Abstract

The presence of radicalism is increasingly alarming and is a form of activity that all communities are aware of because the precursor of this radicalism increasingly thrives in the community. Like many acts of vigilanties, organized violence, down to the anarchistic way of conveying thoughts and opinions and responding to the differences in the neighborhood have become the people's everyday food. It is therefore essential to counter radicalism. The good news is that many deradicalism movements have been carried out today. One of the most pervasive deradicalism activities is the campus radicalism prevention effort. The deradicalism movement in the university's environment is intended for Indonesian students to gain early knowledge about radicalism that can occur in community life, especially in the campus environment. The purpose of the study is to see the existence of the non-penal approach on the campus of radicalism. The more special non-penal approach on these studies focuses on optimizing some of the roles of religious and state subjects. The study was conducted by a quantitative approach with a type of angket data that included 51 respondents from various colleges in indonesia. Non-penal approaches have been optimized by leverages of these premier and state institutions, namely, have been widely implemented in universities in Indonesia. In addition to optimizing classes, many other efforts are made by the campus, depending on individual policies.

Therefore, the obligation to study for every Muslims, both male and female, is a must, as well as children with special needs without any exception. Those children with special needs who have some limitations also have an obligation to study, because in the current phenomenon, there are still many children with special needs who don’t get the opportunity to undergo education. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to see how the Islamic religious perspective regarding the obligation to study for children with special needs. The method used in this study is a qualitative method which will produce a number of descriptive data. The data collection technique used is literature study where the sources obtained come from books, journals, articles, as well as the Qur'an and Hadith. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the intensity of secondary caregiver and parental stress on the socio-emotional development of early childhood secondary care intensity is the frequency of care where the other party cares more often than the biological parents. Here in after, parental stress is a condition where the primary care, in this case, the father or mother, experiences exhaustion in parenting. As of, there are two independent variables (secondary care intensity and parental stress) and a dependent variable (early childhood social-emotional development) with a linear regression technique. The secondary-caregiver intensity was measured based on self-reports from parents who reported the average daily routine regarding the intensity of care levels (whether more frequent primary or secondary care?). Furthermore, parental stress was measured using the parental role quality scale instrument to parents. Then, the measurement of children's social-emotional development is based on instruments from the Ages & Stages Questionnaire: Social-Emotional (ASQ: SE). The sample of this research was all parents of kindergarden X, and it was conducted by purposive sampling method. The use of statistical calculations that have been carried out with the linear regression method. The results showed that there was a significant effect of secondary care intensity and parental stress on children's social-emotional development using the ASQ: SE instrument. With this research, the author hopes that there will be further and in-depth research on social-emotional development with various other variables as well as conducting path analysis techniques in looking for a causal relationship between the intensity of secondary caregiver, parental stress, and social-emotional development of early childhood.

Abstract

The increasing competition among private higher education institutions (PHEIs) at the regional level often leads to managerial isolation, limiting collective capacity to improve quality and competitiveness. This study aims to develop a co-opetition-based collaborative governance model through hybrid governance mechanisms to enhance the regional competitiveness of private universities. Employing a qualitative multiple-case study design, data were collected from 28 institutional leaders in the Cirebon region through in-depth interviews, institutional document analysis, and reflective field observations. Data were analyzed using an interactive approach involving data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that private universities demonstrate strong readiness to transform competitive relations into a more collaborative and synergistic ecosystem. The study identifies a hybrid governance model integrating formal legal arrangements with informal trust-based relational mechanisms among institutional leaders. A distinctive feature of this model lies in the incorporation of local Islamic values as ethical capital for mitigating inter-institutional conflicts and strengthening collaborative commitment. The findings further indicate that co-opetition practices contribute to resource-sharing efficiency, support accreditation improvement, and strengthen collective bargaining capacity at the regional level. This study contributes to the development of a co-opetition-based governance framework by integrating strategic, relational, ethical, and cultural dimensions into higher education governance practices. Practically, the study highlights the importance of institutionalized inter-university collaboration forums to sustain competitive synergy within emerging regional higher education ecosystems. Keywords: Co-opetition; Collaborative Governance; Hybrid Governance; Islamic Education Management; Regional Competitiveness.
