Abstract

This study aims to determine the economic sector and the agricultural sector basis, determine sub-sector basis in the agricultural sector which has fast growth and competitiveness both, and as well as knowing the agricultural sector income multiplier in Brebes. The basic method used in this research is descriptive. The data used are secondary data. Method of data analysis used are LQ, shift share and income multipliers. The results showed the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors is a sector basis. Horticultural crops sub sector, agriculture and hunting services sub sector and the forestry sub sector is a sub sector basis. Sub sector, which has a rapidly growing sub sector are horticultural crops, livestock, plantation and agriculture and hunting services sub sector. Sub sector that are competitive both sub sector are food crops, forestry, agriculture and hunting services, plantation and fisheries sub sector. Agricultural income multiplier for the year 2016-2020 had an average value of 2,8540, meaning that every happened increase agricultural incomes by Rp 1 then going to increase total revenue of Rp 2,8540.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2013, terjadi perluasan lahan budidaya udang di Desa Prangtritis hingga saat ini luasnya 6,3 ha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan kelayakan budidaya udang dengan menggunakan analisis pendapatan, uji NPV, B/Cratio, IRR, dan analisis sensitivitas. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa budidaya udang menghasilkan pendapatan sebesar Rp99.501.439/ha/tahun dan dikatakan layak dijalankan berdasarkan uji kriteria NPV, B/Cratio, dan IRR. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa budidaya udang akan berubah menjadi tidak menguntungkan jika terjadi kenaikan harga pakan 9,26% dan penurunan produksi udang 7,53%. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan, budidaya udang di Desa Parangtritis bukan merupakan kondisi yang ideal. Hal tersebut terjadi karena berada di wilayah lahan pasir sehingga membutuhkan biaya investasi yang cukup besar

Abstract

Brebes Regency has a potato-producing center, precisely in Paguyangan Sub-District. The potato variety is a type of granola. Potato is a price that tends to fluctuate, and the cost of production is relatively high, causing the interest of farmers in growing potatoes to decline. The research aimed to determine the income received by potato farmers in the Paguyangan District. The analytical method used is the farm income formula to determine fixed costs, variable costs, revenues, and income. This research was held from June to August 2021. The results showed that the total cost (TC) was IDR86.858.345/ha/MT with details of a fixed price of IDR10.302.875/ha/MT and a variable cost of IDR78.560.1470/ha/MT. The revenue value (TR) of potato farming is IDR225,030,000/ha/MT. Based on the calculation, the income value of potato farming in Paguyangan District is IDR106.016,155/ha/MT.

Abstract

Brebes Regency is the third largest potato producer in Central Java. Potatoes have decreased production growth, but the amount of demand is increasing. In fact, the highlands of Brebes Regency have the potential for potatoes agribusiness. The purpose of this study to analyze the internal and external factor, and formulate the development strategy of potatoes agribusiness in Brebes Regency. Respondents consisted of potato farmers, stakeholder, and key person through in-depth interview. The internal and external factor are identified using the IFE and EFE matrix. The combination of it are used as a basis of the preparation of alternative strategies with IE and SWOT matrix by considering stakeholder and key person. The result showed that potatoes agribusiness in Brebes Regency is in a position to grow and build (cell I). The alternative strategies divided into 4 strategic groups; S-O, S-T, W-O, and W-T. The strategic priority is in the S-O strategy.

Abstract

The potato is one of the vegetables comodities in Brebes Regency. The last three years, there has been a decline in production. Supply chain that has been implemented is deemed not optimal while the region has potential that can be exploited. The purpose of this study was to determine supply chain of the potato in Brebes Regency.The analytical method uses a Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN). The result showed that conditions based on the aspects of the target, structure, management, resources, and supply chain business processes. Target potatoes are sold to the local Brebes market and outside the region. There are four supply chain structure.It members are farmers, middlemen, wholesalers, small traders, retailers, and consumers. Supply chain management related to partner selection, contractual agreements, transaction systems, government support, and supply chain collaboration. The criteria for selecting partners are bidders with high prices, customers, and middlemen who are bound to provide capital loans to farmers. Transaction system through grace and cash system. The government support also contributes to the sustainability of it. Resources owned by members of the supply chain consist of physical, technology, and capital resources. Business processes can be seen from distribution patterns, support chain members, risk and trust building. Distribution patterns flow products, finance, and information from farmers to consumers, and vice versa. Each member of the potato supply chain requires equipment and input in the form of raw materials in the production process. Each member has different risks in the supply chain business process.

Abstract

Agar tercipta desa yang bersih sampah perlu dilakukan rekayasa sosial dalam pengelolaan sampah. Rekayasa sosial, mulai proses sosialisasi secara berulang ulang dan konsisten. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) adalah bagaimana mengubah cara pikir dan pandang masyarakat pada masalah sampah melalui rekayasa sosial. PKM ini diharapkan setiap anggota masyarakat mempunyai tanggung jawab bersama terhadap pengelolaan sampah. Pengelolaan zero waste melalui Bank Sampah Tamara menjadi usaha ekonomi yang bertransformasi menjadi ekonomi sirkular. Daur ulang sampah meliputi reduce, reuse, recycle (3R) dengan memilah sampah dari rumah tangga. Tempat pengolahan sampah (TPS) di Desa Kutamendala Kecamatan Tojong Kabupaten Brebes Jawa Tengah dikelola oleh kelompok swadaya masyarakat (KSM) TPS3R Sapoe Boemi. Daur ulang sampah melalui inovasi teknologi tepat guna menjadi ekonomi sirkular agar lebih praktis dan efisien. Ekonomi sirkular yang holistik dan inklusif memungkinkan masyarakat yang dilibatkan dalam pengelolaan sampah oleh KSM TPS3R Sapoe Boemi dapat mengembangkan bisnis baru dengan memperpendek rantai pasok sampah melalui desentralisasi pemrosesan sampah
