Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the teams games tournaments (TGT) learning model on physical education learning achievement for class VII at SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat, this study uses an experimental method and uses a quantitative approach with a total sample of 80 students in class VII A and VII E in the activity. In learning, sampling is done using cluster random sampling, based on the results of data processing that has been analyzed, the answers to the hypotheses that have been previously proposed by the researcher have been obtained. The results and conclusions about the influence of the Teams Games Tournamens (TGT) learning model on physical education learning achievement for class VII at SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat. Has an influence on physical education learning achievement, especially on the material of physical fitness activities. This is proven by doing a study that was carried out when learning material for physical fitness activities. In the application of the Teams Games Tournamens (TGT) learning model on the material of physical fitness activities, there is a significant influence in the Teams Games Tournamens (TGT) learning model on physical education learning achievement, so that by using the Teams Games Tournamens (TGT) learning model, learning activities become more effective. fun and interesting, besides that the Teams Games Tournamens (TGT) learning model is very effective and efficient given to students in carrying out physical education learning activities at SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how to analyze the learning of physical education with the Zoom Meeting platform for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Cilamaya?. The purpose of the study was to determine the Analysis of Physical Education Learning with the Zoom Meeting Platform for VIII Grade Students of SMP Negeri 2 Cilamaya. Survey is the method used in this research and uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample used was 81 students using the sampling technique using the formulaSlovin's formula. Data collection in this study aims to obtain information about the Analysis of Physical Education Learning with the Zoom Meeting Platform for VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Cilamaya. The data collection technique in this study was carried out with a questionnaire (questionnaire). From the results of this study, it is known that Physical Education Learning with the Zoom Meeting Platform for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Cilamaya who stated in the "very good" category with a percentage of 38%, in the "good" category with a percentage of 48%, in the "good enough" category with a percentage of 48%. the percentage of 11%, in the "poor" category with a percentage of 2%, and in the "very poor" category with a percentage of 0%. So it can be concluded that Physical Education Learning with the Zoom Meeting Platform for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Cilamaya is Good.

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum pendidikan sering kali dipengaruhi oleh keputusan politik yang diambil oleh pemerintah. Keputusan politik ini mencakup berbagai aspek, mulai dari alokasi anggaran, penetapan standar pendidikan, hingga penentuan arah kebijakan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana keputusan politik mempengaruhi perubahan kurikulum di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis data bersifat induktif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bahwa pengambilan keputusan bukan hanya sekadar memilih opsi, tetapi melibatkan analisis mendalam dan pertimbangan yang matang untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan dengan efisien. Dengan demikian, pengambilan keputusan tidak hanya merupakan aspek teknis, tetapi juga mencerminkan dinamika kekuasaan dan prioritas yang ada dalam suatu konteks politik atau manajerial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (SIMMT) di perguruan tinggi, menganalisis kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses digitalisasi penjaminan mutu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 120 responden, terdiri atas mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga kependidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menilai SIMMT telah diimplementasikan dengan baik, terutama dalam hal kemudahan akses, keterpaduan data, dan efektivitas sistem. Meskipun demikian, masih ditemukan kendala teknis dan keterbatasan dalam pelibatan stakeholder secara menyeluruh. Interpretasi skor menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIMMT berada pada kategori “baik” dengan nilai rata-rata pada setiap indikator berada di atas 3,41. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan dukungan teknis, peningkatan pelatihan pengguna, serta optimalisasi fitur sistem untuk mendorong keberlanjutan mutu layanan berbasis digital di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Dengan kondisi saat ini berbagai inovasi baru untuk media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi Covid-19 banyak bermunculan. Selaras dengan memasuki era digital tentunya inovasi turut mengikuti perkembangan dengan menggunakan media digital. Saat ini media sosial merupakan salah satu inovasi yang banyak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Aplikasi Tiktok diharapkan dapat membantu para siswa dan guru untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran bahasa Inggris baru yang inovatif dan interaktif. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan penggunaan aplikasi TikTok sebagai inovasi dalam belajar bahasa Inggris di masa pandemi Covid-19. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai penelitian yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan aplikasi TikTok sebagai inovasi baru untuk media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil menunjukkan, aplikasi TikTok dapat menjadi media pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang mudah digunakan, inovatif dan memiliki berbagai keuntungan dan manfaat untuk para siswa dan guru contohnya, meningkatkan minat belajar dan motivasi siswa menjadi kreatif, terjadi komunikasi yang interaktif antara siswa dan guru, dan video dapat ditonton secara berulang dengan visual yang menarik.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the motivation of educational staff in improving the effectiveness of academic administration services in higher education institutions during the digital transformation. Educational staff play a strategic role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of academic administration processes, which in turn affect the efficiency of institutional management and the overall student experience. This study utilised a qualitative method by conducting a systematic review of 23 sources, including scientific articles, academic books, and policy documents published between 2020 and 2025. The literature selection process was carried out in several stages: (1) conducting an initial search using keywords related to work motivation and academic administration, (2) filtering sources based on predetermined inclusion criteria, publications written in Indonesian or English, relevant to the context of educators, and published within the specified time period, and (3) eliminating duplicate entries, non-scientific material, and references that lacked sufficient empirical or conceptual content. All sources that met the eligibility criteria were analysed using thematic analysis techniques, which included initial coding, theme grouping, and synthesis of findings to identify patterns, core concepts, and relationships between variables related to the work motivation of educators in higher education. Thematic analysis reveals that work motivation is shaped by intrinsic factors such as the importance of work, obligations related to public service, and opportunities for professional advancement and extrinsic factors, including reward systems, organisational work environment, and proportional workload. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of academic administration services is influenced by three main groups of factors: (1) intrinsic motivation, such as a sense of meaning in work and a moral commitment to serve; (2) extrinsic motivation, including reward systems, workload, and work environment support; and (3) Public Service Motivation (PSM), which plays a role in strengthening the dedication of educational personnel to service management. The literature synthesis also reveals that motivation only has an optimal impact when supported by strong human resource management, participatory leadership, and adequate digital competence. Thus, the findings of this study directly confirm the relationship between work motivation and the effectiveness of academic services, while also providing strategic direction for universities in designing interventions to improve service quality.

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in education has increasingly been adopted to support digital learning environments; however, the effectiveness of AI chatbot implementation largely depends on how it is managed within schools. This study aims to analyze the management of AI chatbots in enhancing student academic achievement at SMAN 1 Cikarang Pusat. The research employs a descriptive qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving the school principal, teachers, IT staff, and students. The findings show that the school has implemented AI chatbots as part of its digital learning innovation through several management stages: (1) planning, including needs analysis, infrastructure preparation, and teacher training; (2) implementation in learning activities such as practice exercises, enrichment materials, and academic consultations; and (3) monitoring and evaluation conducted by teachers and IT personnel. The results indicate that the use of AI chatbots contributes to increased student learning motivation, more flexible access to learning resources, and improved independent learning habits. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including differences in teacher digital literacy, the lack of standardized operational procedures, and unequal access to digital devices and internet connectivity among students. This study contributes to the development of AI-based learning management practices by providing practical insights for schools in managing chatbot technology effectively to support student academic performance in the digital era.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Artificial Intelligence (AI) menjadi salah satu teknologi yang berkembang pesat dan mulai dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, efisiensi pengelolaan pendidikan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun, keberhasilan integrasi AI sangat bergantung pada kesiapan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesiapan sekolah dalam mengintegrasikan AI terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan menelaah berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan terbit pada rentang tahun 2019–2024. Sumber data meliputi buku akademik, jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dokumen kebijakan, serta publikasi UNESCO dan OECD. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui tahapan identifikasi, kategorisasi, sintesis, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan sekolah yang meliputi kepemimpinan digital, kompetensi guru, infrastruktur teknologi, tata Kelola data, dan budaya inovasi berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Sekolah yang siap cenderung mampu memanfaatkan AI secara optimal, sedangkan sekolah yang belum siap berpotensi mengalami kesenjangan digital. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya penguatan kesiapan sekolah secara sistemik sebagai prasyarat strategis transformasi pendidikan berbasis AI.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the educational sector presents unique challenges for schools in archipelago regions, where geographical isolation often correlates with technological disparities. This study investigates the role of instructional leadership in fostering a digital culture to enhance teacher quality at MTsN 26 Jakarta, located in the Thousand Islands (Kepulauan Seribu). Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that instructional leadership acts as a strategic catalyst through three primary dimensions: visioning digital pedagogy, providing technology-integrated professional development, and establishing a collaborative digital ecosystem. Despite logistical constraints inherent to the archipelago context, the leadership's proactive intervention has significantly shifted the pedagogical paradigm from traditional to digital-centric. This research contributes to the discourse on educational management by providing a conceptual framework for digital culture transformation in geographically disadvantaged areas.

Abstract

This study examines the conceptual and philosophical foundations that shape the relationship between the philosophy of science, educational quality, and modern educational administration. Through library research and conceptual analysis, the study demonstrates that educational quality is not a neutral technical construct, but rather a product of the epistemological assumptions and axiological commitments underlying educational systems. Traditions of rationalism, empiricism, constructivism, and critical realism yield distinct understandings of legitimate knowledge and methods of assessing learning, while value orientations determine the moral goals upon which educational quality is measured. Further analysis demonstrates that educational administration functions as an operational mechanism that translates epistemic and value principles into policies, governance, accountability, and institutional practices. A comparison of the philosophy of science paradigm and the shifting administrative paradigm confirms that managerial innovations such as evidence-based policies, continuous quality improvement, and school-based management are rooted in specific philosophical assumptions. This study then offers an integrative conceptual model that positions educational quality as the result of a dynamic interaction between epistemology, axiology, and administrative praxis. The research findings provide theoretical contributions by clarifying the philosophical foundations of quality assurance and offering a framework for developing reflective, value-based, and epistemically coherent educational governance.
