Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondents' data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. Where from the questionnaire distributed questionnaire as many as 65 respondents using census techniques.Data analysis with parametric and non parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Path Analysis. This study uses path analysis (path analysis) to test the pattern of relationships that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables on other variables, both direct influence and indirect influence. The results of the study are as follows: The effect of the X3 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 and X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0,000> 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of X3 on Y is significant. The effect of the X4 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.008> 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X4 on Y is significant. The effect of X1 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.047 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 to X4 is significant. The influence of X1 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.010> 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 and Y is significant. The effect of the X2 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.003 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on X4 is significant. The influence of X2 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.007 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on Y is significant.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondents' data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. Where from the questionnaire distributed questionnaire as many as 60 respondents using census techniques. Data analysis with parametric and non parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Path Analysis. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.020> 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 on Y is significant. The effect of the X4 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.002> 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X4 on Y is significant. The influence of X1 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.008 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 to X4 is significant. The influence of X1 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.016> 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 and Y is significant. The effect of the X2 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.012 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on X4 is significant. The influence of X2 on Y has a P-Values value of 0,000 <0,05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on Y is significant.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study of communication climate, competence, discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study is to obtain data and information on communication climate, competence, work discipline and employee satisfaction that are used as analysis material to find out its effects on the performance of Tanjungpinang Navigation Class I Office employees. Survey data collection is carried out by utilizing the attitude stage questionnaire that has been adapted for the topic of this research. The number of respondents was 142 people. In order to be able to characterize the attitude, the structural model with Smart PLS 3.2.8 assistive measurement tools is used as a research framework. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between variables Climate communication, Competence, and Discipline on employee performance by 40.3%, and the remaining 59.7% explained by other constructs outside that were examined in this study. The majority of respondents in the research location have insight into addressing this research based on their influence and benefits for employees. The research data shows that it has fulfilled the Composite Reliability assumption with a spread percentage value of 80.6% for the communication climate, 81% for its competence, 79.6% for employee discipline and 85.9% for employee performance and 81% for employee job satisfaction. Showing indicators in each structure have a high-reliability consistency

Abstract

In this study, researchers used data respondents, such as gender, age and long working respondents to provide information on the characteristics of respondents. The questionnaire was spread over 42. The discussion in this chapter is the result of field studies to obtain data on the questionnaire responses that measure five key variables in the study, namely competence, education, self efficacy, work spirit and employee performance. Analysis of data with parametric and non parametrics statistics using SEM-PLS (structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square) on the research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, as well as discussion of the hypothesis test results and path analysis Path. This research uses path analysis to test relationship patterns that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables against other variables, both direct influences and indirect influences. Calculation of line coefficient in this study assisted with Smart PLS Ver 3.0. To find out the direct and indirect influences between variables then be seen from the calculation result of the line coefficient and to know the significance. The influence of the variable X3 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.008 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 on X4 is significant. The influence of the variable X3 on X4 has a PValues value of 0,000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 on X4 is significant. The influence of the variable X4 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.008 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X4 on Y is significant. The influence of the variable X1 to X4 has a P-Values value of 0.010 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 to X4 is significant. The effect of the variable X1 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.047 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X1 on Y is significant. The influence of the variable X2 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0,000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence of X2 on X4 is significant.
