Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Bahrul ‘Ulum berdiri pada tahun 1825 merupakan salah satu pesantren tradisioanal pada masa penjajah. Tipikal pendidikannya dipengaruhi oleh kebudayaan lokal sampai pada penghujung generasi ke II. Perubahan baru terjadi pada awal generasi ke III, dimana sistem pendidikan mulai tidak didominasi dan intervensi pihak kolonial, termasuk ketika telah dihapusnya Madrasah Mubdil Fan yang didirikan Kyai Wahab. Keberanian para pemangku pesantren mendorong percepatan pendidikan pesantren Bahrul ‘Ulum yang salah satunya adalah terbentuknya Madrasah Islamiyah (1943) menjadi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah (MII), Madrasah Muallimin dan merintis perguruan tinggi pada fakultas Tarbiyah. Keberhasilan drastris tersebut tidak terlepas dari sosok KH. Abdul Fatah Hasyim.

Abstract

This research aims to implement an understanding of internal control and internal control components in KSP Lohjinawe Cabang Pembantu Kunduran Kantor Cabang Blora with internal control components which include the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. The application of internal control in KSP Lohjinawe Cabang Pembantu Kunduran Kantor Cabang Blora uses data obtained through interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and observations. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the understanding of internal control has been running well documented with the internal control questionnaire, flowchart, and the narrative and internal control components that have been implemented have been running well, the cooperative establishes various control activities for the risk of non-performing loans that arise.

Abstract

A conducive and dynamic learning can not deny the role of the teacher as an intermediary of transfer of knowledge to learners. But in reality not a few of the teachers encountered some obstacles that cause less maximal implementation of teaching and learning process. Seeing the facts and phenomena, the teacher is a teacher who is part of human resources components that must be nurtured and developed continuously in the hope to perform its functions professionally. This is where the necessary supervision of education to supervisi and improve teaching and learning process conducted by teachers. The step of the education supervisor should be more focused on how a supervisor and principal can condition the supervisid teacher to cooperate with the supervisor, because the teacher's lack of optimal teaching needs to be discussed between teacher and supervisor and principal so that input from the discussion with teachers is useful for performance improvement teacher in the future.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the use of Sufi healing in the new normal era of the Covid-19 pandemic in maintaining the homeostatic condition of the community in Kayen Village, Bandarkedungmulyo Jombang, East Java. Sufi healing can be interpreted as a model of alternative therapy or physical or psychological healing based on values ??and adopting the practice of Sufism as a means of healing or prevention. Meanwhile, the body's efforts to maintain a stable state of the environment are called Homeostasis which is taken from Greek, namely homeo which means the same and stasis which means maintaining a state which means staying in a healthy condition. With worship activities adapted from the practices of Sufism, carried out by the community in Kayen Village during the new normal Covid-19 pandemic, such as reading the Koran, dhikr, praying, reading prayers that bring calm, increasing one's faith and piety so that it raises relaxation response which has an impact on increasing body immunity. By increasing one's body immunity, it keeps people from disease, viruses, bacteria, or other pathogens, so that a person can maintain a healthy body condition (homeostasis). Although healing requires istiqomahan in carrying out worship practices carried out by someone.

Abstract

Human resource management is the policy of managing human resources in an organization to achieve a goal, which is included in human resource management activities in the educational organization process, namely planning, recruitment, selection, placement, training and development. Creativity is how to produce or increase the highest possible results of goods and services by utilizing resources efficiently. Creativity is to produce output and efficient use of input resources. Students are people who are not yet mature and have a number of basic potentials (fitrah) that need to be developed. Students are one of the most important components in education, without which the educational process will not be carried out. Therefore, the understanding of students needs to be known and understood in depth by all parties. So that in the educational process, there will be no deviations too far from the planned educational goals. Education and training through development can help the process of improving job skills, theory-oriented education, carried out in the classroom. SLB teachers are always included whenever there are activities such as seminars, scientific forums, training, workshops, training held by certain institutions, then besides that there is also teacher training from within the institution, namely calling psychologists for training for teachers, the advantages are There is training for teachers who are located in their own schools, then from outside also participate in the implementation of the training, which aims to improve teacher competence and teacher professionalism in general.

Abstract

Boarding school Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang standing around in 1825 by Kyai Abdussalam or known as the leader in the hamlet Gedang Shoehah Tambakberas village is one of the schools that proliferated tradisioanal the colonial period before Indonesia's independence. This study uses sociological approach, philosophical, and theological. thoughts or views of Kyai Abdul Fattah education looks heavily influenced by the Islamic intellectual tradition of the late 19th century and the Islamic intellectual tradition of the pre- modern period especially KH.Hasyim Asy'ari as core teachers. Education is not only based on the knowledge transfer between clerics and students alone, but there needs to be 'uswah' from yourself. The fact is what makes the Kyai Abdul Fatah crowned as the Father of Education Bahrul Ulum because he was able to lay the foundations of education to all the people around him (family, students and the community).

Abstract

The book of S?ahîh? Muslim is consideral in the next stage after S?ahîh? Muslim. Eventthough, in some cases, it is considered in equal stage or preferred. The title of the book is realated to the name of the author, Muslim while the title initially is Jâmi’ al-S?ahîh? whwn is was writted at the beginning of the third century A.H. this article describes some aspect of the book. One of the main elements of the book is the personal and intellectual integrities of the author that secured the hadits collected. The hadits were collected in line of restricted requirement, both of transmintters and texts sides. The book is composed thoroughly and systematically. In spite of the eminent of the book, there are less confusing hadits that the qualities of texts or chain of transmitters were still debatable.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in the Islamic world. Conception of lifelong education already existed long before the birth of the concept of Education Outside School. This conception is not hierarchical, but rather an educational process conducted since the period of alastu birabbikum. (period in the womb) to the period yurfa’ûn (the period when humans resurrected). Because the education lasts a lifetime, then the process can be done in families, communities, institutions of formal and non-formal. Public response to what is happening outside school, both within the family and in a social environment or community, is not regarded as an educational process, it becomes a separate problem, which is on that account that needs to be studied to be placed in their respective positions.

Abstract

Learning mechanism based on character building is structured in inter-effecting three phases of learning; planning, engagement and evaluation. Lesson plan based on character development comprised of various aspects related with the educational system elected by particular school or madrasah. Therefore, Lesson plan based on character building is employed in all school subjects. There is an interconnection among the school subjects in passing down the values that brings of character education perpetually. It shall not be halted by employment at specific classes. As necessary, school or madrasah may develop the values of character building as pasrt of formal curriculum

Abstract

This article aims to elaborate the thoughts of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari about Islamic boarding school education as well as revealing aspects of modernity that are relevant to current educational conditions. The significance value of this research lies in the greatness of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in changing the pesantren education system, starting from the intake of character that is moralistic in principle to the plains of institutionalization and curriculum. A major breakthrough that is impressive and remains relevant to the existence of education today. By referring to some of his literature and works, this paper combines theory of thought with policy action in the field through the existence of Pesantren Tebuireng, Jombang. The method used is a literature study (literature approach) with the type of qualitative research. The data is taken from articles, books and other documents. The data were analyzed using philological content analysis, in which the reading of KH's educational thoughts. Hasyim Asy'ari is associated with his current development. From the results of the study resulted in conclusions, 1) the source of educational thinking goals according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is to humanize in his position as a creation that gives birth to awareness to carry out his rights and obligations to God the creator of man, this is the embryo of the birth of character education; 2) Islamic education is not only religious knowledge in material terms, but also general knowledge. So the opening of the curriculum by accepting general material (non-religious) is needed by pesantren; 3) Islamic boarding schools must be responsive to the times, follow the flow of change without letting go of the dignity of the pesantren.
