Abstract

Currently, there is an increasing need for a transparent and efficient reporting system in the management of village funds (Dana Gampong), as many fund management processes still rely on manual methods or systems that are not well-integrated. Therefore, this research focuses on the development of a multi-user web-based application for reporting the use of village funds, integrated with the CodeIgniter framework. This application aims to provide a transparent and efficient system for managing and reporting village budget allocations, expenditures, and activities at various levels, including categories, fields, villages, and subdistricts. The system is designed to allow both administrators and village operators to input and manage data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial reporting. The admin interface enables users to update account credentials, manage categories, fields, villages, and subdistricts, while the operator interface facilitates detailed activity reporting. Additionally, the application ensures accessibility across various devices, including personal computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, making it flexible and user-friendly for all stakeholders. This research also explores the importance of an integrated system in improving transparency in village governance, providing a comprehensive view of fund usage across different categories and time periods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis Android untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran di SMK Lilawangsa Sigli. Latar belakangnya adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi pascapandemi, terutama dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran inovatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan tahapan: *(1) analisis kebutuhan*, *(2) perancangan sistem*, *(3) implementasi* (menggunakan Flutter untuk aplikasi dan MySQL untuk database), dan *(4) evaluasi*. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini terbukti efektif dalam memfasilitasi pembuatan, penyimpanan, dan evaluasi media pembelajaran. Selain itu, sistem juga meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan.

Abstract

Tracer study is a research center regarding alumni in terms of finding work, work situations, and the use of acquiring competence while at Jabal Ghafur University. Tracer studies can help overcome the problem of inequality in employment opportunities and efforts to improve it. For universities, information about competencies that are relevant to the world of work can help efforts to improve curriculum and learning systems. However, the availability of study data is incomplete and difficult to obtain. Some of what has been done is using social media, e-mail and by distributing cover letters in the form of questionnaires to alumni manually. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a tracer study application with a website using the Laravel Framework which has the advantage of using MVC (model view controller) using a software approach that separates application logic and presentation so that the time spent in developing this application becomes faster. The results from users of this application can help Jabal Ghafur University alumni search for the best graduates and alumni who plan to find work

Abstract

Pidie Regency is an area that provides many field facilities to implement. After conducting research directly by the authors, the authors found more than 30 fields to serve as PORA venues in Pidie District. However, not everyone knows the location of the field, including match information. This writing will discuss the creation of geographic information system (GIS) locations for Pidie Regency, especially the places or points where PORA XIV fields in Pidie Regency are increasing. The method used in this research is a geographic-based system or Global Information System (GIS). The aim of this research is how this system can display data from the field site in the form of maps or spatial data so that it can be more easily understood by users. Implementation of this system is made using the programming language used is PHP, HTML and CSS. Meanwhile, for processing the database, it uses the Mariadb database, which is a database capable of processing spatial data and attribute data. The result of this distribution analysis is a map of the playing fields in Pidie Regency.

Abstract

The community service program “Visual Branding Kupiah Meukutop 4.0: Blockchain for Cultural Heritage Preservation and Strengthening the Creative Economy of Pidie” is motivated by the weak visual identity, limited digital promotion, and the absence of authentication systems for Kupiah Meukutop, a cultural heritage craft of Aceh. This program aims to enhance artisans’ capacity through the development of modern visual branding rooted in local wisdom and the integration of blockchain technology for product authenticity tracking. The implementation methods include needs assessment, training in visual design and digital marketing, development of a QR-based blockchain traceability prototype, and assistance in applying the new branding system. The results demonstrate significant improvement in artisans’ digital skills, the creation of new logos and packaging, initial blockchain implementation on 20 products, and increased online promotional activities. Overall, the program effectively contributes to cultural heritage preservation and enhances the competitiveness of Kupiah Meukutop within the regional creative economy sector.
