Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the relathionship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction teacher at Preschool. This research is quantitative using correlation technique. The population is the teachers at Preschool ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Gresik. Incidental sampling was used and 98 teachers have been selected as sample. The instrument was used by the reseachers were self-efficacy and job satisfaction scale. The correlation test result shows r = 0,127, p= 0,213 (p>0,05). Based on correlation test result, it can be consluded that Ha rejected and H0 accepted. There is no positive relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction teacher at Preschool.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the difference between experienced workplace incivility based on the status of employe and gender. Quantitative method used in this research. The population in this study were the employee of X University with saturated sampling technique, the total respondents of 52 employees (25 jobhoders and 27 contract employees; 19 man and 33 woman). The instrument used was the experienced workplace incivility scale consisting of 7 items. Data analysis in this research used independent sample t-test. This study found that the hypothesis was rejected (p > 0.05), so there is no difference in experienced workplace incivility based on the status of employee and gender. This research findings extend past research on wokplace incivility especially for educational staff in university.

Abstract

The development of learning based on the potential for early childhood intelligence is very limited. The purpose of this study is to describe the potential intelligence of early childhood. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. 5 students are the subjects in this study. The instruments used were intelligence tests, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is an interactive analysis model. The results showed that 5 students (2 boys and 3 girls) had IQ abilities from below average to superior categories. Based on this intelligence assessment, it can be a reference for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions to design a curriculum based on child development and in terms of the potential for intelligence to improve the teaching and learning process. The use of child development-based education can improve children's abilities to support future development.
