Abstract

Coronavirus new which caused the outbreak of pneumonia and caused the closure of tourist destinations and caused many SMEs products to be returned by the souvenir center and SMEs production stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. Banyuwangi Regency has also experienced the closure of tourist destinations starting March 2020 and has an impact on SMEs in Banyuwangi Regency, one of which is Ratu Manis SMEs. After the closure of tourist attractions, 70% of Ratu Manis SMEs products that were entrusted to the souvenir center and tourist attractions were returned. The number of SMEs Ratu Manis production has also decreased. Many exhibition events at every festival held in Banyuwangi Regency have been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ratu Manis SMEs is trying to rise from the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic through synergy from various parties with the help of the government, academics, media and the community using the pentahelix approach. The research approach used in this research is descriptive research. The data sources used in this study are secondary and primary data sources. The data were collected using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews with the source triangulation strategy for data validity. With penta helix synergy of industry, government, academia, media and the community sweet queen SMEs can survive to face the pandemic covid-19 and may even improve the quality of the products and sales turnover also increased from 20 kg to 40 kg per day.

Abstract

In facing intense competition in the repair service industry, UD. MBS Audio needs to engage in continuous efforts to enhance service quality and understand the changing dynamics of customer needs. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify and improve service quality, as well as to design an action plan to enhance services at UD. MBS Audio. This research utilizes the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method as a tool to translate customer expectations related to product or service quality. From the calculation results using the IPA method, Quadrant IV is identified as the top priority because it is considered highly important by customers and requires special attention as its performance has not yet reached optimal satisfaction levels. Critical attributes in Quadrant IV include P1, P5, and P10. A thorough evaluation of service quality, divided into four quadrants based on the IPA method, indicates that attributes in Quadrant IV (Top Priority) need continuous improvement to enhance their performance. The company's main focus should be on sustained improvement efforts to enhance the performance of these attributes, such as the cleanliness and tidiness of the facilities provided by UD. MBS Audio, providing satisfactory service results according to customer preferences, and offering guaranteed warranties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menilai keberhasilan penerapan media Piralog dalam memperbaiki hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar selama pembelajaran IPA, terutama pada topik ekosistem. Penerapan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebanyak dua siklus telah melibatkan 26 peserta didik. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa terjadi perbaikan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dimana nilai rata-rata peserta didik meningkat dari 68,5 di Siklus I menjadi 82,3 di Siklus II. Selain itu, proporsi ketuntasan juga meningkat dari 57,69% menjadi 88,46%. Dalam penelitian ini, skor N-gain yang dianalisis menunjukkan kenaikan yang moderat dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,438. Selanjutnya, observasi terhadap kegiatan pengajar dan peserta didik mengindikasikan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kualitas pembelajaran dan partisipasi aktif dari peserta didik. Beberapa faktor kunci yang berkontribusi pada kesuksesan ini termasuk keefektifan media dalam memvisualisasikan konsep-konsep abstrak, peningkatan keahlian pedagogis pengajar, serta pengembangan keahlian dalam berpikir pada tingkat yang lebih tinggi oleh para peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media Piralog terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep ekosistem dan mendukung pengembangan literasi sains pada tingkat pendidikan dasar. The objective of this research is to assess the impact of incorporating Piralog Media (Ecological Pyramid) into the pedagogical process aimed at enhancing the Science Learning outcomes among fifth-grade elementary pupils, with a focus on ecosystem content. Employing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach across two cycles, this investigation engaged 26 learners. Findings demonstrate a marked enhancement in Learning Outcomes, evidenced by the escalation of the mean score from 68.5 in Cycle I to 82.3 in Cycle II, and an ascent in the proportion of completion from 57.69% to 88.46%. The analysis of N-gain scores reveals a moderate augmentation, with an average value of 0.438. Investigations into the activities of both educators and learners demonstrate marked enhancements in instructional quality and the active participation of students. The principal contributors to this success encompass the capacity of the media to render abstract notions visually comprehensible, the augmentation of instructional capabilities among educators, and the cultivation of advanced cognitive abilities in students. The research deduces that Piralog Media plays a pivotal role in augmenting comprehension of ecosystem theories and aids in fostering scientific literacy among primary school learners. This enhancement is notably evident in the Learning Outcome associated with Science Learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of Problem-Based Learning in teaching Pancasila Education regarding Rights and Obligations to grade 5 students at SDN Bantengan 01, Wungu District, Madiun Regency, including its application and advantages and disadvantages. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative research approach. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interviews and documentation. In analyzing data, researchers used qualitative data analysis which was carried out interactively and took place continuously. The research results show that planning for implementing Problem-Based Learning in Pancasila Education learning is carried out by setting goals to be achieved, designing learning problem situations that are adapted the learning objectives and materials, and preparing supporting equipment. Class management is carried out by placing students into study groups. The application of Problem Based Learning is carried out by introducing material to students, giving students learning problems, discussing to find solutions to problems, and finding solutions to learning problems. The advantages of implementing Problem Based Learning are that students can think critically, increase understanding of subject matter, there is an increase in learning activities through student-centred learning. Meanwhile, the disadvantage that not all students have the same basic experience regarding the learning problems offered by the teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to improve learning activities and achievement in science and technology on Indonesian Cultural Wealth material through the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model in grade 4 of elementary school. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach with a two-cycle system. This research was conducted on grade 4 students at SDN Bantengan 01, Wungu District, Madiun Regency. Research data was collected through observation and tests. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach that focused on students' learning activities and achievements, as well as the learning implementation process. The research results showed that students' science and science learning achievement increased in the percentage of classical learning completion from 30.76% (4 out of 13 students) in the initial test to 84.61% (11 out of 13 students) in Cycle II. The percentage of learning completeness (classical) in Cycle II has met the predetermined target, namely 80% of all students achieved a score ≥ 70 (complete learning). Student activity in learning has also increased. This is evidenced by the increase in the percentage of classically active students from 30.76% (4 out of 13 students) in Cycle I to 76.92% (10 out of 13 students) in Cycle II. The percentage of classical student activity in Cycle II has met the specified target, namely ≥ 70%.

Abstract

This research aims to describe Problem Solving learning using card media in Pancasila Education learning material Types of House Rules for Grade 2 Elementary School students. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative research approach. This research was conducted on grade 2 students at SDN Bantengan 01, Wungu District, Madiun Regency. Data collection was carried out by direct observation, interviews and documentation. In analyzing the data, researchers used qualitative data analysis which was carried out interactively and took place continuously through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the research show that: (1) The application of Problem Solving learning using card media in Pancasila Education learning is carried out by applying certain learning steps, namely problem formulation, problem study, hypothesis formulation, data collection as material to prove the hypothesis, hypothesis verification, and determining solution options. (2) The learning outcomes achieved can be seen from the cognitive and affective aspects. Judging from the cognitive aspect, students show good abilities in understanding the lesson material (85% complete, 15% incomplete). Viewed from the affective aspect, students show activeness during the implementation of Problem Solving learning using card media in Civics learning (75%), including being able to understand problems (60%), being able to solve problems (40%), and being able to complete assignments (85%).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mencapai kepuasan pengunjung pada Industri jasa pariwisata bahari, yang menjadi sektor perhatian khusus dikembangankan dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi negara, upaya untuk menarik minat para turis agar datang mengunjungi destinasinya dengan menawarkan wisata keindahan laut yang masih alami sebagai kekuatan lokal dengan ciri khas pembeda yang tidak dimiliki oleh wilayah negara lainnya. Objek pantai cacalan berada di ujung Pulau Jawa Banyuwangi Indonesia, banyak fasilitas diantaranya pantai, sungai arena perahu kano dan arena berkuda harus ditingkatkan kualitas pelayanannya agar wisatawan terjaga keselamatannya sehinga menimbulkan perasaan aman dan bahagia saat berwistata. Berdasarkan pengembangan teori kepuasan pelanggan, service quality dan Importance Performance Analysis, perhitungan sampel berasal dari 16 indikator dimensi Servqual sebanyak 80 responden, hasil analisis servqual terdapat gap negatif pelanggan yang masih kurang puas yaitu yaitu petugas pantai tersebar di beberapa titik -0,125, Fasilitas perahu Kano aman untuk dinaiki -0,575, alat pelindung diri saat menaiki kuda -0,438, pantai dilengkapi dengan papan bicara yang disebar di seluruh pantai -0,363, petugas pantai mampu menjalin komunikasi yang baik -0,112, pantai menyediakan penitipan barang-0,537. Hasil analisis IPA yang perlu perbaikan adalah pada kuadran 1 diantaranya perlengkapan dan fasilitas di Pantai lengkap memadai, lokasi pantai mudah dijangkau, pelayanan petugas cafe Pantai cekatan dan ramah, petugas mengarahkan pengunjung ke tempat yang menjadi icon di pantai, petugas membantu pengunjung untuk menaiki perahu kano, hasil penelitian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi dinas pariwisata terkait maupun industri pengelola parisawisata untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawannya dalam rangka mencapai tujuan wisata sustainability. Limittation penelitian adalah responden yang belum seragam atau homogen karena masih berasal dari wisatawan campuran yaitu wisatawan nusantara dan mancanegara, sehingga masih dibutuhkan penelitian lanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDN 05 Ngringo, Jaten pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia bertema “Sayangi Lingkungan” dengan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) antara metode ceramah dengan media LKPD dan ecobrick. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistika deskriptif melalui uji T sampel berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa dengan perlakuan ceramah dan media LKPD maupun perlakuan ceramah dan media Ecobrick. Namun, terdapat peningkatan nilai pada perlakuan Ecobrick yang menunjukkan potensi baik dalam inovasi pembelajaran tentang lingkungan. Hasil observasi secara subjektif menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keaktifan, keterampilan, dan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran dengan media ecobrick sehingga mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna.
