Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan stres kerja pada guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Menganti. Peneliti menggunakan teknik cluster sampling sebanyak 186 Guru SD di Kecamatan Menganti. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala self-efficacy dan skala stres kerja pada Guru. Uji validitas skala ini menggunakan validitas isi. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan koefisien Alpha Cronbach dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Korelasi Sperman Rank. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan rho= -0,127 dengan taraf signifikan 0,288 (p > 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan stres kerja pada guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Menganti

Abstract

This research examines the effectiviness of phonic method on reducing the level of speech delay in children aged 4-5 years at Integrated Islamic Kinderganten Al Ummah Gresik. Phonic method is a developed by optimizing all language skills, listening, speaking, writing, and reading. Speech delay occurs when the level of speech development of a child is below the level of quality of speech development of normal children in general according tho their age. This research uses description of quantitative action research type, one group pre-test and post-test design. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique whit a suturated sampling technique. The populations were 10 children and the sample were 6 children in the severe speech delay category and 4 children in the light speech delay category. The data analysis technique used the mann-whitney test analysis. The analysis show that there is an effect of giving phonic method treatment on reducing the level of speech delay in the severe speech delay group. Whereas in the light speech delay group stated that there was no effect of giving phonic method treatment on reducing the level of speech delay. Furthermore, the gain score calculation also shows tha there is no difference in the effectiveness of giving phonic method treatment on reducing the level of speech delay in both the severe speech delay category and the light speech delay category. This suggest tha further researchers provide treatment by experts or people who are experts in their fields, and it is advisable to choose other types of research, such as experimental research, so that the result are more comprehensive.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of time management with self-regulated learning on high school students. The sample in this study amounted to 133 students. The measuring instrument in this study uses a self-regulated learning scale developed by Boekaerts (2000) with a reliability coefficient of 0.929. The time management scale is based on three-time management factors developed by Macan (1994) with a reliability coefficient of 0.884. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study have a significant positive effect between time management and self-regulated learning in Class XI SMA students. The implication of this research is that time management ability has an influence on students' self-regulated learning, so that the higher the time management, the higher the students' self-regulated learning ability.

Abstract

This study is to find out the description of Student Engagement in learning in the New Normal Era in grade VII students of SMP "X" which includes aspects of behavioral involvement, emotional involvement, and cognitive involvement, factors that influence Student Engagement and the resulting impact of Student Engagement. This research approach is qualitative with phenomenological method. The subjects in the study were five seventh grade students at "X" Junior High School who were facing learning in the New Normal Era. Interview and observation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubberman model. The credibility technique used is triangulation. The results of this study explain that, based on the background of the subject, the subject experiences different student engagement. As for student engagement, such as: (1) positive engagement, non-engagement, and negative engagement, (2) Factors affecting Student Engagement consist of internal and external factors, and (3) Impact of Student Engagement. Student engagement shows learning methods that are suitable for students.

Abstract

A profession as a teacher and teaching activity are activities that often make people stressed. People who deal with stress effectively can reduce work stress if they get resources from the surrounding environment through social support. This study aims to test social support as a predictor to reduce work stress for Early Childhood Education (abbreviated ECE) teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational causality design. The survey method used to collect data is by distributing instruments that had gone through the adaptation process. Convenience sampling was used to get 58 respondents. The research hypothesis is tested using simple linear regression analysis with SPSS Program for Windows Version 20. The result of statistical analyses presents that social support has a significant negative effect on stress at work. This research contributes to ECE teachers' social support and stress, where this topic is still limited to research.

Abstract

This study examines "The Overview of Parenting Patterns for Slow Learner Children in a Coronavirus Disease 19 Pandemic Situation". The selection of parenting patterns used in caring for slow learner children is indeed very important for the survival of the slow learner child's life. The aspects and factors that exist in this study determine the parenting style of the five subjects. This research uses descriptive qualitative research using data as a tool used to solve the problems that occur. The measuring instrument used is expected to be able to obtain accurate data and be able to dig deeper into other data. The results of this study are the five subjects using democratic parenting as the choice of parenting for slow learner children. The choice of democratic parenting is an effective thing in raising slow learner children. This was proven at the time of the interview and the grouping of the interview results based on the defined concept limits. Cultural factors in this study lead to the parenting pattern used by the subject's parents, until now some have been applied and some have replaced them with new parenting patterns. The factors of parental education in these five subjects are not very influential. Parents with low education still want the best for their children's education later. Socio-economic factors do not really affect the existing parenting. The impact resulting from this parenting pattern is that children tend to become more confident individuals, children are easy to interact and socialize with the environment even though it takes some time for it. However, children become individuals who understand the conditions and circumstances of their parents because their parents often provide understanding in certain situations. During the coronavirus disease 19 pandemic like this, parents are required to be teachers of their respective children, because the implementation of online schools is still valid today. It is hoped that further researchers will be able to provide an effective way for online learning as it is today.

Abstract

Terjadinya pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak pada berbagai sektor kehidupan, menjadi salah satu pemicu timbulnya kepanikan dan ketakutan bagi masyarakat, khususnya pada daerah zona merah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan gejala-gejala kecemasan yang ditunjukkan masyarakat terhadap masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe studi kasus. Teknik pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga terdapat empat subjek dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman wawancara semi terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga aspek kecemasan yaitu gejala fisik, gejala behavior, dan gejala kognitif terdapat pada keempat subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, subjek penelitian dapat dikatakan memiliki gejala kecemasan sehingga diperlukan penanganan secara menyeluruh terkait kecemasan masyarakat pada masa pandemi Covid-19, khususnya pada daerah zona merah.

Abstract

SMA is a secondary education level that prioritizes the preparation of students to continue higher education or to a career path. In order for individuals to be eligible to work in a place, individuals are required to have expertise adapted to the job they want. Individuals must have career maturity in order to be able to get success and satisfaction in their work. Career maturity helps a person to gain success and satisfaction at work because his career is in accordance with his talents and interests. However, at SMAN 1 Kedamean the school has never provided guidance or training to students who wish to continue on to a career path. The school only focuses on helping and directing students who wish to continue on to higher education. Therefore, researchers are interested in providing career maturity training to class XII students who wish to continue on to a career path so that students are able to make decisions and prepare for their career choices. The training was conducted for three days and was attended by eleven students. The results obtained after the training was given were that all participants experienced improvements related to their career maturity. The training is also able to help students to make choices and make decisions regarding their desired career according to their talents and interests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kedisiplinan beribadah pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ilmi Wassuluk Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dari kedua variabel menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun dalam bentuk skala likert. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Rsquare atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,185 dari variabel kecerdasan spiritual. Nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,185 menunjukkan pengaruh variabel kecerdasan spiritual terhadap variabel kedisiplinan beribadah sebesar 18,5% sedangkan sisanya 81,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kedisiplinan beribadah pada santri di Pondok Pesantren Darul Imli Wassuluk Gresik.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang hubungan dukungan sosial dengan kepuasan kerja guru Kelompok Bermain (KB). Kepuasan kerja adalah suatu sikap positif yang dimiliki seseorang sehubungan dengan pekerjaan mereka sebagai guru yang meliputi lima dimensi yaitu pekerjaan itu sendiri, upah atau gaji, kesempatan promosi dan hubungan dengan rekan kerja. Sedangkan dukungan sosial merupakan kenyamanan fisik atau psikologis, perhatian, penghargaan ataupun bantuan yang diberikan orang terdekat baik keluarga ataupun lingkungan terhadap individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah 66 guru kelompok bermain dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi sperman rho dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil korelasi diperoleh nilai r hitung = 0,346 lebih besar dari r tabel = 0,246 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil koefisien (r²) dari r = 0,346 = 0,12 yang menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan variabel antara dukungan sosial dengan kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 12%, sedangkan 88% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang belum diteliti. Berdasarkan analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kepuasan kerja guru Kelompok Bermain (KB). Kata Kunci : Dukungan Sosial, Kepuasan Kerja, Guru. Abstract This study examines the relationship of social support with job satisfaction of play group teachers. Job satisfaction is a positive attitude that a person has with respect to their work as a teacher covering five dimensions of work itself, wages or salaries, promotional opportunities and relationships with colleagues. While social support is a physical or psychological comfort, attention, appreciation or assistance provided nearest people either family or the environment against individuals. This research uses quantitative method with 66 teachers of play group by using saturated sampling technique. Technique analyze data use correlation sperman rho with significant level 5%. Result of correlation obtained by value of r count = 0,346 bigger than r table = 0,246 then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The result of coefficient (r ²) of r = 0.346 = 0.12 indicates that the contribution of variable between social support and teacher work satisfaction is 12%, while 88% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between social support and job satisfaction of play group teachers. Keywords: Social Support, Job Satisfaction, Teachers.
