Children are the trust and grace of God Almighty, which have values as a whole person. Children also have human right that appreciates by people of the world. In physical and mental growth period, children need care, special protection, and legal protection both before and after birth. It should be admitted that the family is a natural environment for the growth and welfare of children. The protection of children's rights receives less attention from various parties, including concrete steps to protect children's rights. Labuhan Ratu Sub-district of Lampung Timur Regency is one of East Lampung Regency with juvenile delinquency data which is 3 (three) MTs and 1 (MA). In MTs and MA in Labuhan Ratu sub-district, Lampung Timur District, there are various types of juvenile delinquency (Juvenile Delinquency) caused by the child's own condition, physical and social. Increasing the number of violations for child offenders in conflict with the law is also evident from the data held by Unit PPA (Protection of Women and Children) Lampung Timur Police. During the year 2016, there were 57 children in Labuhan Ratu sub-district who had problems with the law both as perpetrators and as victims Juvenile delinquency cases, ranging from immorality, Persecution, Pornography, theft, violence, etc. that occurred in MTs and MA in Labuhan Ratu sub-districts are still largely handled by schools, involving parents, and communities. But also not a few who finally proceed with the reporting process to the police. Associated with the child's capacity as a perpetrator generally end up thrown into jail or prison house. Whereas the Prison Crime should be the last alternative (Ultimum Remedium). It can be argued that 90% of children facing the judicial process were sentenced to a conviction (jail).

This study examines the effectiveness of restorative justice (RJ) implementation in resolving minor criminal cases in Indonesia, with particular reference to Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2024 and its predecessor Regulation Number 2 of 2012. Employing a normative-empirical legal research method, this paper analyzes primary legal materials, secondary literature, and court decision data from 2019 to 2023. The findings indicate that restorative justice has demonstrated significant potential in reducing recidivism rates, alleviating court backlog, and restoring harmonious social relationships between offenders and victims. However, implementation challenges persist, including inconsistent judicial interpretation, limited institutional capacity, and insufficient community participation. This study argues that a systemic legal reform encompassing legislative consolidation, judicial training, and community empowerment is indispensable for maximizing the effectiveness of restorative justice in Indonesia’s criminal justice system.

Domestic violence is a form of violence based on the usual assumptions about gender regarding the relationship between men and women. Domestic violence stems from a wrong perspective, namely that human dignity and standardization of gender roles in a person are underestimated. Violence against women and children is not only found in physical violence but psychological and economic violence. The purpose of this service is to provide information to the public, especially in Labuhan Ratu IX Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province that women and children have been given protection to the state through legislation, one of which is Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence and Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. The method used in this service is PAR (Participatory Action Research) which emphasizes the problems faced by the community by providing assistance, Mentoring, Counseling, Advocacy and Socialization on the Law on criminal acts of domestic violence and protection of minors. The result of this service activity is to provide an understanding to the community about domestic violence. The purpose of this service is so that the community can prevent the occurrence of domestic violence in the future.

Improving the competitiveness of village government is the main pillar in achieving SDGs as a form of commitment and mainstreaming village development that guarantees justice and village governance that is able to improve the quality of life from one generation to the next. Consideration of providing assistance to increase the capacity of village apparatus and the community of Labuhan Ratu IX Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung Regency towards optimizing the national SDGs program, namely to support and increase the various potentials possessed by the Village towards achieving SDGs. With the Assistance, Counseling, and Training provided to Village Apparatuses and Communities such as Legal Product Making Training, Capacity Building for Village Apparatuses in the Field of Information and Technology, MSME Training and Assistance, Legal Consultation and Religious Guidance, it is hoped that this can realize Optimization of the Sustainable Development Program National SDGs, so that they can increase the human resource capacity of the Village Apparatus and improve the Economy and Food Security of the Community of Labuhan Ratu IX Village.

Household integrity is the dream of every husband and wife. Building a family that is full of love, comfort and security is a manifestation of a happy family life. Violence that occurs in the household is indicated as a violation of human rights. Domestic violence is also a form of crime against human dignity. This is because domestic violence tends to lead to discriminatory behavior, where all forms of domestic violence cannot be justified. Thus, domestic violence behavior in any form can result in criminal charges and be processed legally. Community Service Activities carried out by the PKM STAI Darussalam Lampung Team were carried out in Braja Harjosari Village, Braja Selebah District, East Lampung Regency, is a service in the form of Assistance, Legal and Psychological Assistance for the KPM PKH Community, Braja Harjosari Village, Braja Selebah District, East Lampung Regency Against Internal Violence Household (KDRT). Based on the implementation of the service that has been carried out, it can be concluded that all participants participated in this activity enthusiastically. The knowledge they have is increasing. Both about the meaning of domestic violence, the impact of domestic violence and the legal umbrella for victims of domestic violence. Participants no longer consider domestic violence to be a disgrace to the victim's family. So that victims no longer feel afraid and embarrassed to report the violence they experience to people they trust.

Anak merupakan amanah dan anugerah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang di dalamnya melekat kehormatan dan harkat dan martabat sebagai manusia seutuhnya. Anak juga mempunyai hak asasi manusia yang diakui oleh masyarakat dunia. Perkembangan kepribadian anak yang utuh dan harmonis memerlukan lingkungan keluarga yang bahagia, penuh kasih sayang dan pengertian. Kecamatan Braja Selebah Kabupaten Lampung Timur merupakan salah satu daerah di Kabupaten Lampung Timur yang memiliki data tingkat kenakalan remaja yang cukup tinggi. Kecamatan Braja Selebah terdiri dari 7 kelurahan yang dikenal sebagai kota santri dan kota pelajar, selain memiliki aspek positif juga mempunyai potensi kenakalan remaja sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya preventif dan represif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Di Kecamatan Braja Selebah terdapat 4 (Empat) MTs, 3 (Tiga) MA. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penelitian berbasis partisipasi yang dikenal dengan nama Participatory Action Research (PAR). Pendampingan dilakukan dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada anak melalui lembaga pendidikan dengan memberikan penyuluhan, pendampingan, penyuluhan dan advokasi di MTs dan MA se-Kecamatan Braja Selebah sebagai upaya preventif. Kemudian dilakukan pendampingan dan advokasi terhadap Kenakalan Remaja di sekolah-sekolah tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan perlindungan dan mengurangi angka kenakalan remaja yang terjadi di Kecamatan Braja Selebah Kabupaten Lampung Timur.

Memberikan panduan kepada orangtua tentang pentingnya menanamkan nilai-nilai agama kepada anak-anak usia dini. Kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam pendidikan agama dan menyatakan bahwa pendidikan anak usia dini sangat krusial untuk pembentukan kepribadian. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada para orang tua, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi mereka dalam pendidikan agama anak. Hasil yang diharapkan dari program ini mencakup peningkatan pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya nilai-nilai agama, peningkatan perhatian orang tua terhadap anak. Dengan kegiatan ini, penulis berharap dapat memotivasi orang tua untuk lebih aktif dalam mendidik anak dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari anak.

Di Desa Sadar Sriwijaya masih terdapat warga yang belum faham mengenai betapa pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan sampah. Masih banyak warga yang membuang sampah sembarangan seperti di pekarangan runah dan di biarkan berserakan, membuang sampah diselokan dan bahkan ada yang membuang sampah di sungai. Apalagi di depan kantor kepala desa masih terdapat banyak sampah yang berserakan seperti di daerah para pedagang yang ada di depan kantor kepala desa, banyak sampah diselokan hingga tertutup dengan rumput dan menyebabkan bau yang tidak sedap dan kurang nyaman jika para pembeli hendak makan di tempat. Oleh karena itu dilakukannya sosialisasi dengan cara berinteraksi langsung dengan masyarakat setempat guna memberikan pengetahuan kepada mereka bahwa kebersihan di mulai dari diri sendiri dan dari hal terkecil. Mengajarkan kepada anak-anak hingga orang dewaa untuk membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan menjaga lingkungan sekitar. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan pembagian brosur tentang kebersihan dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dari sampah. Segingga yang diharapkan warga dapat memahami betapa pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan supaya terciptanya kehidupan masyarakat yang sehat dan bebas dari penyakit. Menerapkan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan merupakan investasi untuk masa depan yang sehat.
