Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of e-service quality, e-satisfaction, e-trust and customer loyalty variables. The population is all of the KAI Access mobile application users in Semarang, using a sampling technique sampling pusposive to 100 respondents. The type of this research is explanatory researchThe analysis that is used is path analysis, where previously the validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple regression analysis, and significance test (t test and sobel test). The result of the study shows that e-service quality, e-satisfaction, e-trust and customer loyalty have positive effects on the customer loyalty. Based on the path analysis, it shows that e-service quality variable can affect the customer loyalty variable can have a greater effect by means of e-satisfaction and e-trust variables first. So that, it can be said that e-satisfaction and etrust variables are an intervening variable between e-service quality and customer loyalty variables. Based on these results, there are several suggestions that can be done by KAI Access; namely pay attention to the stability of the KAI Access application server and the company is expected to be able to maintain the quality of the application server, and be able to meet consumer needs.

Abstract

The company is trying to achieve the goals set by top management. The company’s goal include growth, profits, productivity, employee benefit, employee performance, and so on. The objective of this research is to investigate motivational influences, leaderships and compensations toward employee in rope producing performances PT.Sumbertex Batang either simultaneously and/or partially. This paper presents explanatory research seeking explanations and highlighting the relationship between the variables proposed in the research and explains the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research sample was taken from 76 people by using the formula solving with sampling technique Simple Random Sampling. The method of analysis of this research used validity, reliabilities, regression, t and F test. The result of multiple linear regression can be shown by the equation Y=7,286 +0,24X1+ 0,268 X2 + 0,212 X3. Partially magnitude of the effect of motivation on the performance of 46,6%, 45,5% leadership, and the compensation of 36,4%. Simultaneously the influence betwewn motivation, leadership and compensation to employee performance amounted to 47,2%. Suggestions presented in this study is to evaluate compensation systems for all the employees, both compensation that are financial or non-financial. Disseminate to employees the importance of adherence to the rules. In problems solving leaders should include employees, and conduct trainning job and evaluation at reguler intervals.

Abstract

Bussiness competition in Indonesia grows very fast and tight both in small and big company. It also occurs in plastic bottle packaging companies in Indonesia.The problem of this research was the degradation of the employee’s performance in production division from 2016 to 2018.This research was aimed to know whether there was influence in employee empowerment, self efficacy and competition towards the performance of the production employee in CV. Jordan. The data collection technique used questionnaire. They were analyzed through validity test, reliability test, determination coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test using SPSS version 23.0 program.The results show that employee empowerment, self efficacy and competition give significant positive influence towards the performance of the employee. Regarding to this research, the company is suggested to improve the employee empowerment, self efficacy and competition so it can improve good performance of the employee.

Abstract

The development of more modern area make a change for trend or lifestyle in society. Modern society who came in to restaurant or cafe is not only for enjoying the food and drink, but also to enjoying the atmosphere who created by the cafe. this makes business people in culinary business should consider store environment at his cafe or restaurant.Creativity restaurant in creating attractive store environment would be added value. Store environment created by the restaurant to be one factor in encouraging of purchase decision. The store environment included store image, store atmospherics, and store theatrics. T This research was conducted as the sales at Kedai Amarta Semarang continued to fluctuate from 2010-2013, so we have to know store image, store atmospherics, and store theatrics influence the purchase decision.The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of store image, store atmospherics, and store theatrics to the purchasing decision at Kedai Amarta Semarang. The type of researh is explanatory research. Interviews with questionnaire were adopted for data collection in this study. Hundred people were employed as respondent by purposive sampling technique. The respondents were visitors Kedai Amarta Semarang who have made a purchase of at least two times.The research results showed that store image, store atmospherics, store theatrics influenced on purchase decisions, partially or simultaneously. The results obtained by analyzing the primary data with validity test, reliability test, crosstab analysis, correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and a significance test (t and F) using SPSS for Windows version 15,0.Based on the results, the researcher suggests that Kedai Amarta management need to improve service, maintain the quality of food and drink , increase the variety of the menu, increase the variety of types of music played, increase the availability of the parking area, change the decor theme appropriate the present moment, and update the program promotion.

Abstract

In the 21st century is a lot going on to high competition in all fields, especially in the field of global free trade. More than a decade ago, the leaders of ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia) have agreed to form a single market in Southeast Asia in late 2015. The high level of competition is not only experienced by big companies but also to the small and medium enterprises in Indonesia, such as small and medium industries in Sub furniture Tahunan Jepara regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information sharing, knowledge sharing, and relation to the performance of the company. This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique using non-probability sampling techniques. The total sample of 70 respondents, using a sampling technique that is saturated with a certain considerations. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, significance test (t test) using SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the company's performance can be explained by information sharing with the result of 36.9% amounting to 6,301 t count> t table 1.9955. The company's performance can be explained by knowledge sharing by 30.9% with the results of the t calculate equal to 5.511> t table 1.9955. The company's performance can be explained by a 42.8% relation to hasilt calculate equal to 7.134> t table 1.9955. Suggestions in this research that employers should always share information (information sharing) between the human resources that exist in the organization, but it is also needed to share knowledge (knowledge sharing) which will provide convenience to every employee with their innovation. From the sharing of information and knowledge sharing are also needed in a firm relation, a relation (relation) who nurtured will produce menuntungkan mutual relationships between one another. With the sharing of information, knowledge sharing, and relations can improve company performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of information technology that it need quick banking transactions to help activities of customers' banking transactions. Internet Banking is one of the types of services offered by the Bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables perceived usefulness, ease of use and trust in the attitude of the use of Internet Banking Mandiri. population is user of Internet Banking service. sample of 50 respondents for each level of income with sampling use accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data used in this study using SPSS 18.0, which carried out a comparison between the validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis and significance test (t test and F). The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness, ease of use and trust to have an influence on the attitude of the use of Mandiri Internet Banking Suggestions can be delivered is preferably enhanced website security and maintenance, thereby reducing the level of Flaws login and reduce the level of cyber crime.

Abstract

Human resource management currently views an employee who is in the company as a company asset. Although employees are seen as corporate assets, employees can not be obtained easily as other company assets in the form of goods. This is because it also requires a match between the qualifications that the company wants with qualifications possessed by job applicants. This match is required by the company, so that employees who work can help the company achieve its vision and mission. Vision and mission of a company, will mendaptkan with employee performance. Motivation work and career development have an influence on employee performance on employees of PT. Wersut Seguni Indonesia. This type of research is explanatory research, with sampling technique probability sampling is simple random sampling to 45 employees of PT. Wersut Seguni Indonesia. Measurement scale using Likert scale. In the analysis used factor analysis with the help of SPSS 20. Based on the results of the analysis, work motivation and career development variables have an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Wersut Seguni Indonesia. Career development variable has the biggest influence that is 11,40%, while work motivation variable have influence equal to 11,10%. The conclusion of this study indicates that the motivation of work and career development can affect the performance of employees of PT. Wersut Seguni Indonesia. The advice given is to increase the attention given to employees to be given training to improve soft skills and also rewarding employees who have good performance for the company.

Abstract

This study is about the Influence Quality Of Work Life and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance With Organitational Citizenship Behavior As an intervening variable At Hotel Amanda Hills Bandungan. This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect employee performance and test variables Organitational Citizenship Behavior As an intervening variable.This type of research is explanatory research study or explanation. The population in this study were employees of Hotel Amanda Hills Bandungan as many as 40 people. Sampling technique uses the entire population census is used as a sample so that the sample of 40 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, while data analysis technique used is the test of validity, reliability, t test, F test test, the coefficient of determination, regression analysis and path analysis. Calculations in this study using SPSS for windows.The calculations show that there are significant Quality Of Work Life and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Performance Employees, the result of calculation of the path analysis showed that mediates the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Quality of Work Life of the performance and do not mediate the effect of the influence of Organizational Commitment to Performance. Advice given is the company should maintain Organizational Citizenship Behavior problems because it has a large palng influence and improve organizational commitment because it has little influence.

Abstract

Leadership is a very important factor for the company because of the absence of leadership a company would not be able to run well. Award motivation is also very important to always maintain and improve the company's performance. In addition to these two factors also have to be supported by the good working environment so that the convenience provided by the company can support the employee's performance.This research aims to know the effect of leadership, work motivation and work environment to employees performance at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang printing section. The proposed hypothesis that there is influence of the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment to employees performance at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang printing section. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique that is included in the probability sampling technique with a sample of 53 respondents and the questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical method used in this study using linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0 for Windows.The result of this research showes that the variables of leadership has a significant effect (partially) on the performance of employees amounted to 47.4%. Work motivation has significant influence (partially) on the performance of employees amounted to 56.2%. Work environment variables have a significant effect (partial) to employee performance by 38.3%. Variable leadership, motivation and work environment have influence together (simultaneously) on the performance of employees amounted to 62.4%.Based on the research results, it is recommended that companies improve leadership, namely by improving the ability of leaders to get closer to employees. In addition, increase motivation to work can be done by improving communication with employees. The working environment can be improved by improving the existing infrastructure in the enterprise. Through this event the expected level of performance of employees at CV. Aneka Ilmu Semarang will be increased.

Abstract

PERUMNAS is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in the form of Public Corporation (Perum) whereby all of its shares are owned by the Government. This research was conducted at the Office of Perum Perumnas Regional V Branch Semarang on Jalan Wilis No. 23Semarang. This study aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction Variables and Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as Intervening Variable. The type of research is explanatory research. The population is all employees of Perumnas Regional V Branch Semarang with the number of 43 people and using saturated sample technique. Data were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative analysis by using coefficient of determination test, simple and multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, goodness of fit test, path analysis, and test sobel. The results showed that job satisfaction has no significant effect on OCB or employee performance. Unlike organizational commitment variables that have the greatest role in influencing OCB and employee performance.
