computer and Network Engineering, it is hoped that it can help students prepare for skills competency tests to get maximum results and improve student competency. Abstract

Computer networks are one of the important subjects in the field of information technology. Various types of computer network devices continue to innovate to adapt to technological developments. Mikrotik is one of the router products that is widely used to implement a network system. As an educator, in this case a lecturer is required to implement the Tri Darma every year, one of which is PKM, namely Community Service, which this year is focused on the Computer Department at SMKN 1 Peringgasela. The aim of this training is to increase understanding and competence in the field of computer networks using Mikrotik, and to prepare students to face the Skills Competency Examination (UKK) as well as providing preparation for the implementation of the PSG and when they graduate. The training methods used are lectures and practice (Demostration). The results of this training activity in general, apart from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the students, include several components, namely: 1) Success in training, 2) Achievement of planned research objectives, 3) Achievement of planned material targets

Abstract

Managing public complaints is an important aspect in improving the quality of public services, especially as a means of bridging the needs and aspirations of the community to the government. However, in Kalijaga Tengah Village, Aikmel District, East Lombok Regency, the process of managing public complaints is still carried out manually, such as through oral submissions or written letters, which often faces various obstacles, including disorganized recording, difficulty tracking the status of complaints, and slow response. This can hinder efforts to improve public services and reduce the level of public trust in village government. To overcome these challenges, innovation is needed in the form of implementing  a web-based information system designed to increase efficiency, transparency and accuracy in managing public complaints. This information system allows the public to submit complaints online, monitor progress in handling complaints, and receive responses more quickly . On theother hand, village officials can manage complaint data in a structured manner, prioritize handling, and produce reports that support effective decision making. Apart from that, this system is expected to encourage active community participation in village governance, strengthen relations between the community and village government, and be the first step in the modernization of information technology-based administration. The implementation of this system not only aims to improve the quality of public services in Central Kalijaga Village, but also as a model for effective application of technology in the rural environment, which integrates traditional values ​​with modern technological innovation

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the increasing trend of online shopping, especially among Gen Z who actively use social media such as TikTok Shop. Therefore, it is important for business actors to understand the consumer satisfaction window to improve marketing strategies and maintain consumer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the grouping of Gen Z consumer satisfaction in East Lombok in online shopping at TikTok Shop using the K-Means algorithm and with Elbow optimization to determine the optimal number of clusters. The data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 507 Gen Z respondents in East Lombok in 2025, with six main variables: product quality, product price, delivery, ease of application, influencer influence, and overall satisfaction. The results of the analysis using Google Colab showed the formation of three main clusters: Cluster 1 with a high level of satisfaction of 169 respondents, Cluster 2 with a moderate level of satisfaction of 255 respondents, and Cluster 3 with a low level of satisfaction of 83 respondents. Each cluster has different characteristics in assessing satisfaction variables. This information can be used as a reference for business actors on TikTok Shop in developing more effective marketing strategies

Abstract

Intangible cultural heritage such as Gendang Beleq, the traditional musical art of the Sasak people in Lombok, faces preservation challenges in the modern era due to the lack of interactive learning resources and the shifting interests of younger generations. This study aims to address these issues by developing a web-based information system that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to support cultural preservation and education. The research method includes needs analysis, system design using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, web application development, and feasibility evaluation. The designed system utilizes AI to automate the creation and presentation of relevant and personalized multimedia content (audio, visual, and text), making the learning materials more engaging and accessible. The trial results indicate that the web information system operates optimally without technical errors and receives highly positive user responses, achieving a feasibility level of 79% as an educational media. These findings suggest that the integration of AI within a digital platform is an effective and feasible innovative approach to enhance young people’s understanding and awareness of the Sasak culture of Gendang Beleq, while bridging conventional preservation methods with modern technology.

Abstract

The issue of waste has become one of the most important concerns worldwide, requiring serious attention from all segments of society. This is due to the increasing volume of waste along with the growing population. Many villages face major problems in terms of ineffective waste management systems and the low public awareness regarding waste management, especially in the Surabaya Village Office, East Lombok Regency, which negatively impacts health and the comfort of public spaces. The Surabaya Village Office, as a public service center, plays an important role in creating a clean, healthy, conducive, and productive work environment. An effort to modernize conventional waste management in the Surabaya Village Office is by designing an automatic trash bin system based on Arduino using ultrasonic sensors to automatically open and close the trash bin. This aims to avoid direct physical contact and unpleasant odors. The utilization of Arduino technology provides an innovative solution for waste management. The results of the innovation in making an automatic trash bin using Arduino can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of waste management in the Surabaya Village Office

Abstract

The digitalization era requires Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt through the utilization of information technology. Bank Sampah Mandiri Sandubaya, as an MSME engaged in both environmental management and community empowerment, had previously relied only on social media for promotion and information dissemination. However, this approach was insufficient to provide structured, credible, and well-documented information. This community service program aimed to develop an official website for Bank Sampah Mandiri Sandubaya and provide training and mentoring for its operators. The method employed a participatory approach through socialization, discussion, training, and evaluation. The results show that the website was successfully developed and operated by the partner’s staff. The website not only serves as a medium for promotion and information but also enhances professionalism in operational management and activity documentation. Thus, the website is expected to expand market reach, increase competitiveness, and support the sustainability of environment-based MSMEs.
