Abstract

This study has several purposes namely; analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on workplace spirituality; analyze the influence of spiritual leadership on spiritual survival; analyze the influence of workplace spirituality on an individual spirituality; analyze the influence of spiritual survival on the individual spirituality; analyze an individual spirituality influence on human resource commitments; analyze the role of workplace spirituality and individual spirituality as mediating on the influence of spiritual leadership on human resource commitments and analyze the role of spiritual survival and individual spirituality as mediating on the spiritual influence of leadership on human resource commitments. This study used the population of all employees of drinking water companies in Denpasar, Badung and Tabanan districts as many as 902 employees. The sample number of 200 respondents was done purfosively. Closed multiple-choice questionnaire tools are used for Data collection techniques, and data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the overall evaluation of the model was seen from the side of R-Square (R2), Q-Square Predictive Relevance (Q2) and Goodness of Fit (GoF) then the model was declared good. Of all the hypotheses raised in the model stated all tested significantly and positively.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu fungsi perusahaan harus memiliki kinerja yang baik. Sumber daya yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan seperti modal, metode dan mesin tidak bisa memberikan hasil yang optimum apabila tidak didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai kinerja yang optimum yang saling berkaitan dan terhubung satu dengan yang lainnya. Pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia harus dikelola dengan baik, mengingat sumber daya manusia merupakan bagian dari fungsi perusahaan yang dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk menunjang efektivitas dan efisiensi dari perusahaan, sehingga tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. kinerja karyawan/pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nicepro Megatama jumlah sempel penelitian adalah 30 oramg. Penentuan sempel menggunakan metode penelitian sensus dimana semua populasi dijadikan sempel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karywan pada PT. Nicepro Megatama sebesar 0,663 dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nicepro Megatama sebesar 0,384. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t Kompensasi adalah 0,663, hasil uji t komitmen organisasi adalah 0,384.

Abstract

Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar, is a special Yamaha Motorbike Dealer company with 35 employees. The results of the author's observation and interviews with HRD at CV. Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar obtained information that the occurrence of employee Turnover Intention which can be seen from the inconvenience of employees at work, frequently violated time discipline, absent from work without reason and the absence of cooperation and participation of all employees in solving problems. The high employee turnover rate occurs because most of them feel that the workload is excessive, so companies must also pay attention to how to maintain and manage employee workloads. The occurrence of work Bebans due to certain targets given by employees in completing work becomes a workload that can be experienced by employees. Based on the results of research and discussion results, it can be concluded as follows: Workload has a positive and insignificant effect on employee turnover intentions. This can be seen from the significance value of the t test = 0.558> 0.05 (5%). Job Bebans has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intentions of employees at CV. Yamaha Waja Motor Denpasar. This can be seen from the results of the t-test, the significance of the t-count for the variable work Bebans (X2) is 0.000 <0.05 (5%)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The location of this research is PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga. The population uses employees of PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga and a sample of 38 employees. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. The results obtained from the research: (1) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t value is 2.030> t table 3.502 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where the t value is 2.030> t table 3.749 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. (3) simultaneously organizational culture and a significant effect on employee performance, where the t value is 22.925> F table 2.87 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables on employee performance is 54.2%. The suggestion that researchers can give is that PT. BPR Maha Bhoga Marga Kuta should guide employees, provide motivation to employees and periodically provide training to employees.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) plays a very important role in the company. Human resources are the basic capital in determining company goals. Company goals will be achieved when employees have high performance. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance, the effect of work ability on employee performance, the effect of work experience on employee performance at the LPD Desa Adat Tumbakbayuh, Mengwi District. The sample in this study were all employees totaling 34 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada CV. Cellular World Teuku Umar dengan alamat di jalan Teuku Umar No. 60 Denpasar. CV. Cellular World Teuku Umar adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan handphone, adapun tipe-tipe handphone yang dijual adalah Samsung,oppo,vivo,xiaomi,Huawei dan iphone. Cellular world memiliki lokasi yang ideal, berada pada pusat area Teuku Umar dan jarak dekat menuju mall. CV. Cellular World memiliki 5 cabang lainya. Dimana jumlah karyawan pada cabang Teuku Umar berjumlah 42 orang yang terdiri dari 26 perempuan dan 16 laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Insentif Finansial dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa insentif Finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana jika Insentif Finansialmeningkat maka kinerja akan meningkat pula, sebaliknya jika insentif finansial menurun maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan artinya jika kepuasan kerja meningkat belum tentu kinerja karyawan akan menurun

Abstract

Human Resources are aspects related to employee performance. Performance is important for the entire organization because performance will determine the effectiveness of the organization. Performance is also important because performance is considered a measure of a manager's success in managing the organization and its human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of self-confidence on employee performance at UD Toko Kartika. The sample in this study were all employees totaling 35 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that the variables: 1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 3) Self-confidence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment, situational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The research was conducted at the LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan. The population and sample in this study were 42 employees of the LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan. Data was collected by observation, study of documentation, questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression to determine the effect of the physical work environment, situational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The results of the analysis show that the physical work environment, situational leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance where if the physical work environment, situational leadership and work motivation increase, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of work culture and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Canning Indonesian Products. The sample in this study amounted to 61 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The tests carried out are model test (F), t test and classical assumptions. The results of the study prove that (1) work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where if work culture is improved, employee performance will increase; (2) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where if the physical work environment is improved, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Badung, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Badung, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Badung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 karyawan pada Koperasi Kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Badung. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis SPSS Versi 24 For Windows Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kopdit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Badung, Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Badung dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kopdit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Badung, Adanya keterbatasan objek penelitian yang digunakan hanya berfokus pada Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya kerja dan kompetensi sehingga tidak dapat menganalisis atau menjangkau lebih dalam faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Badung.
