Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the implementation of strategic management in generating graduates with Islamic. Data was collected through interviews, observation, document study, and Focus Group Discussion. Also, its analysis was performed by reducing, displaying and concluding data in accordance with the focus of the study. The results showed that the strategic management, which were conducted to produce graduate with competence in the field of nursing and have Islamic insight include, developing an Islamic vision and mission, compiling a curriculum based on Islamic insight, developing a Semester Lesson Plan (RPS) by incorporating Islamic values in an integrated manner in all courses, compiling Islamic activity programs in a strategic plan, carrying out activities in accordance with predetermined plans and schedules, conducting scheduled and continuous evaluations, as well as determining follow-up steps. Considering this result, all campus residents are required to behave in an Islamic manner, create an Islamic culture in the university environment, conduct Islamic studies regularly, and teach students skills in communication strategies, and motivation for patients through a religious approach.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the application of Aminin Application in improving the ability to reading the Qur'an in class V MIS Nurul Falah West Aceh and to find out how the effectiveness of the application of Aminin Application in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in class V MIS Nurul Falah West Aceh. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in the form of an cycle in which there are four main stages of activity, planning, action, observation, and reflection, with data collection techniques are observation, tests and documentation. The results showed that the students' ability to read the Qur'an using the Aminin application was very effective in improving the students' reading skills of the Qur'an in class V MIS Nurul Falah Aceh Barat. This is evidenced by the increasing percentage of students' ability to read the Qur'an in each cycle. By using several stages of the cycle, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. In the pre-cycle of 27 students there were 5 students who completed or (18.51%) and 22 students did not complete (81.49%), while in the first cycle of 27 students there were 9 students who completed or (33.33%) and 18 students who did not complete (66.67%). Furthermore, in the second cycle, it showed that there was a very significant increase in the students' ability to read the Qur'an, namely from 27 students there were 26 students who completed or (96.30%) and only 1 student who did not complete (03.70%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of parents in children's character education and to find out the obstacles in children's character education in Rundeng Village, West Aceh District. This research is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results of the study show that parents have played a role in building children's character by teaching honesty, mutual respect, courtesy, kindness, friendliness, and obeying rules so that children have good character. The obstacles faced by parents in character education for children in Rundeng Village, District West Aceh, namely environmental and time factors in educating children to have good character.

Abstract

Peran guru adalah terciptanya  serangkaian tingkah laku yang saling berkaitan dilakukan dalam suatu situasi tertentu serta berhubungan dengan kemajuan perubahan tingkah laku dan perkembangan siswa menjadi tujuannya, dengan demikian dapat dipahami bahwa peran adalah tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawab seseorang melaksanakan sesuatu. Pendidikan agama Islam banyak membahas tentang pembinaan sikap, yaitu mengenai aqidah dan akhlakul karimah. Peran guru dalam pendidikan dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: peran guru sebagai pendidik, peran guru sebagai pengajar, peran guru sebagai pembimbing, peran guru sebagai pelatih, peran guru sebagai penasehat, peran guru sebagai innovator, peran guru sebagai teladan, peran guru sebagai pribadi, peran guru sebagai peneliti, peran guru sebagai creator, peran guru sebagai evaluator. Motivasi dapat diartikan sebagai “suatu usaha yang disadari untuk mempengaruhi tingkah laku sikap yang baik.
