Air pollution monitoring is a method used to determine air quality at particular location. The air quality assessment system through internet provides realtime air quality information. The objective of the use of microcontroller and sensors on the system is to measure levels of contaminants in the air. So it is able to provide information about air quality at a point in the area as well as the harmful content in it. In this design, a Bluemix cloud service from IBM was also implemented to provide data access for users anywhere and anytime using a browser or Android- based application.

Wireless sensor network is a common method used in the design of shared resource interconnection infrastructure at a location point to provide optimal performance. The main factor in the design of a wireless sensor network (WSN) communication protocol in the form of coordination optimization efforts between nodes, one of the effective methods that can be made to achieve such conditions is the provision of nodes using the publish / subscribe messaging system protocol. This research discusses the implementation of publish / subscribe messaging system protocol on wireless building network system based on NRF2L01. Discussions include simulation, design, implementation, application testing and system performance both on a work-to-work and performance-by-node performance. The results showed the system was able to monitor all information and control equipment from a building through a web interface making it easier for officers to maintain and supervise a building, then to test the performance of nodes with a fixed data packet size of 32 bytes, the delay value for each node is less than 1 second, then for the minimum throughput 250 kbps data rate obtained at 5.9 Kbps and the maximum throughput obtained at 72 Kbps and for packet loss of at least 0.59% while the maximum packet loss of 13.23% and the standard deviation value of delay, throughput and packet loss are smaller than the average value, the data is not very varied (stable).

Perkembangan industri hiburan seperti film saat ini sangat begitu pesat dan bervariasi, hal tersebut seringkali membingungkan para penikmat film dalam menentukan film yang sangat direkomendasikan, solusi atas permasalahan tersebut adalah suatu sistem rekomendasi film yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi film-film yang berkualitas untuk ditonton oleh penikmat film berdasarkan rating film tersebut. Twitter jejaring sosial favorit yang masih sering digunakan oleh masyarakat saat ini untuk menuliskan pikiran, perasaan maupun aspirasi dari setiap user, pada sistem ini cuitan twitter berfungsi sebagai data input yang dapat diolah menjadi suatu data yang lebih bernilai seperti rating. Penelitian ini dibahas sistem rekomendasi film berdasarkan rating dari komentar - komentar twitter menggunakan ibm bluemix dengan algoritma Support Vector Machine. Hasil Pengujian memberikan keluaran berupa rating, dimana nilai yang dihasilkan cenderung mendekati nilai rating dari situs rating film yang sudah popular dan terpercaya.

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on almost all sectors of people's lives including the industrial sector.. According to Director of Energy Conservation Haryanto, the efforts that the industry can do to survive the current pandemic period is with conservation and energy efficiency, because when an industry has implemented an energy efficiency system, the industry will be able to reduce energy costs and reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. This research aims to create a prototype system that can support effective and efficient energy utilization efforts through the monitoring system of electricity use in the Politeknik Enjinering indorama Electrical department Workshop building so that it is expected to be used as a reference for energy audit systems both in the community environment and in the Politeknik Enjinering Indorama in order to aim for energy utilization. In this system Nodemcu ESP 8266 which acts as an RTU (Remote Transfer Unit) will send the results of processing data measurement sensor PZEM 004t to MTU (Master Transfer Unit) Raspberry pi using the Communication Protocol Modbus TCP, then the data received by MTU from RTU will be displayed to the display HMI (Human Machine Interface) Webvisu from Codesys so that sensor measurement data can be monitored in real time in the Politeknik Enjinering indorama Electrical department Workshop building either through the Computer or mobile phone. Based on the results of PZEM04T sensor testing for energy use for 30 days obtained the largest energy usage data, namely on line 1 of 83235.31 KWh, on line 2 of 79122.49 KWh and on line 3 of 26289.15 with accuracy rates for each line1, 2 and 3 which is 4.46%, 4.87% and 9.89%. The conclusion of this study that the system successfully functioned in accordance with the purpose of the study is to monitor the use of electrical energy in the Electrical Engineering wokshop building both through mobile phones and PCs in real time to be further referenced to the process of effective and efficient energy utilization in the future.Keywords: Energy Audit; PZEM04T; Raspberry Pi Codesys; Modbus TCP.

The public health monitoring system at the Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is a form of integrated health service carried out in a Puskesmas working area where the implementation is carried out in each Kelurahan or RW. It can be said that the system is not optimal because during the Covid-19 virus pandemic we have to minimize activities that are physical in nature, such as the use of health books which are currently being used less than optimally for the community because it allows for the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Then the monitoring system still uses email for sending data from Posyandu to Puskesmas, Puskesmas to the Health Office and Health Office to the Ministry of Health. This system is not profitable, because in addition to requiring a lot of time for data transmission, the data sent may fail or not be successfully sent. Solutions related to these problems can be solved by creating a multi-platform-based maternal and child health monitoring system, the monitoring system here can already be done in real time using a database so there is no need for manual data transmission such as via email. In just a few seconds, the data received by the Posyandu from the community will be monitored directly by the Puskesmas, the Health Service and the Ministry of Health. In addition, the data that was previously collected in the form of a book is now replaced with an application that can be opened via a smartphone which contains data along with children's development charts. So that the community and other health care parties can access children's development simply by using a smartphone. In addition, the data will also be managed very well and the data will be maintained when using the application when compared to using a book, the data can be damaged or lost.

Proses belajar mengajar saat ini masih banyak menggunakan cara konvensional yang memiliki kerugian berupa susahnya pengarsipan materi pembelajaran sehingga bahan pembelajaran di kelas sulit diakses. Selain itu proses belajar mengajar saat ini juga masih melibatkan absesnsi menggunakan kertas yang sangat tidak ramah lingkungan. Untuk itu dirancang sebuah sistem yang membantu proses belajar mengajar di kelas yang diberi nama Classie. Classie menggunakan API Bluemix dalam melakukan tugasnya yaitu Object Storage, Visual Recognition, Ustream-TV dan Cloudant NoSQL.Proses perancangan Aplikasi berbasis Web Classie dengan mengintegrasikan API-API di atas berhasil dilakukan dan berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya. Classie berhasil melakukan fungsinya berupa unduh materi kuliah, absensi kelas dan individual, dan streaming video perkuliahan.

Tahap yang paling penting dalam proses pembuatan sebuah chip adalah pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan untuk memastikan hasil rancangan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Proses pengujian juga dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi fault yang muncul pada sebuah rangkaian. Algoritma yang dilakukan untuk menghasilkan test pattern pada rangkaian sequensial adalah scan chain. Rangkaian yang diuji adalah rangkaian s641 (ISCAS 89) dengan metode non scan, full scan, dan partial scan. Rangkaian s641 dioptimasi dan dimodifikasi terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan Synopsys Design VisionTM. Seluruh D-Flip-Flop (DFF) pada rangkaian s641 diubah menjadi Scanable D-Flip-Flop (SDFF) dan kemudian ditambahkan scan-chain yaitu port scan-in, scan-out, dan scan-enable pada rangkaian. Hasil pengujian didapatkan nilai fault coverage untuk rangkaian s641 setelah dioptimasi bernilai diatas 95% dengan pengujian partial scan sequential ATPG menggunakan penggantian 3 SDFF. Apabila dilakukan penggantian sebanyak 15 SDFF, maka nilai fault coverage yang didapatkan mendekati 100% dengan pengujian yang sama.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi membuat manusia menjadi lebih kreatif dalam menciptakan sebuah system yang akan digunakan untuk mempermudah kegiatan kesehariannya. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi tersebuat diantaranya berupa system jemuran otomatis yang membantu melindungi pakaian yang sedang dijemur dari situasi dan kondisi hujan secara tiba-tiba dengan memanfaatkan perangkat mikrokontroler dan modul sensor. Mikrokontroler akan mengolah informasi data yang diberikan oleh sensor, lalu memberikan instruksi pada motor driver untuk berputar dan bergerak kekiri atau kekanan sehingga atap pelindung jemuran dapat aktif dan melindungi jemuran dari hujan. Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan ini mengacu kepada tahapan design science research method (DSRM), pengujian dilakukan melalui mekanisme uji fungsi serta response kerja alat terhadapa parameter yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, system mampu berfungsi dan memberikan respon kerja yang baik dan optimal.

Abstract The benefits of technology that can be applied to human problems nowadays one of them is in the process of control and monitoring of resources in a building in a close and in a long distance. The Internet of things are being continuously developed and implemented in all areas, that is because of the needs of devices that can be controlled and monitored remotely. In this study Smart Home System designed to be able to control all equipments in the home with any brand device, then the Smart Home System is able to monitor the state of the Home from the dangerous things such as smoke and gas with the addition of sensor devices that is needed by the user in a home and also with a low power consumption. The process of control and monitoring is done through web interface. The test results show the system can store the remote code for each TV and AC equipment and the code is reused by ESP8266 as a controller to remote all TV equipment and air conditioning with a different brands. In addition test results show the system can monitor and provide notifications through a Web view that can be accessed using a Web browser. Keywords: IOT , ESP8266, Smart , Home , low cost

Increasing awareness of the importance of head personal protective equipment in industrial and construction environments has become a major concern in efforts to improve occupational safety. This research developed an early detection system for the use of computer vision-based head protective equipment using the YOLOv7 model and the Jetson Nano controller. The YOLOv7 algorithm was chosen for its ability for fast and accurate object detection. The YOLOv7 model was trained with a total dataset of 2799 images and iterations of 100 epochs to detect head personal protective equipment with a high degree of accuracy. The system captures imagery, activates a warning alarm, and sends a notification to Telegram when a violation occurs on an object that is not wearing a safety helmet. The test results using the confusion matrix method showed that the developed system was able to detect head personal protective equipment with an accuracy rate of 97.23%, which shows the system's ability to recognize personal protective equipment with very high accuracy. In addition, the system also showed a precision value of 98.71% indicating that all detections performed were correct, and a recall of 95.63% which describes the system's ability to recognize most of the head personal protective equipment available. The average FPS result using GPU with CUDA on Jetson Nano reached 5,723 FPS.
