Abstract

ABSTRACT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the process used to implement a relationship marketing strategy. CRM gathers market-driven data to learn more about customer needs and behaviour for the purpose of delivering added value and satisfaction to the customer. The data, in conjuction with information technology, is then used to develop stronger relationships with customers. Fundamentally, CRM is based on a number of concepts focusing on the marketplace and the consumer. This research objective is to know the effect of implementation relationship marketing on customer loyalty in Bank SULUT, Tondano. 50 respondents has used as samples. The method used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The result shows that trust, commitment, communication, conflict handling are significant influence on customer loyalty decision simultaneously. Abstract

Abstract: Workplace environment is an important thing in organizations and give a big influence on employee?s performance. With a proper workplace environment like the facilities inside the office, employees are motivated and tend to improve the performance. This study came up in order to know how important workplace environment in Graha Pena and how is the performance of workplace environment in Graha Pena since those two factor are very important in terms of increasing or decreasing employees performance and comfort in working area. The study is using quantitative approach with Importance and Performance analysis with characteristic of respondent based on gender, age and educational background and the attributes are Indoor air quality, lighting, noise, furniture and tools and office environment. The result show lighting ,office environment and tools are the most important attribute in Graha Pena Manado post because they located at quadrant II which means it is in excellent level and quality even so, every aspect needs to be maintain in a good condition so that Graha Pena could be consistent in holding on to their success company. Keywords: workplace environment, indoor air quality, lighting, noise, furniture and tools, office environment, importance and performance analysis

Abstract

Abstract : The Food aspect has a great influence and is a significant driver in Indonesia’s economy. Tuna house is the most well-known tuna restaurant in Manado, since it is the first restaurant that made tuna fish popular. To maintain the popularity of Tuna HouseMega Mas Manado, the restaurant needs to consider abo.ut the quality of the food. This research aims to analyze and evaluate Food Quality of Tuna House Mega Mas Manado. In order to define these variables this research takes a quantitative approach by obtaining data through questionnaires using convenience sampling in which 100 customers of Tuna House Mega Mas Manado are the respondents. To analyze the data this research uses Importance and Performance Analysis as the research method. There are 4 variables included in the analysis and 5 indicators for each variable. From the results of analyzing 4 variablesthere are 2 varibles that are importance to the customers and customers feel satisfied with the performance, and those variables are taste and freshness. There are 2 variables that have low importance and performance also to the customers, and those variables are innovative food and presentation, so the restaurant can be focused on other aspects or variables. Keywords: foodquality, importance and performanceanalysis

Abstract

Abstract: Human Resource Management is very important in hospitality industry. One of this hospitality industry that operates in manado city is Ibis hotel. In this hotel, it’s important to discuss about employee retention. Employee retention means keeping right people on right jobs for every organization. This research aims to analyze the problem about employee retention in Ibis hotel Manado. This study aims to define the factors that affecting employee retention in Ibis Hotel Manado and to determine which factors most impacting employee retention in Ibis Hotel Manado. This research utilizes descriptive quantitative method. Populations and samples in this study are the employees of Ibis Hotel Manado, using saturated sampling technique in collecting sample research from respondents. The results of this research conclude that there are four factors that impacts the employee retention of Ibis Hotel Manado, such as talent management factor, consisted of training and development, perceived of organizational support, organizational justice, job autonomy, career development, commitment, performance appraisal and employee empowerment variable. Workload factor, consisted of by job satisfaction, work environment, leadership, organizational culture, and work life balance social interaction factor, consisted of demographics, mentoring and compensation variable. Psychological well-being factor, consisted of reward, job stress, and job security variable.Keywords: employee retention, factor analysis, talent management, workload, psychological well-being, job security.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan produk tabungan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Sulut Go Cabang Utama Manado baik secara simultan (bersama-sama) dan parsil (masing-masing). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan (menyebarkan kuesioner) dan studi pustaka. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, dan terakhir analisis analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan  (X1) dan produk tabungan (X2), secara bersama-sama tidak signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah (Y). Hasil Koefisien Korelasi (R) menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan  (X1) dan produk tabungan (X2), terhadap loyalitas nasabah  (Y) mempunyai hubungan yang tinggi, dan hasil Koefisien determinasi (R2 ) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan produk tabungan  (X2) sangat berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah (Y) sedangkan pengaruh lainnya yang diperoleh dari variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Produk Tabungan dan Loyalitas Nasabah

Abstract

Abstract: Restaurant business is growing in line with the customer’s needs, wants and demands. The restaurant business has become a business that have concept of   ambience, selling, menu and packaging, and also service. This research aims to analyze the restaurant attributes of K8 Coffee House and Resto Manado. Restaurant Attributes has four indicators namely ambience, menu, food quality and service quality. This is a quantitative descriptive research and used IPA as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who already visited the K8 Coffee House and Resto. Convenience sampling was used by collecting data through online questionnaire. The result revealed that food quality is located in Quadrant II that indicated a high level of importance and good performance. In Quadrant I, there is ambience which have high importance but the level of performance is lower. Meanwhile, service quality is located in Quadrant III which means this attribute is not too important to the customers and the company deliver low performance. And the last is Menu that located in Quadrant IV. This attribute has low importance to the customers but high performance which means this attribute could be the strength of K8 Coffee House and Resto Manado. Keywords: restaurant attributes, importance and performance analysis.

Abstract

Abstract: Global warming is an event where temperature of earth increases due to  emission of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Air conditioner (AC) is launched to the market to reduce air temperature in the room. This research aims to analyze the green perceived value and green perceived risk on Air Condtioner product in Manado. Type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach and IPA as the measurement tool. The sample size is 100 respondents posessing an Air Condtioner product in Manado. Purposive sampling used to collect data through online questionnaires. The result for green perceived value and green perceived risk shows that those attributes are very important to the customers but the performance levels are assessed lower this attribute located in Quadrant 2. Attributes located in this quadrant means that customers already satisfied with company performance and company needs to maintain and keep this customer satisfaction. Then attributes located in this quadrant have a low importance to the customers and the company also has low performance on those attributes. So, the attributes located in this quadrant are not prior to the company but could be the concern for the customer itself, those attributes located in Quadrant 3 with low average. ­­Keywords: importance and performance analysis, green perceived value, green perceived risk

Abstract

Abstract: There are many factors that affect the work achievement of the employees, including the complexity of the task as a step to carry out the frequency and types of tasks according to their abilities and the placement of an effort to create effective work efficiency of employees in order to produce human resource utilization that is optimal for the company to achieve the company's goals. Goals to be achieved from this research are to determine the effect of Work Placement and complexity of tasks simultaneously on the Work achievement in Company “X”, to determine the effect of the partial Work Placement of Work achievement in Company “X” and to determine the effect of task complexity partially on the Work achievement in Company “X”. This study used quantitative research method, in order to process the data from the financial Company “X”. Quantitative research methods are research methods dealing with numbers and anything that is measurable in a systematic way of investigation of phenomena and their relationships. Based on these results, the researcher stated that both variables of employment and complexity of the task influence the effectiveness of work achievement. The recommendation the company should consider about additional training/development for the employee. Keywords:work placement, complexity of the task, work achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak: Keputusan pembelian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kaidah menyeimbangkan sisi positif dengan sisi negatif suatu merek ataupun mencari solusi terbaik dari perspektif konsumen yang setelah konsumsi akan dievaluasi kembali. Faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen adalah strategi harga, kualitas produk, dan suasana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi harga, kualitas produk, dan suasana terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuisioner kepada 63 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Strategi Harga, Kualitas Produk dan Suasana secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Strategi Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Kualitas Produk secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Suasana secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Rumah Kopi Billy Megamas Manado. Untuk itu, perusahaan harus mempertahankan Strategi Harga dan Suasana yang ada agar keputusan pembelian dapat ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci : strategi harga, kualitas produk, suasana, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Diferensiasi Produk, Kualitas Layanan, dan Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Kantor Cabang Utama Manado baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif yang dilakukan selama 6 bulan. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada nasabah yang menabung di lebih dari dua bank. Data tersebut kemudian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 2.0. Hasil uji menunjukan bahwa variabel Diferensiasi Produk dan Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan baik itu parsial maupun simultan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Sedangkan untuk variabel Citra Merek secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Untuk itu, perusahaan harus mempertahankan Diferensiasi Produk dan Kualitas Layanan yang ada agar unggul dalam bersaing.Kata Kunci: diferensiasi produk, kualitas layanan, citra merek, keunggulan bersaing
