Abstract

This research use experimental method, the experimental designs examine two variables which will compare in the result. In this research there are two kind of two pricing strategy, there are price discount and price ending. Each strategy will compare two variable, there are buying attitude and intention. The numbers of sample are 80 participants from student senior high school. In this research there are two groups of treatment, group A and group B. To measure the result used One-way ANOVA. And then, to measure the relation between variable regression linear used as the examination supporting tool. According to the result, finds that: costumer attitude to the price ending more highly than to the price discount; costumer intention to the price ending more highly than to the price discount; there is costumer intention positive attitude in price ending type.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to analyze the perception of young generationto theprofession of batik craftsmen and to analyze the reasons of young generation are reluctant to become batik craftsmen in Purbalingga. The study was conducted in Purbalingga with the younger generation who located in centers of painting batik. The data was collected using in-depth interviews, Focus group discussion (FGD), and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and nonparametric statistic analysis of binomial test and Cochran test. Based on the result, it can be concluded that perception of young generation to batik craftmen profession as a job are low income job, requires the soul of art, requires persistence, can be done as a side job, no clear career path, providing the freedom of expression, more flexible compared to other jobs, less prestigious, does not require large capital and income uncertainty. The young generations are not willing to become batik craftsmen because of uncertain income, do not have the taste of art, and do not have enough capital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of training with a participatory approach in batik craft industry in Purbalingga. The subjects of this study are 20 batik artisans in Purbalingga. Data are collected by using focuss Group Discussion (FGD) and questionnaires. To analyze the differences between the perception of knowledge and skills of the trainees before and after the training, this study uses two different test average. Based on the result of analysis, there is an increase in the perception of knowledge and skills after training by using a participatory approach.Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas pelatihan dengan pendekatan partisipatori pada industri kerajinan Batik tulis di Purbalingga. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 20 pengrajin batik tulis di Purbalingga. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Focuss Discussion Group (FGD) dan kuesioner. Untuk menganalisis perbedaan persepsi pengetahuan dan perbedaan persepsi keterampilan peserta pelatihan sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan dengan pendekatan partisipatori digunakan uji beda dua rata-rata. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat peningkatan persepsi pengetahuan dan persepsi keterampilan setelah mengikuti pelatihan batik tulis dengan pendekatan partisipatori.

Abstract

The Kampung Marketer program is a youth empowerment program specializing in digital marketing. The basic needs approach is used to evaluate community development. This approach states that it is necessary to have greater job opportunities, increase economic growth, and guarantee the community's basic needs for a better quality of life. This research aims to determine how digital roles are implemented in people-centered development and measure its impact with the basic needs approach. A qualitative approach uses a triangulation model that combines in-depth interviews, observations, and documents from Kampung Marketers. From the research results, it was found that digital resources aided people-centered development by increasing employment opportunities. In the 18 existing branches, the Kampung Marketer Program has accumulated 700 customer service and advertising skills. As a result of the program, the economic growth of communities with Kampung Marketer programs had increased, as indicated by the amount of income received by the empowered community of around IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 3,000,000 and the total income that was distributed being 1.3 billion. It impacts meeting the basic needs of society and increasing the younger generation's enthusiasm for continuing their studies. The members of Kampung Marketer also could now pay for their children's tuition and even bought houses and land. The older generation who did not have technological skills were also supported and empowered by the program by establishing a business called "Saung Makaryo." They were trained to produce goods in their respective homes, and Kampung Marketers marketed them.

Abstract

IbPE program aims to increase the export growth of SMEs Coconat-Sugar through increased production, increased sales, improved quality of coconut sugar accompanied by increased management of activity. This program was conducted by the method of training, mentoring and enhance production facilities according with a target of SMEs Ngudi Lestari and SMEs Lestari Jaya in Kalisalak Village, Kebasen sub-district, Banyumas district during the years 2014-2016. Based on the differences analysis in performance of SMEs was concluded there is an increased performance of SMEs based on the indicators of the amount of production, turnover, export, labor, and there is an increase in production management , human resource management, financial management. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the behavior of UIN Saizu students using The Theory Planned Behaviour (TPB) related to the intention to buy fashion products using a marketplace application with product knowledge as the moderating variable. The number of samples is 100 UIN Saizu students with purposive sampling technique. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data in this study. The results of this study indicate that attitudes have a positive relationship and have a significant effect on the purchase intention of fashion products through marketplace applications. Likewise, Perceived Behavior Control and product knowledge have an effect and have a positive relationship on the purchase intention of UIN Saizu students on fashion products using marketplace applications. While subjective norm have no significant effect on the intention to buy fashion products through the marketplace. Likewise, attitudes, subjective norm and perceived behaviour control moderating knowledge have no significant effect on purchase intention of fashion products through marketplace applications. Based on the conclusions above, it can be suggested in the following research to use knowledge as a mediating variable and add the factors used as variables that have been shown to influence behavioral intentions, especially in purchasing fashion products through marketplace applications.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the program of internationalization of UMKM Creative Industries in Purbalingga . Respondents in this study are the SMEs Creative Industries business people who are considered to have knowledge about the Creative Industry in Purbalingga. Data collection using in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the analysis concluded that several factors lead to non-optimal of Creative Industry MSEs internationalization programs sequences was lack of financial, managerial capabilities, lack of information, government support, and the international environment. In order to optimal, Creative Industry of MSMEs internationalization programs should be conducted to use counseling and sustainable facilitation, in which the government and successful entrepreneurs in the international market help entrepreneurs MSMEs creative industries in Purbalingga to succeed in the international market.

Abstract

The purpose is to identify purchasing decisions on marketplace applications during the Covid 19 pandemic through online customer reviews, online customer ratings and online vlogger reviews. This type of research is quantitative with purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that online customer review (X1) has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Where online customer review (X1) can be used as a benchmark for respondents to make purchasing decisions. In addition, online customer rating (X2) has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Where online customer rating (X2) can be used as a benchmark for respondents to make purchasing decisions. The online vlogger review variable (X3) has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Where online vlogger review (X3) can be used as a benchmark for respondents to make purchasing decisions. Simultaneously shows that the independent variables online customer review (X1), online customer rating (X2) and online vlogger review (X3) affect the dependent variable on purchasing decisions (Y) on marketplace applications during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Populasi penyandang disabililtas di Kabupaten Purbalingga terbilang besar, yaitu mencapai 7.885 orang. Mayoritas para penyandang disabilitas tersebut masuk dalam kategori miskin cacat, yang tinggal di desa dengan kemampuan ekonomi kurang Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendampingan dan pemberdayaan bagi kaum disabilitas ini agar mereka memiliki kemandirian dan berdaya secara ekonomi sehingga dapat mengurangi jumlah masyarakat miskin di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Kegiatan PPM ini bertujuan untuk menguatkan mental kewirausaaan para penyandang disabilitas dan membekali para penyandang disabilitas dengan ketrampilan yang dapat mereka manfaatkan agar mereka dapat mandiri dan berdaya secara ekonomi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah 1) Memberikan pelatihan pembuatan produk kerajinan dari kayu, 2) Memberikan bantuan alat produksi, berupa mesin scroll saw,mesin gerenda dan mesin bor. 3) Memberikan penyuluhan dengan materi penguatan mental kewirausahaan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa materi pelatihan yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi fisik mitra. Dengan pendampingan, diharapkan peserta dapat mempraktikkan ketrampilan yang mereka peroleh dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan memulai usaha untuk membuat dan memasarkan berbagai produk dari limbah kayu.
