Abstract

This article aims to explain dakwah in the fiction novel Kyai Joksin Kyai Tanpa Pesantren by Imam Sibawaih el-Hasany. A literary work more often than not contains messages the author wants to convey. Religious moral messages are often presented in the form of a novel, with the goal of inspiring the readers. Novel Kyai Joksin Kyai Tanpa Pesantren is one of the literary works full of religious messages, which are particularly connected to dakwah. Through the lens of dakwah theory, this study focuses on the method of dakwah used by Kyai Joksin. This study concludes that Novel Kyai Joksin Kyai Tanpa Pesantren is a narrative about the journey of a kyai who has no pesantren (English: Islamic boarding school). Despite this drawback, but the preaching of the kai turns out to be effective. This effectiveness resides upon the methods of the dakwah the kyai applied which are characterised by politeness and gentleness, uswatun hasanah, advice, wills, wisdom, justice, and dialogue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dlakukan pada Usaha Batu Bata Merah Melati di Desa Sempulang Kecamatan Tanah Grogot Kabupaten Paser dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah penjualan dalam satuan dan penjualan dalam rupiah yang harus diperoleh agar tercapai titik impas (break even point), menentukan besar maksimum penurunan penjualan (margin of safety) serta penggunaan analisis titik impas (break even point) dalam merencanakan laba.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kasus. variabel penelitian ini meliputi biaya-biaya yang ada dalam perusahaan, harga jual, volume penjualan, dan besarnya tingkat laba yang direncanakan perusahaan.Data yang digunakan berupa laporan laba rugi Usaha Batu Bata Merah Melati tahun 2023, langkah pertama dalam analisis data adalah mengumpulkan unsur-unsur biaya, kemudian dikelompokkan menjadi biaya tetap dan biaya variabel, serta besar maksimum jumlah penurunan volume penjualan (margin of safety), dan proyeksi laba untuk tahun 2023. Dari analisis data diketahui besar break even point pada tahun 2023 yaitu sebesar Rp 72.191.904 dengan penjualan satuan sebanyak 84.932 unit batu bata merah. untuk perhitungan jumlah maksimum penurunan volume penjualan (margin of safety) dalam rupiah sebesar Rp 437.580.000 dengan penjualan satuan sebanyak 514.800 unit batu bata atau sebesar 85,8% dari jumlah penjualan yang dianggarkan. Pada tahun 2023 Pemilik Usaha Batu Bata Merah Melati merencanakan adanya kenaikan laba sebesar 10% dari laba tahun 2023 yaitu sebesar Rp 264.643.250 sehingga menjadi laba yang di rencanakan sebesar Rp. 291.107.575. Untuk mencapai target tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan jumlah produksi batu bata dari tahun sebelumnya yaitu 600.000 unit batu bata menjadi 691.757 unit batu bata.

Abstract

Pengaruh Advertising dan Personal Selling Terhadap Keputusan Konsumen dalam memakai Kartu Perdana Simpati Di Kalangan Mahasiswa STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot. Apakah variabel advertising (X1) dan personal selling (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen (Y) dalam memakai Kartu Perdana Simpati Di Kalangan Mahasiswa STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian pada Mahasiswa STIE Widya Praja Tanah Grogot. Seluruh responden berjumlah 100 orang responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui nilai R sebesar 0, 671, ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat dari variabel advertising (X1) dan personal selling (X2) terhadap variabel keputusan konsumen (Y), sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,439 atau 43,9% artinya variabel keputusan konsumen (Y) dijelaskan variabel advertising (X1) dan personal selling (X2) sebesar 0, 439 atau 43,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Nilai F hitung sebesar 39,757, sedangkan nilai F tabel sebesar 3,0902, maka F hitung > F tabel 39,757 > 3,0902. Hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya secara bersama-sama variabel bebas berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel tidak bebas. Dari hasil analisis terhadap dua variabel bebas yang terdiri dari variabel X1 advertising (X1) dan personal selling (X2) bahwa X1 berpengaruh dominan terhadap variabel Y (keputusan konsumen), dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 8,607 dan t tabel sebesar 1,6607, hal ini berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dan nilai persamaan regresi sebesar 0 ,989 serta koefisien beta sebesar 0, 687.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication, teamwork, creativity on the performance of civil servants at the Paser Regency Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA). From the results of the validity test of 18 valid statements and the significant limit of rtable is 0.05 and the two-sided test, the rtable value is 0.2876 while rcount > rtable for each statement in this study. The results of the reliability test, the Cronbach Alpha value is 0.903, the N of items is 18. From the results of data analysis and data tabulation, it can be seen that the results of the regression equation are Y= 0.477+0.404 X1+0.245 X2+0.242X3. Based on the calculation results, the R value (correlation coefficient) of 0.842 is at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables communication (X1), teamwork (X2), and creativity (X3) on performance. employee (Y). The Adjusted R Square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.688 or 68.8%. This shows that the variables communication (X1), teamwork (X2), and creativity (X3) contribute or contribute an influence of 68.8% to the performance of civil servants (Y) at the Paser Regency Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA). Meanwhile, the remaining 31.2% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. The Fcount test results obtained a value of 34.796 with a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.82 (3:43). So Fcount is 34.796 > Ftable value is 2.82. This means that there is a joint influence between the variables communication (X1), teamwork (X2), and creativity (X3) on employee performance (Y). The results of the t test obtained a Communication tcount (X1) value of tcount 3.094 > ttable 2.017 with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Teamwork (X2) tcount is 2.454 > ttable is 2.017 with a significance level of 0.018 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Creativity (X3) tcount is 1.983 < ttable is 2.017 with a significance level of 0.054 > 0.05. So H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

Pulau Rantau Village is one of the villages under the working area of ​​Tanah Grogot District. Community Service by providing material related to TQM so that village employees are able to carry out their duties and responsibilities well, namely by providing maximum service to every community who needs services at the village office. The target of implementing this activity is all employees at the Pulau Rantau Village Office, Tanah Grogot District, with the material of Implementing TQM in Improving the Quality of Excellent Service carried out through lecture and question and answer discussion methods. In this activity, the importance of cooperation between all village officials in providing services to the community is also conveyed, so that excellent quality service and satisfaction is felt by every community member who receives services at the village office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee work productivity at Pucuk Jaya Limited Liability Company (PT) Batu Engau District, Paser Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were employees at PT. Pucuk Jaya Batu Engau District, Paser Regency, totaling 153 people. In this study, the sampling technique used was the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sample taken by the researcher was 25% x 153, the result was 38.25 rounded up to 38 respondents. The techniques used in calculating data analysis in this study were validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test. The test results show that the work stress variable has an effect on employee work productivity, this is proven by the calculated t value of 8.507 with a significant value of 0.05>0.000 when compared to the t table value of 1.68830, then the calculated t> t table is (8.507>1.68830).

Abstract

Gotong royong, or mutual cooperation, is a deeply rooted local cultural value in Indonesian society that plays a strategic role in strengthening social cohesion and promoting environmental consciousness. This study aims to explore and analyze the function of gotong royong in fostering social solidarity and raising community awareness of environmental sustainability through various communal activities. These activities include neighborhood cleaning, reforestation efforts, and participatory waste management, all of which require active involvement from community members. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the research was conducted through field observations and in-depth interviews with residents actively engaged in gotong royong practices. The findings reveal that gotong royong serves as a powerful social mechanism that encourages a sense of togetherness, mutual aid, and shared responsibility among community members. These interactions help to solidify social bonds and create a collective spirit that is vital for social resilience. In addition to reinforcing social relationships, the practice of gotong royong significantly contributes to enhancing environmental awareness. Communities become more proactive in maintaining cleanliness, preserving green spaces, planting trees, and managing waste sustainably. The study concludes that gotong royong is not merely a traditional cultural practice, but also an effective and relevant instrument for promoting social and environmental well-being in contemporary society. Its continued integration into community development programs could further strengthen both social solidarity and environmental stewardship, making it a vital component in sustainable development initiatives. Therefore, revitalizing and institutionalizing gotong royong is essential for fostering holistic and inclusive community growth.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Trubus Sport Center Tana Paser. Dan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variable keandalan (X1), daya tanggap (X2), jaminan (X3), empati (X4), dan bukti langsung (X5) bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada Trubus Sport Center Tana Paser. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai informasi bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari keandalan (X1), daya tanggap (X2), jaminan (X3), empati (X4), dan bukti langsung (X5) sangat penting untuk kepuasan pelanggan. Dari metode analisis linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Versi 20.00 diperoleh sebagai berikut : Y = 0,312 + 0,436X1 + 0,318 X2 + 0,323X3 + 0,102X4 - 0,235X5. Dengan nilai konstanta sebesar 0,312 mempunyai arti kepuasan pelanggan akan meningkat sebesar 0,312 jika variabel keandalan (X1), daya tanggap (X2), jaminan (X3), empati (X4), dan bukti langsung (X5) konstan atau tetap. Koefesien korelasi (R) adalah sebesar 0,775 artinya bahwa hubungan variabel keandalan (X1), daya tanggap (X2), jaminan (X3), empati (X4), dan bukti langsung (X5) adalah kuat. Koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,601 atau 60,1% artinya variabel keandalan (X1), daya tanggap (X2), jaminan (X3), empati (X4), dan bukti langsung (X5) mempengaruh variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) sebesar 60,1%, sedangkan sisanya 39,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Berdasar data diatas dapat diperoleh Fhitung 15,939 dengan Ftabel 2,3894 artinya Fhitung 15,939 > Ftabel 2,3894 dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, artinya variabel keandalan (X1), daya tanggap (X2), jaminan (X3), empati (X4), dan bukti langsung (X5) berpebgaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) pada Trubus Sport Center Tana Paser. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel daya tanggap (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y), yang mana nilai t-hitung yang tersesar yaitu sebesar 3,910, sedangkan ttabel 1,6741, sehingga thitung > ttabel atau 3,910 > 1,6741 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Ini berarti hipotesis tidak terbukti kebenaranya atau ditolak.

Abstract

In the context of modern organizations, performance can no longer be measured solely through short-term target achievements. A strong foundation of quality culture is required to ensure sustainable performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between quality culture and organizational performance sustainability through a modern managerial approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative, employing literature studies and conceptual analysis of theories related to quality management, organizational culture, and performance sustainability. The findings indicate that quality culture holds a strategic role in shaping work behavior, strengthening management systems, and fostering continuous innovation. The application of quality values—such as commitment to continuous improvement, customer orientation, and consistency in process control—contributes to the creation of a productive work environment that is responsive to change. Integrating quality culture into all aspects of the organization also enhances operational efficiency, reinforces teamwork, and promotes data-driven decision-making. These aspects lead to greater performance consistency, improved customer satisfaction, and long-term competitive advantage. Therefore, quality culture does not merely serve as a behavioral guideline but becomes a fundamental pillar in building an adaptive, innovative, and sustainable organization capable of navigating an increasingly complex business environment.
