Abstract

Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), konsumsi selada hijau di Indonesia meningkat dari 94,8 gram per orang per minggu pada tahun 2021 menjadi 100,0 gram per orang per minggu pada tahun 2022. Penggunaan Internet of Things (IoT) di sektor pertanian dapat memaksimalkan produksi pangan untuk memenuhi permintaan sayur mayur yang terus meningkat. Dalam Penelitian ini, sistem pemantauan diusulkan berbasis Teknologi LoRaWAN, dengan menggunakan platform gateway milik telkom yaitu Antares. Sistem ini bekerja dengan baik secara keseluruhan. Nilai analog TDS yang memiliki keakuratan 95,25 jika dibandingkan dengan TDS Meter. Pengujian Sensor ultrasonik masing masing memiliki keakuratan di 97,88% dan 98,1%. Untuk nilai SNR memiliki Rata Rata sebesar -5,19dB, dan nilai RSSI memiliki Rata Rata sebesar -113dBm. Sistem ini dapat bekerja selama 24 jam tanpa ada masalah pengiriman Data. Untuk Pengiriman ke website melalui API tidak ada delay signifikan dan semua bekerja dengan baik.

Abstract

Criminal acts of sexual violence are widespread in society, and the aim of the research is to study and analyze a decision. The research methods used by researchers are normative juridical with case, statutory, and philosophical approaches. The primary legal material is the Sexual Violence Crime Law and Decision Number 72/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Bau. while secondary materials: books, journals, etc., the interpretation used is grammatical and systematic interpretation. The results of the research show that the paradigm used by the Panel of Judges does not have a victimology perspective, as evidenced by the statement expressed by the victim witness who explained that the defendant was not the perpetrator of a crime of sexual violence, while the actual perpetrator had been appointed by the victim witness based on the photo submitted by the Counselor. The law and the perpetrator are still at large, while the defendant was legally and convincingly found guilty of committing the crime of sexual immorality. Therefore, the Panel of Judges ignored the facts of the trial. Apart from that, the panel of judges did not interpret the victim's witness statement as a standalone piece of evidence as regulated in the Sexual Violence Crime Law. So the author's suggestion is that it is important for the judge to have the victim's perspective, in this case, what the victim said is information that must be acknowledged at trial and It is necessary to evaluate the panel that examined and decided the case.

Abstract

To foster stability, order, and peaceful conditions in society, as well as to instill a sense of discipline and habitual behavior among individuals in South Buton Regency, the South Buton Regency Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2020 concerning Public Order and Community Peace was established. This regulation underscores the significance of community participation in enhancing various aspects of life, including knowledge, economy, social structures, environment, and politics. Active engagement from all members of society is essential in creating a safe and comfortable environment. However, the effectiveness of this regulation is hampered by the lack of public awareness and understanding, primarily due to insufficient dissemination of information. As a result, many community members are unaware that they may be violating the regulation, leading to inadvertent non-compliance. The absence of proper socialization efforts from relevant authorities means that the public does not receive necessary information or warnings about the prohibitions outlined in the regulation. This gap in communication and education is a critical factor contributing to the lack of adherence to the regulation and underscores the need for more robust public outreach and education initiatives. By improving socialization and awareness efforts, the authorities can ensure that the community is better informed, which will enhance compliance and ultimately contribute to a more orderly and peaceful society.

Abstract

Increasing awareness of the importance of head personal protective equipment in industrial and construction environments has become a major concern in efforts to improve occupational safety. This research developed an early detection system for the use of computer vision-based head protective equipment using the YOLOv7 model and the Jetson Nano controller. The YOLOv7 algorithm was chosen for its ability for fast and accurate object detection. The YOLOv7 model was trained with a total dataset of 2799 images and iterations of 100 epochs to detect head personal protective equipment with a high degree of accuracy. The system captures imagery, activates a warning alarm, and sends a notification to Telegram when a violation occurs on an object that is not wearing a safety helmet. The test results using the confusion matrix method showed that the developed system was able to detect head personal protective equipment with an accuracy rate of 97.23%, which shows the system's ability to recognize personal protective equipment with very high accuracy. In addition, the system also showed a precision value of 98.71% indicating that all detections performed were correct, and a recall of 95.63% which describes the system's ability to recognize most of the head personal protective equipment available. The average FPS result using GPU with CUDA on Jetson Nano reached 5,723 FPS.

Abstract

Sebagian besar generasi muda saat ini dalam berbagai kasus pelanggaran hukum, yang paling serius adalah penyalahgunaan narkoba, yang dapat berdampak buruk bagi tumbuh kembang mereka. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, dosen-dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk penyuluhan hukum mengenai upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana narkotika di kalangan anak muda Kelurahan Wameo, Kecamatan Batupoaro, Kota Baubau. Setelah pelaksanaan penyuluhan hukum, hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja tentang tindak pidana kejahatan narkotika semakin meningkat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja tentang tindak pidana kejahatan narkotika masih minim. Saat ini sudah ada kesadaran yang lebih baik tentang kejahatan yang terkait dengan opioid. Hasil kegiatan ini dideskripsikan dalam laporan pelaksanaan kegiatan dan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah sehingga dapat bermanfaat baik bagi civitas akademika maupun masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Masalah kekurangan gizi seperti stunting, kurus, dan anemia, serta masalah kelebihan gizi atau obesitas. Stunting, yang merupakan salah satu dampak dari kekurangan gizi kronis, menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya pencegahan. Metode yang penulis gunakan adalah metode empiris. upaya pencegahan stunting pada balita menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan yang terintegrasi, meliputi edukasi gizi dan kesehatan, regulasi pemerintah, peran petugas kesehatan dan kader kesehatan, pembentukan KADARZI, serta Strategi Nasional Percepatan Pencegahan Stunting (Stranas Stunting), dapat mengurangi angka stunting pada balita dan memberikan pondasi kesehatan yang kuat bagi generasi mendatang.
