Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembangunan sistem air bersih di DesaRanolambot Kecamatan Kawangkoan Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Jenis penelitian deskriptifkualitatif. Semua data yang disajikan sesuai dengan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulandata berdasarkan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumberdianalisis dan dibuat kesimpulan. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada perencanaanpembangunan sistem air bersih di desa Ranolambot yang belum terealisasi dengan baik sehinggasebagian masyarakat masih kesulitan mendapatkan air bersih. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa perencanaan pembangunan sistem air bersih di desa Ranolambot Kecamatan KawangkoanBarat Kabupaten Minahasa di lihat dari indikator penelitian ini yaitu analisis dan identifikasi,perencanaan pembangunan berbasis lingkungan, perencanaan pembangunan mengacu pada Masalah,Kebutuhan, aspirasi, dan sumber daya masyarakat, peran masyarakat, memberikan dampak. Analisisdan identifikasi dalam tahapan perencanaan pembangunan sistem air bersih di desa Ranolambot telahdilakukan dengan cukup baik, namun belum maksimal karena pada kenyataan perencanaan belummenyentuh kebutuhan real akibat dari analisis dan identifikasi yang tidak maksimal. Memaksimalkananalisis dan identifikasi sebelum dan sementara dalam tahap perencanaan pembangunan yang ada didesa Ranolambot.Kata Kunci : Perencanaan, Pembangunan, Air Bersih

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan public terhadap kepuasanmasyarakat di kantor desa kanonang lima kecamatan kawangkoan barat kabupaten minahasa.Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode penelitian asosiatif yang berlandaskan padafilsafat positivism. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accindental samplingdari penelitian di desa kanonang lima kecamatan kawangkoan barat kabupaten minahasa sebanyak 38orang. Uji validitas instrument mengunakan korelasi bivariate pearson sedangkan uji reabilitasnyamenggunakan Cronbach Alph. Dengan hasil pengujian seiruh item pertanyaan dinyatakan valid danmemiliki tingkat reabilitas yang tinggi. Teknik analisis untuk uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalahanalisis regresi sederhana untuk menghitung besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabelterkait dan analisis korelasi sederhana mengukur kekuatan hubungan 2 variabel tersebut serta uji t(uji hipotesis) untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terkait denganbantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,614 yang berarti korelasi keduavariabel tersebut positif dan signifikan. Analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh Ŷ = 7,069 + 0,123 yangberarti hubungan antara kedua variabel adalah positif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian signifikansidiperoleh F hitung = 4,669 dengan F tabel 2,028 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Dari data tersebutdiperoleh F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel dimana Fhitung 4,669 > 2,028.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan Publik, Kepuasan Masyarakat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Assistance for Micro Business Actors(BPUM) in Malalayang Satu Barat Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. By using qualitativeresearch methods, this research focuses on the effectiveness of providing assistance to the community inthe West Malalayang Satu Village. The research study was conducted using the theory of Campbell J.P (inStarawaji 2009:121) which said that the measurement of effectiveness in general can be seen from:Program success; Target Success; Satisfaction with the Program; Achievement of Program Objectives;and Input and Output Levels. From the results of the study, it was found that the success of theGovernment Assistance Program for Micro Business Actors in Malalayang Satu Barat Village had notbeen successful as a whole, in terms of the distribution of assistance to recipients has been runningaccording to the mechanism regulated by the government and the appointed bank, but there are still someproblems that need to be addressed. the government must answer and resolve it, such as beneficiaries whodo not have businesses, there are also those who should have the right but their names are not listed aspotential beneficiaries.Keywords: Effectiveness; Government Assistance; Micro Business

Abstract

Pengawasan pemerintah dalam penerapan upah minimum sangat penting untuk menjamin hakpekerja yang paling mendasar. Sesuai yang dikatakan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003tentang Ketenagakerjaan, Pasal 88 Ayat (1) disebutkan bahwa tiap pekerja atau buruh berhakmemperoleh penghasilan yang memenuhi penghidupan yang layak bagi kemanusiaan. Penerapanupah minimum provinsi (UMP) di Sulawesi Utara, terlihat masih ada indikasi masalah dalam hal inipemberian upah dibawah standar minimum oleh perusahaan kepada pekerja. Penelian ini dilakukanuntuk mengetahui pengawasan pemerintah dalam penerapan UMP di Suawesi Utara. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperolehdari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajiandata dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan indikator menetapkanstandar, mengadakan penilaian dan mengadakan tindakan perbaikan adalah Pemerintah dalam halini Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Sulawesi Utara dalam melakukan pengawasan UMP diSulawesi Utara belum menunjukan hasil yang sepenuhnya maksimal dikarenakan kurangnya personilpengaawas, kurangnya sarana transportasi dan kurangnya pemahaman perusahaan ataupun pekerja,sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan untuk mencapai hasil pengawasan yang lebih maksimal.Kata kunci: Pengawasan, Pemerintah, Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP)

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the health care facilities at the Golago Kusuma HealthCenter have provided services that are in accordance with the expectations of patients or the community.The research method used is a qualitative method with interview data collection techniques. The theoryused in health services consists of input, process, output, impact and feedback, all of which areinterconnected and influence each other. Data collection techniques used in this study are: Interview,Observation, and Documentation of data obtained from various sources and then analyzed which becomesa conclusion from the research process. The results obtained from this study indicate that health servicesat the Puskesmas are still many obstacles encountered in terms of inadequate facilities and infrastructure,incomplete medicines produce an ineffective impact because of the many obstacles that occur in service tothe community public.Keywords: Health Services Puskesmas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the services provided to the community in the South Karombasan Sub-District in utilizing digital platforms as a forum for channeling community aspirations for public services in the South Karombasan Sub-District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative.. The results of this study found that based on the four components put forward by Eggers and Singh regarding the innovation cycle, namely generating ideas, choosing ideas, implementing ideas, they have gone well, but in disseminating ideas, the South Karombasan government rarely implements them, so the use of this digital platform it is still not optimal, the use of digital platforms should help so that people can easily channel their aspirations for public services in the village. So that the use of the WhatsApp group digital platform is not optimal and is rarely used by the people of the South Karombasan Village. Keywords : Digital iPlatforms, Aspirations, Public iServices

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the People's Economy Program inMalenos Baru Village, East Amurang District, South Minahasa Regency. By using qualitative researchmethods, research studies are carried out using the theory of Edward III (in Agustino, 2008: 149-154)which says that the measurement of implementation in general can be seen from four variables, namely:Communication; Resource; Bureaucratic and Implementing Attitudes (Disposition) and BureaucraticStructure. From the results of the study, it was found that the Implementation of the People's EconomyProgram in Malenos Baru Village was classified as not good because it was seen from the four variablesstudied, namely communication, resources, bureaucratic or implementer attitudes and bureaucraticstructure which were considered not good in implementing this program and there were still variousobstacles.Keywords: Implementation, People's Economy
