Abstract

ABSTRACT Hypertension is a chronic disease that becomes one of the health problems in Indonesia with a prevalence of 25.8%. This figure is quite high and tends to increase along with a lifestyle that is closely related to diet. One of the problems of hypertension management is patient compliance in the diet. The patient's knowledge of hypertension is one of the factors that contribute to the patient's compliance. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge to the diet compliance of hypertensive patients. The type of research is an analytic survey with the cross-sectional design. The sample used was 30 hypertension patients who were hospitalized in RSUD M.M. Dunda Limboto Gorontalo District during May 2015, taken with accidental sampling technique. Research instruments used questionnaires and observation sheets. The result showed that the knowledge of hypertension patients was mostly good (70%), and the compliance of hypertensive patients diet was also categorized accordingly (63.3%). The statistical test showed that there was a correlation between knowledge with the patient's hypertension compliance in the diet, with p = 0,04 at α = 0,05. Keywords:Knowledge, Diet Compliance, Hypertension. ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan penyakit kronis yang menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan di Indonesia dengan prevalensi 25,8%. Angka ini cukup tinggi dan cenderung meningkat seiring dengan gaya hidup yang erat kaitannya dengan pola makan. Salah satu masalah penatalaksanaan hipertensi adalah kepatuhan pasien dalam menjalankan diet. Pengetahuan pasien tentang penyakit hipertensi merupakan salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan diet pasien hipertensi. Jenis penelitian survey analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang pasien hipertensi yang dirawat inap di RSUD M.M. Dunda Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo selama bulan Mei 2015, yang diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik accidental sampling. Intrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pengetahuan pasien hipertensi sebagian besar berkategori baik (70%), dan kepatuhan diet pasien hipertensi sebagian besar juga berkategori patuh (63,3%). Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kapatuhan pasien hipertensi dalam menjalankan diet, dengan nilai p = 0,04 pada α = 0,05. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Kepatuhan Diet, Hipertensi.

Abstract

Milkfish is one of the potential fishery products in untia village, biringkanaya sub-district. The abundant production of milkfish causes the selling price of fresh milkfish to be cheaper, besides that fresh milkfish is also prone to damage if stored for too long. The lack of understanding and skills of the local community in processing milkfish is the main obstacle faced by the community. The purpose of this service is training on diversification of milkfish preparations to improve the productive economy of the community in untia village, biringkanaya sub-district. The method of implementing community service activities is through counseling and training. This counseling is a way to convey knowledge to housewives about the benefits, nutritional content and potential of milkfish. Training with the practice of making shredded milkfish, The results of community service activities are the growth of an entrepreneurial spirit for local housewives and training community creativity in giving innovation by producing new products that have economic value.

Abstract

Waste is one form of problem that everyone often encounters in their environment. Waste is the waste of products or goods that have been used by their users, so that the remaining results are discarded and do not function again. The purpose of this service is to provide material on making appropriate technology for waste incineration tools to prevent pollution in the untia village. The method of application in this activity is the counseling method through demonstration and also the lecture and discussion method at community meetings in untia village. The results of community service activities regarding the manufacture of appropriate technology for waste incineration tools to prevent pollution in untia village have been carried out well and received a positive response from the untia village community.

Abstract

PT.Eka Multi Logistik is a land and sea transportation management (JPT) service company that has been involved in the field of goods transportation for Export, Import and Local since 2018, located on Jl. Kalimantan NO.65/67 Makassar City, South Sulawesi Consumer or customer satisfaction can be influenced by various factors that are closely related, including price and service quality. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence between the independent variables (price and quality of service) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). This research was carried out at PT. Eka Multi Logistik using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research results show the results of the calculated f test (13.350) > f table (3.231) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be interpreted that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Eka Multi Logistics.

Abstract

Fishermen along the river in the Bonto Bahari sub-district utilize small boats, often called kettles, to find and catch fish. However, these fishermen pay little attention to safety while sailing without using safety equipment. Boat accidents on the river still often occur along the waters they catch fish because of the lack of safety equipment available on board. The purpose of this service is to provide material on how to prepare safety equipment on the ship and how to use good and correct safety equipment as it should be based on the provisions or experience of the speaker. The method used in this activity is the lecture and discussion method at group meetings, as the target of counseling is fishermen members using broadcast media in the form of power points and YouTube links. The results of community service activities regarding health education (counseling) on Understanding Safety Equipment on Fishing Vessels in Bonto Bahari District, Bulukumba Regency have been carried out well and received an enthusiastic response from the people of Bonto Bahari District.

Abstract

The writing intends to describe the dark portrait offeminist in novel of "Aku Lupa Bahwa Aku Perempuan"by Abdul Quddus using psychoanalysis theory of Freud. It applies descriptive qualitative method with notingand interview technique, and library research. The analysis found out that there is tussle between id, egoand superego. Id drives and runs based on pleasure principle. Ego becomes response towards consciousand rational reality. Superego drives perfection and works based on ideal principle. The writer finds out thatSuad's willing for being political figure was high, drives his ego to depress his superego against habitualsurrounding. He finally spoils his id by deciding to be carrier woman fully. AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan potret buram feminis dalam novel "Aku Lupa Bahwa Aku Perempuan"karya Abdul Quddus dengan menggunakan teori psikoanalisis Freud. Tulisan ini menggunakan metodedeskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik catat, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis ini kemudian menemukanterjadi pergumulan antara id, ego dan super ego. Id menampilkan dorongan dan bekerja berdasarkan prinsipkesenangan. Ego merupakan respon terhadap realitas bersifat sadar dan rasional. Sedangkan super egoselalu menginginkan kesempurnaan karena ia bekerja dengan prinsip idealitas. Penulis menemukan bahwakeinginan Suad yang begitu besar untuk menjadi tokoh politik, mendorong egonya senantiasa menekansuper ego dengan menentang kebiasaan yang berlaku di lingkungannya. Sampai akhirnya ia kemudianmemperturutkan idnya dengan memutuskan menjadi wanita karier seutuhnya.

This research aimed at describing mysticism flood in the poetry "Bah di Meulaboh " by Akhmad K Syamsuddin usingmetaphor and symbol analysis and applying hermeneutic theory of Paul Ricoeur. This research applied descriptivequalitative method with noting, interview, and library study technique. Then, mysticism analysis in poetry "Bah, diMeulaboh" was awareness "I (in line)" of the natural disaster essence. The disaster could not be merely regarded ascurse. Yet, the disaster should be reminder of what had happened. Therefore, one could be better in the future to avoidthe bad incidents in order to avoid the history happened again. AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan mistisme bah dalam puisi " Bah di Meulaboh" karyaAkhmad K Syamsuddin melalui analisis metafora dan analisis simbol dengan memanfaatkan teorihermeneutika Paul Ricoeur. Sehingga seseorang dapat menjadi lebih baik di kemudian hari, jikatidak ingin sejarah kaum terdahulu terulang.

Abstract

This writing is to describe attitude and aptitude those should be owned by somebody in order to having self integrity as a leader found in Toraja Singgiq using descriptive method. Having been analyzed, aptitude and attitude of having self integrity are (1) braveness (2) honest, (3) well educated, (4) wise, (5) and firm. Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan sifat dan tingkah laku apa saja yang harus dimiliki oleh seseorang  agar terbentuk integritas diri sebagai seorang pemimpin yang terdapat pada singgiq Toraja. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  metode deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sikap dan tingkah laku pembentuk integritas diri yaitu: (1) berani, (2) jujur, (3) cendikia, (4) teguh, dan (5) bijaksana.

Abstract

The writing is aimed at describing substance of the brave man myth in '"Latopajoko " short story by Badaruddin Amir using Roland Barthes theory. The writing is conducted in qualitative descriptive method through noting technique, interviewing technique, and library research. Then, the analysis finds out the myth relating to the brave man, nomad ancestor, becoming bodyguard of king, having invulnerability (panimbolok), fighting until death (polopa-polopanni), having sacred teacher and having been ready to examine. Those myths have substance in building braveness, having faith in whole to transcendental thing, having been high ethos, believable, eagerness in learning, and taking part in solving the problem. Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan substansi mitos towarani dalam cerpen "Latopajoko" karya Badaruddin Amir melalui teori konsep mitos Roland Barthes. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik catat,wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Analisis ini kemudian menemukan gambaran mitos yang berkaitan dengan towarani, yakni turunan pengembara, menjadi pengawal raja, memiliki panimbohk (kekebalan), pohpapolopanni ( berjuang habis- habisan), memiliki guru yang sakti, dan siap untuk diuji. Mitos-mitos tersebut memiliki substansi yang membentuk sebuah karekter seorang pemberani, di antaranya keyakinan penuh kepada hal transendental, memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi, dapat dipercaya, selalu mau belajar, dan total dalam memecahkan masalah.
