Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat kejurun, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XII SMK N 2 Wonosobo yang berjumlah 443 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan minat kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 64,2%. Secara parsial minat kejuruan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 14,06%. Praktik kerja industri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 10,69%, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja sebesar 11,49%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat kejuruan, praktik kerja industri, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Saran yang diberikan siswa sebaiknya lebih mempersiapkan dirinya untuk memasuki dunia kerja karena semakin tinggi persaingan dalam memasuki dunia kerja. Pihak sekolah supaya memperbaiki kualitas praktik kerja industri agar dapat meningkatkan kesiapan kerja siswa. Pihak guru agar memberikan konseling dan motivasi kepada siswa supaya siswa menjadi semakin yakin dan percaya diri akan kemampuan yang dimiliki sehingga lebih siap ketika dalam memasuki dunia kerja. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of vocational interest, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy to the students’ readiness to work either simultaneously or partially. The Population in this research was 443 students of grade XII SMK N 2 Wonosobo and 82 students chosen as the samples. This research is a quantitative research. Data questionnaires was used for collecting the data, while the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously vocational interest, industrial work practices, and self-efficacy affect students’ work readiness amounted to 64.2%. Partially, vocational interest affected work readiness amounted to 14.06%, industrial work practices affected work readiness amounted to 10.69%, and self-efficacy affected work readiness amounted to 11.49%. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that vocational interest, industrial work practice, and self-efficacy have an effect on work readiness either simultaneously or partially. Suggestions addressed to the students is they should prepare themselves to embrace higher competition atmospheres in workplaces. Then the school should improve the quality of industrial work practices in order to improve student’s work readiness. The Teachers also need to provide counseling and motivation for students so that the students become more confident and they will be more ready in facing the world of work.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman kurikulum, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja guru di MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang. Lokasi penelitian di MTs N Pamotan, Kabupaten Rembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemahaman Kurikulum, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Sarana dan Prasarana berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang. 1) Pemahaman Kurikulum berpengaruh sebesar 0.011 terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di MTS N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang, 2) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh sebesar 0.015 terhadap Motivasi Kerja Gurudi MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang., 3) Sarana dan Prasarana berpengaruh sebesar 0.004 terhadap Motivasi Kerja Gurudi MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang., 4) Fakor yang paling besar dalam mempengaruhi Motivasi Kerja Guru di MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang yaitu faktor Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dianggap lebih sesuai dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja para guru di MTs N Pamotan Kabupaten Rembang. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of curriculum understanding, principal leadership, facilities and infrastructure on teacher performance in MTs N Pamotan, Rembang District. Research location at MTs N Pamotan, Rembang District. The method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques used SPSS. The results showed that Curriculum Understanding, Principal Leadership, Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive effect on Teacher Work Motivation in MtsN Pamotan Rembang District. 1) Understanding Curriculum influenced by 0.011 to Teacher Work Motivation, 2) Leadership Principal influence of 0.015 to Teacher Work Motivation, 3) Facility and Infrastructure effect of 0.004 to Teacher Work Motivation, 4) The greatest faculty in influencing Teacher Work Motivation in MTs N Pamotan Rembang District is Principal Leadership Factor. Principal leadership style is considered more appropriate in improving the work motivation of teachers in MTs N Pamotan Rembang District.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 427 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 206 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Release 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Motivasi belajar sebagai varibael intervening mampu memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh gaya belajar dan kesiapan belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 This study aimed to know the effect of learning style, learning readiness, and learning motivation on learning liveliness directly mediated by learning motivation. The population of this study was 427 students with 206 students as the sample. The method of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, multiple regressions, path analysis, and sobel test. The result showed that learning style positively and insignificantly affected learning liveliness. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning motivation positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning style positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning motivation as the intervening readiness on learning liveness. The conclusion was there was an effect of learning style, learning readiness through learning motivation on learning liveliness of student grade X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Academic Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan masing-masing OJT, fasilitas belajar, lingkungan pendidikan, dan motivasi berprestasi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi berprestasi terhadap kesiapan siswa SMK Negeri 1 Boyolali kelas XII Administrasi Perkantoran tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 di dunia kerja. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII AP SMK N 1 Boyolali tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan masing-masing lingkungan pendidikan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kesiapan kerja. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan pendidikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman OJT dan lingkungan pendidikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa melalui motivasi berprestasi. Ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pengalaman OJT dan fasilitas belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja. Ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pengalaman OJT dan fasilitas belajar terhadap motivasi berprestasi. Ada pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan fasilitas belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui motivasi berprestasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seluruh penerapan etika berkomunikasi lisan secara vertikal, horizontal, dan diagonal pada siswa SMK Al Husain Keling Jepara. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data model terdiri dari reduksi, display, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika berkomunikasi lisan secara vertikal, horizontal, maupun diagonal pada siswa program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Al Husain Keling Jepara belum berjalan maksimal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan etika berkomunikasi lisan secara vertikal, horizontal, maupun diagonal pada siswa program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Al Husain Keling Jepara belum berjalan maksimal. Secara etika dapat dikatakan cukup. Hanya saja dalam penerapan etika berkomunikasinya belum berjalan maksimal, melihat penerapan etika berkomunikasi dalam dunia kerja sangat diperlukan maka etika berkomunikasi siswa harus diperbaiki. Saran penelitian ini adalah dengan diberikannya contoh yang baik dari guru kepada siswa, kemudian diterapkannya budaya menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik pada lingkungan sekolah dan pelatihan public speaking. Serta tata tertib sekolah perlu diterapkan dengan baik oleh semua pihak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of developing batik business in an effort to improve the competitiveness of the Kauman Batik Village community. This study uses qualitative methods with SWOT analysis. In this study, researcher conducted interviews with the activists of the creative economy with the quadruple helix concept, namely the participation of academics, government, communities and business people. From the SWOT analysis, it was obtained the results that the aspect of the resource needs the next generation of batik who have good creativity. The second aspect is industry. A thing that is being an important role of the industry is raw materials;it is needed to ease the production process. The third aspect is marketing. Batik producer needs to expand the market for batik sales. Then, the fourth aspect is financial. Batik producer needs to regulate the business finances in detail. The fifth aspect is technology and infrastructure; namely the need for infrastructure to support the development of the Kauman Batik Village. The advice given to Kauman Batik Village Community in overcome these five aspects which need participation from the government and private sector, communities and academics. In hope the government will optimize the work program in supporting batik as the superior product of Pekalongan City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic qualifications, school facilities, and compensation on the teacher professional competency. The population in this study was 68 teachers in Islamic Vocational School of Al Hikmah Mayong Jepara. This study is a population research because the population is less than 100 so that the entire population is as research sample. Data collection methods used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a positive and significant influence of academic qualifications, school facilities and compensation on teacher professional competency by 72.4%, there was a positive and significant influence of academic qualifications partially on teacher professional competency by 18.15%, there was a positive and significant influence of school facilities partially on teacher professional competency by 8.29% and there is a positive and significant influence of compensation partially on teacher professional competency of 19.54%.

Abstract

Research on the socio-economic conditions of the family and the environment of peers towards interest in continuing vocational and higher education has been carried out. Vocational education and higher levels nowadays must have skills that are very influential to the job position. This research aims to find out to what extent the socio-economic conditions of the family, the environment of peers influence the interests of continuing vocational education and higher levels of students of the Faculty of Education and Sciences of the University of Siliwangi Force 2019 both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research methods of the survey type. The population in this study is the entire student FKIP University of Siliwangi Force 2019 which consists of 10 majors as many as 1150 people. As for the sampling technique used, using Proptional Random Sampling of 288 people, to obtain a representative sample, taking subjects from each layer or each region equal to or proportional to the number of subject. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the study showed that: 1) the partial test results stated that the significant value of the socio-economic condition of the family is 0.054 meaning there is no influence between the social and economic conditions of the household and interest in continuing vocational education and higher levels, 2) the significant environmental value of peers is 0.005 meaning that there is influence among peer environments on the interest to continue vocational and higher level education, 3) simultaneously the significance value obtained is 0,000 meaning there are influences between social economic conditions and the environment of peer friends on interests of continuing professional education and the higher levels.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini mengenai perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teman sebaya dan literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumtif melalui kontrol diri pada mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi pembangunan. Metode survey digunakan untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ditunjang dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain eksplanatory. Adapun populasi sejumlah 159 orang, supaya penelitian mendapatkan responden representatif maka teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menjadikan seluruh populasi untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya dan literasi ekonomi masing-masing tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kontrol diri. Selanjutnya teman sebaya berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku konsumtif sementara literasi ekonomi justru tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Kemudian diperoleh hasil lain bahwa kontrol diri berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Berdasarkan uji Path Analysis menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif melalui kontrol diri sementara literasi ekonomi justru berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif melalui kontrol diri. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mahasiswa mampu mengendalikan kontrol dirinya untuk mengurangi perilaku konsumtif dan dapat mengaplikasikan pemahaman literasi ekonominya di kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Financial literacy is important for individuals so that individuals are better at managing their finances. Good financial literacy can prevent individuals from financial problems. This study aims to determine the effect of peers and financial learning in college on financial literacy. This research method uses a quantitative survey method with an explanatory design. The population used was students of the Department of Sharia Economics, Economics Education, Accounting, Management, Finance and Banking, and Agribusiness Class of 2020 at Siliwangi University, totaling 1013 respondents. The sampling technique used is propotional random sampling with the slovin formula. Meanwhile, the data collection technique in this case uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that 1) there is no positive and significant influence between peers on student financial literacy with a significance value of 0.608 2) there is a positive and significant effect of financial learning in college on student financial literacy, which is 0.000.Keywords: Financial Learning in Higher Education, Financial Literacy, PeersDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i2.139-144
