Abstract

AbstraksiSurat Pernyataan Miskin (SPM) merupakan surat yang diedarkan oleh pihak Kelurahan bagi KeluargaMiskin. Surat ini sangat bermanfaat untuk meringankan beban biaya perawatan dan pengobatan di RumahSakit yang dirujuk. Surat Pernyataan Miskin dikeluarkan khusus bagi Keluarga Miskin yang tidakmemiliki dokumen seperti Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat (JamKesMas). Pada kenyataannya di lapangan,pemberian SPM masih memiliki hambatan dalam proses pengolahan dan pencarian data yang belumterintegrasi serta penilaian kriteria masyarakat miskin yang bersifat subyektif sehingga dari pihakKelurahan sulit untuk mendeterminasi masyarakat miskin yang sesuai yang berhak menerima bantuan.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini dilakukan suatu analisis menggunakanmetode fuzzy AHP. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang paling berpengaruh diantarasemua kriteria sebagai penentu masyarakat miskin, yaitu kriteria papan sebesar 28,4%.Kata Kunci: Fuzzy AHP, Surat Pernyataan Miskin (SPM)

Abstract

Sir Kalifatullah Ermaya, ST., MMDrs Apit Yuliman, MM M.AkHelpdesk adalah suatu kesatuan yang merupakan gabungan dari beberapa grup yangbertugas sebagai pemberi layanan secara terpusat kepada semua pengguna IT. Pada saat ini,pelaporan insiden dan permintaan IT terpusat pada suatu grup yang disebut Helpdesk yangberanggotakan beberapa personel IT. Ini dimaksudkan agar sebagian besar insiden ataupermintaan yang berkaitan dengan IT sudah dapat diselesaikan pada level ini. Selanjutnyaapabila insiden tidak bisa diselesaikan di level ini maka insiden tersebut akan diteruskan kelevel yang lebih spesifik/ expert untuk insiden tersebut.Hasil dari usulan aplikasi ini adalah sebuah Aplikasi Database Solusi yang dimilikioleh Helpdesk PT. Telkom yang terdiri dari : Database Login; Database Solusi (insert, deletedan update Data); Database Polling. Aplikasi yang dapat melakukan view, update, delete, insertterhadap data yang ada pada database ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai data komplainyang sering dialami oleh user. Aplikasi ini dapat melakukan view, update, delete, insertterhadap data yang ada pada database. Dan pada akhirnya, aplikasi ini hanya dapat digunakanoleh admin Helpdesk untuk membantu para user yang memiliki komplain.KATA KUNCI: DATABASE, HELPDESK

Abstract

Abstrak : Pengenalan citra wajah adalah salah satuteknologi biometrik yang sekarang ini telah banyakdiaplikasikan dalam sistem security selain pengenalansidik jari maupun pengenalan retina mata. Salah satu carapengenalan citra wajah untuk mencari kemiripannyaadalah dengan menggunakan metode eigen face.Metode Eigen Face ini menggunakan PrincipalComponent Analysis (PCA) karena PCA mampumelakukan transformasi terhadap vektor citra dari ruangcitra berdimensi n ke ruang citra dimensi m. Penggunaanmetode eigen face dikarenakan metode ini tidaktergantung pada objek dengan informasi tiga dimensi atauinformasi yang detil. Dalam penulisan ini akan dibahasbagaimana suatu citra wajah dapat diolah dan dideteksikemiripan atau persamaannya dari sebuah citra wajahyang di input dengan kumpulan citra wajah yang adadalam database dengan teknik DT-CWT (Dual TreeComplex Wavelete Transform). Abstract

The circulation of illegal drugs continues to increase every year. The volume of drug circulation is directly proportional to the number of users. Bogor Regency has the second highest number of drug cases in West Java (Jabar). A total of 170 drug cases have been handled by the police in 2022. The Bogor Police Narcotics Unit throughout the year has been trying to reduce the number of drug users and dealers by carrying out preventive efforts in collaboration with other stakeholders. This activity aims to provide education to all participants who attend about the impacts of using illegal drugs and how to overcome them. Apart from that, it also forms the individual character of every P4GN activist in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The number of cooperatives in Indonesia continues to increase rapidly, but there are still many cooperative members and employees who do not understand the principles of cooperatives, so many cooperatives are not active. One of the cooperatives in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is the Employee Cooperative at SMK Cooperative, Yogyakarta. The Community Service Team provides guidance in the form of material regarding the basics of cooperatives, cooperative institutions, and cooperative businesses so that prospective members can participate better and employees work more actively to improve their performance. Some of the cooperative theories provided in this Community Service activity are basic cooperatives, definition of cooperatives, foundation, principles and objectives for establishing cooperatives, cooperative principles, characteristics of cooperatives, types of cooperatives, and business activities in cooperatives. In practice, there needs to be a strengthening of prospective members so that they have strong motivation to cooperate. It is hoped that educational development for employees and prospective members will be able to contribute to all levels of management, employees, and members.

Abstract

We carried out this Community Service Activity (PKM) for the Women Farmers Group (KWT) "Kenanga", situated in Ngestiharjo, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This activity aims to provide insight into the packaging of its flagship product, namely pecel seasoning. We use guidance on appropriate packaging to enhance the product's competitiveness. This PKM activity was successfully implemented. In addition, the activity provides participants with motivation, fostering persistence and enthusiasm for product development. We then apply the designed packaging and labels to the product, aiming to boost sales volume and establish a product with a significant competitive edge

Abstract

The existence of cooperatives as the center of economic activity for most Indonesians has begun to be displaced by competitors such as more modern shops and mini markets. Therefore, improving the quality of service and member participation in the cooperative is important in improving its business. Researchers conducted research using qualitative methods and used descriptive statistics to determine the marketing mix and member participation in the Sejahtera Employees Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total of 30 respondents. There are twenty-six indicators which fall into ten dimensions and two variables. In conveying messages about their products to consumers, all dimensions of the marketing mix variables and member participation in the Sejahtera Employees Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta fall into the very high category. The dimension with the best score is the place with a score of 4.98. Meanwhile, the dimension with the lowest score is processed with a score of 4.57. This shows that the Prosperous Employee Cooperative, PGRI University, Yogyakarta has implemented the 7P marketing mix and member participation well.

Abstract

This research highlights company resource variables and the external environment in the digital creative industry in West Java, which is registered with Aspiluki. There were 25 respondents in this study, consisting of owners and managers. This research uses quantitative and descriptive research methodologies. Company resources are everything that the company owns and can control. Meanwhile, the external environment is the environment outside the organization that can influence a company. The results show that the biggest indicator of the company resource variable is "the accuracy of using computer-based systems to analyze customer and market information." Meanwhile, the biggest indicator of external environmental variables is "the power of suppliers in determining costs to the company." The lowest indicator for the company resource variable is "developing and maintaining computer-based communication relationships with customers." Therefore, researchers suggest that companies should improve service quality by offering customer service 24 hours a day instead of normal office hours, which usually only involve 5 working days a week. Meanwhile, the lowest indicator for external environmental variables is "changes in government policies that affect digital creative businesses." Therefore, researchers suggest that the government provide policies that can provide more contributions to companies in the digital creative industries.

Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on company performance using a quantitative approach in thirty businesses engaged in book publishing in the city of Bandung. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of AI has a positive effect on company performance. AI-based analysis plays an important role in supporting companies to enter new markets. In addition, the implementation of AI within an organization can reduce operational time and costs. Therefore, companies should be able to improve the quality of their human resources in adopting the ever-evolving AI technology. In addition, companies can also use AI gradually, considering that the use of this technology requires a lot of investment costs.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analyze the uniqueness of the strategy in the cooperative business to increase profits for its members. This research is qualitative and descriptive. This research was conducted on 10 healthy cooperatives that have used digital applications in their daily operations registered in department of cooperatives and SMEs. The purpose of cooperatives is to prosper members and provide benefits either directly or indirectly. Some of the cooperative business uniqueness, namely: open and voluntary membership, democratic management system and the distribution of residual income is carried out fairly according to the business services of each member.From the results of study, the obstacles that occured in the implementation of digital cooperatives were: low capital provided by members, the lack of technology understanding in human resources, weak soft and hard skills, the existence of strong competition with other businesses, low interest in young people towards cooperative business, the low quality of the cooperative business planning.Revitalization is urgently needed so that cooperatives do not get worse. The authors suggested that cooperatives needed to develop the right strategy in order to survive in the storm of economic competition. The governmenthad to provide financial assistance for human resource development and provide training for cooperative employees. In addition, it is necessary to revamp the digital business comprehension for young people as new generation so that they can focus more on developing cooperative businesses for giving nation economic contribution.
