The aims of this research are: 1) to see the influence of learning style on the mathematics learning achievement of class VII students at SMP Negeri 18 Baubau; 2) to find out the effect of emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning achievement of class VII students at SMP Negeri 18 Baubau; 3) to determine the influence of students' learning styles and emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning achievement of VII students at SMP Negeri 18 Baubau. This research is quantitative research using an ex post facto correlation research model. The population of this study were all class VII students at SMP Negeri 18 Baubau with a sample consisting of 5 classes, namely classes VII 1, VII 2, VII 3, VII 4, and VII 5 totaling 217 students selected through the Purposive Sampling technique where each class A total of 6 students were taken, namely, 2 students based on the category that achieved the highest ranking, 2 students based on the category that achieved the middle ranking, and 2 students based on the category that achieved the lowest ranking. Data collection instruments and techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) there is a significant influence of learning style on the mathematics learning achievement of class VII students at SMP Negeri 18 Baubau with a variable significance of 0.000 0.05; 2) there is no significant influence of students' emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning achievement of class VII students at SMP Negeri 18 Baubau with a variable significance of 0.191 > 0.05; 3) there is a significant influence of learning style and emotional intelligence on the mathematics learning achievement of class VII students at SMP Negeri 18 Baubau with a variable significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
