Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and reveal the management process carried out in the khidmah practice of Mualimin Muadalah Pesantren as a tradition as well as a unic programme to produce quality graduates. This study was conducted at two Mualimin Muadalah Pesantren of West Java Province, namely Pesantren Darussalam Garut and Pesantren Fajrussalam Bogor. The method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques. The data is based on observation, interviews, and documentation records. Research findings reveal that the participants undergo one year of preparatory training in scientific writing, Islamic ancient scripture literacy, worship leadership, teaching skills, and Arabic and English language skills. The training was satisfies the institution although its stopped early due to the outbreak of the Covid19 pandemic. After training, participants were sent to undergo a one-year field service period consists of two domains: (1) carrying out teaching and administrative duties; (2) working in the organizational structure of the pesantren and being involved in social and religious events held by the pesantren. The management of teacher service practice does not show significant problems, while the management of boarding service practice is still constrained by inconsistency in supervision and assessment system that is not yet optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and analyze the management of high-level thinking skills training at SMAN 2 Cirebon City for achievements in the exact sciences field. Consist of planning stage, implementation methods, handling obstacles, to the extent to which the results of this coaching can be seen from the achievements achieved by the participants. The research method used is a qualitative research method in case study, and uses a descriptive analysis approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The planning phase begins with a program meeting, forming a committee, determining activities and facilities, designing a calendar, compiling monitoring instruments and a mechanism for measuring coaching results. Implementation process begins with program promotion and participant recruitment. Thinking skills training focuses on knowledge transfer abilities, critical and creative thinking, and problem solving. Field constraints are acted upon by the vice principal in charge of quality improvement, while in coordination with the school principal. No serious obstacles were found that interfered with activity management. Internal improvements are carried out by evaluating improvements to operational standards and controlled quality standards for continuous internal quality assurance. The main result of this coaching is that the students' achievements are quite satisfactory because they have achieved achievements in the field of exact sciences up to the national level. Abstract

This research was conducted due to the policy of renewing the national curriculum to the Merdeka Belajar curriculum, which contains Differentiated Learning approach and the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) for elementary to high school levels. The interesting thing to study here is how to implement this policy in the realm of vocational education at SMK (Vocational High School). This research aims to investigate how the differentiated learning approach is implemented on the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile in vocational schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis techniques are used in data analysis, including data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. This research shows that planning involves analyzing school readiness, forming committees, establishing success indicators, providing P5 training for teachers, mapping students using diagnostic assessments, determining P5 themes, and designing learning modules. Implementation includes P5 socialization, differentiated learning processes, product guidance, and productive expo projects. Evaluation has been carried out through reflection sessions at the end of each lesson, performance rubrics, and written tests. In general, a differentiated learning approach as module for the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students in Vocational Schools has been implemented continuously and has had a positive impact on students, as shown by increased enthusiasm and satisfactory assessment results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena kebijakan pembaharuan kurikulum nasional menjadi kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, yang berisi pendekatan Differentiated Learning dan Proyek Penguatan Profil Siswa Pancasila (P5) untuk jenjang SD hingga SMA. Hal yang menarik untuk dipelajari disini adalah bagaimana menerapkan kebijakan ini dalam ranah pendidikan vokasi di SMK (SMK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran yang diferensiasi diterapkan pada Proyek Penguatan Profil Siswa Pancasila di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman digunakan dalam analisis data, termasuk pengurangan data, tampilan, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan melibatkan analisis kesiapan sekolah, membentuk komite, menetapkan indikator keberhasilan, memberikan pelatihan P5 bagi guru, memetakan siswa menggunakan penilaian diagnostik, menentukan tema P5, dan merancang modul pembelajaran. Implementasi meliputi sosialisasi P5, proses pembelajaran yang berbeda, bimbingan produk, dan proyek expo produktif. Evaluasi telah dilakukan melalui sesi refleksi di akhir setiap pelajaran, rubrik kinerja, dan tes tertulis. Secara umum, pendekatan pembelajaran yang dibedakan sebagai modul Proyek Penguatan Profil Siswa Pancasila di Sekolah Vokasi telah dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan dan memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa, ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya antusiasme dan hasil penilaian yang memuaskan.
