Abstract

The ethics of Islamic communication is a guide to acting on the basis of morality which is closely related to the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet. The ethics of Islamic communication is important and interesting to study because it is a form of prevention against the negative effects of the use of social media. Based on the above context, the purpose of this study is to answer the question of how the motives of netizens social actions in the implementation of Islamic communication ethics on social media of Twitter. The theory used in this study is Max Weber's theory of social action which is divided into four categories, namely traditional rational action, instrumental rational action, effective rational action, and value oriented rational action. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The motives of netizens social actions in the implementation of Islamic communication ethics on social media of Twitter are very diverse including Qawlan Sadidan (correct words), Qawlan Baligha (effective and well targeted), Qawlan Karima (noble words), Qawlan Ma'rufan (good words) or appropriate), Qawlan Layyina (gentle), and Qawlan Maisura (easily accepted).

Abstract

Al-Khaibar minimarket’s one of development results of cash waqf linked social entrepreneur from productive waqf management inpatient rooms of the Very Important Person (VIP) class at Hospital of UNISMA Malang. The purpose of this study was to determine management and development of productive waqf through Al-Khaibar minimarket business at the UNISMA foundation and distribution of benefits at productive waqf management through Al-Khaibar minimarket business at the UNISMA foundation. The research method used descriptive qualitative using a sociological and empirical approach. Researcher took object of research at State Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA) related to management of cash waqf linked social entrepreneurs. The results of this study prove that productive waqf management used in accordance with George R Terry’s theory namely planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. While distribution of benefits at productive waqf management is from net profits, 20%-30% is distributed to mauquf ‘alaih, 10% for nadzir in accordance with Law of Waqf No. 41 of 2004 paragraph 12 and 60%-70% for development of waqf. Abstrak: Minimarket Al-Khaibar adalah salah satu hasil pengembangan cash waqf linked social entrepreneur dari ruang rawat inap kelas VIP di Rumah Sakit UNISMA Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan manajemen pengelolaan dan pengembangan wakaf produktif melalui bisnis minimarket Al-Khaibar di Yayasan UNISMA serta distribusi hasil manfaat wakaf produktif melalui bisnis minimarket Al-Khaibar di Yayasan UNISMA. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis dan empiris. Peneliti mengambil objek penelitian di Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA) terkait cash waqf linked social entrepreneur. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa manajemen pengelolaan wakaf produktif yang digunakan sesuai dengan teori George R Terry yaitu planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling. Sementara distribusi hasil manfaat wakaf produktif adalah dari laba bersih, 20%-30% didistribusikan ke mauquf ‘alaih, 10% untuk nadzir yang sesuai dengan UU Wakaf No. 41 Tahun 2004 Pasal 12 dan 60%-70% untuk pengembangan wakaf.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai etika komunikasi sebagai kontrol kesalehan virtual dalam perilaku bermedia masyarakat di era digital. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan, dan mengetahui peran etika komunikasi sebagai kontrol kesalehan virtual dalam perilaku bermedia masyarakat di era digital. Konsep etika komunikasi yang digunakan berdasarkan perspektif Haryatmoko dan dilengkapi oleh teori tindakan komunikasi Habermas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Data-data yang berhasil diperoleh kemudian dianalisis, dibandingkan, dan dipadukan sehingga terbentuk sebuah hasil kajian yang sistematis, padu, dan utuh. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa etika komunikasi merupakan seperangkat norma, nilai, atau ukuran tingkah laku yang baik dalam aktivitas komunikasi. Dalam hal ini, etika komunikasi sebagai kontrol kesalehan virtual dalam perilaku bermedia masyarakat di era digital ini dimaksudkan untuk menjamin pada tercapainya sifat-sifat umum akan norma-norma yang dapat diterima dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Selain itu, menjamin pada otonomi individu melalui kemampuan emansipatoris sehingga menghasilkan pembentukan kehendak bersama melalui perbincangan yang rasional. Dengan demikian, etika komunikasi merupakan sebuah upaya untuk mengontrol proses komunikasi agar tercipta stabilitas sosial dalam masyarakat yang plural di era digital.Kata Kunci: Etika; Komunikasi; Kesalehan; Virtual; Digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai makna nilai-nilai kultural Nahdlatul Ulama dalam tinjauan budaya organisasi. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan, dan mengetahui makna nilai-nilai kultural Nahdlatul Ulama ditinjau dari teori budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil observasi dan dokumen-dokumen yang berhasil dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis, dibandingkan, dan dipadukan sehingga terbentuk sebuah hasil kajian yang sistematis, padu, dan utuh. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa makna nilai-nilai kultural Nahdlatul Ulama dalam tinjauan budaya organisasi sesuai dengan visi, misi, dan tujuan dari organisasi. Nilai-nilai kultural yang dikembangkan dikenal dengan istilah al-Mabadi al-Khamsah yang termasuk di dalamnya assidqu, al-amanah wal wafa’bil ‘ahdi, al-‘adalah, at-ta’awun, dan al-istiqamah. Nilai-nilai kultural tersebut juga termanifestasi melalui tradisi dan amaliyah seperti amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, aqiqah, diba’an, haul, istighosah, jam’iyahan, manakib, maulid Nabi, qunut, tahlil, tingkepan, dan ziarah kubur. Denganbudaya organisasi dan nilai-nilai kultural di dalamnya, maka suatu organisasi akan lebih mudah dalam mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan yang dicita-citakan para anggota, pengurus, maupun pendiri organisasi.

Abstract

Development strategy of human resource management for millennial generation is a step purposed at producing superior individuals who have characteristics and abilities that can compete and have a sale value that can be relied on either in a company or organization. The purposes of this study was to answering the formulation of problems regarding the characteristics of millennial generation related to work culture and human resource development strategies for millennial generation. The research method used descriptive qualitative by library research or literature study. The results of this study prove that the strategy being carried out is a way to improve the ability of every individual likes a training responsibility, intensive learning, behavior modification, immediate information, learning practice and patterns. Supporting sustainable factors are ability, motivation and opportunity.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of human resource development strategies in the Persada TV Lamongan media industry. The purpose of this research is to describe, explain and know the implementation of human resource development strategies in the Persada TV media industry as well as to describe, explain and find out human resource development strategies in the Persada TV Lamongan media industry in a review of organizational culture theory. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation and documentation. The results of observations and documents that have been collected are then analyzed, compared and combined to form a systematic, coherent and complete study result. In this research, it is found that; (1) the human resource development strategy in Persada TV media begins with the procurement of manpower or human resources, development, education and training, compensation and integration aimed at utilizing employees to be willing to work hard and participate actively in supporting the achievement of Persada TV goals and fulfill the needs of employees. (2) In the review of organizational culture theory, there are elements that form culture in Persada TV, including the basic assumptions embedded in the vision and mission, values and symbols attached to the logo which are the manifestation of sowing mercy for the people by utilizing technology.

Abstract

This research examines the process of forming social behavior in Islamic educational institutions in urban Blitar. This research examines the process of forming social behavior through the curriculum of Islamic educational institutions in urban Blitar and how the curriculum of Islamic educational institutions effectively shapes the social behavior of students in urban Blitar. To answer the problem formulation, researchers used qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This method was chosen to obtain detailed and comprehensive research data regarding the process of forming social behavior in Islamic educational institutions in the Blitar urban area. The data obtained was then presented descriptively and analyzed using the Talcotts-Parsons structure-function theory. The findings show that Islamic educational institutions can influence social behavior both inside and outside the classroom. In class we incorporate social behavior education values ​​from the Ministry of Education and Culture. Meanwhile, from outside the classroom, instilling religious values ​​in students, encouraging students to live in a good social environment, instilling the values ​​of discipline and independence, and maximizing social interaction between students. Teach using exemplary methods, customs and instructions. Apart from that, as a form of social awareness, Friday Welas Asih activities are carried out to provide support to fellow students and build friendship. The effectiveness of the Islamic Education Institute curriculum in shaping the social behavior of Blitar urban students is in line with the religious, social and cultural values ​​that develop in society.

Abstract

Editorial management is the main key in managing online news content, especially in Kanalindonesia.com as a relevant and dynamic information media. This study aims to determine the editorial management strategies and practices applied by Kanalindonesia.com in presenting information effectively and up-to-date. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of online news content published by Kanalindonesia.com. The results showed that the editorial management carries the approach of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. The process of collecting, editing, and disseminating news is carried out in a structured and efficient manner in accordance with journalistic principles. The selection of topics, the use of reliable sources of information, and the application of ethical journalism principles are the main focuses in presenting news. In addition, Kanalindonesia.com also implements controls on news content products that are carried out once a month. This is in order to form management that carries responsibility and can achieve the goals of the company.
