Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk wacana persuasif dalam takarir unggahan akun Instagram resmi Nadiem Makarim @nadiemmakarim. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah takarir unggahan akun Instagram resmi Nadiem Makarim @nadiemmakarim dalam durasi waktu satu bulan mulai 16 September s.d. 16 Oktober tahun 2022. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Teknik dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis deskriptif interaktif. Teknik ini memiliki 4 komponen, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 wacana persuasif yang dilihat dari sudut panjang tujuannya. Memberikan informasi (to inform) sebanyak 6 data, menimbulkan inspirasi (to inspire) sebanyak 6 data, meyakinkan (to convise) sebanyak 5 data, menghibur atau menyenangkan (to entertain) sebanyak 3 data, dan menggerakkan atau mengarahkan (to ectuate) sebanyak 8 data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Era global sekarang ini, dalam dunia bisnis terjadi persaingan yang ketat, apalagi perusahaan dalam bidang jasa perhotelan. Hotel adalah suatu perusahaan yang dikelola oleh pemiliknya dengan menyediakan pelayanan makanan, minuman, dan fasilitas kamar untuk tidur kepada orang-orang yang sedang melakukan perjalanan dan mampu membayar dengan jumlah yang wajar sesuai dengan pelayanan yang diterima tanpa adanya perjanjian khusus. Room Service dan fasilitas saat ini, lebih dipentingkan dalam dunia bisnis karena diduga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan juga akan memperhitungkan persaingan yang timbul dari berbagai jasa perhotelan. Fasilitas yang digunakan oleh setiap perusahaan bermacam-macam bentuk, jenis dan manfaatnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Room service dan Fasilitas Hotel terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan di Bentani Hotel & Reisedence Kota cirebon. Populasi adalah para tamu yang menginap dikamar Superior. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 82 responden. Metode penelitian asosiatif, dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

One of the commodities with the highest economic value in the plantation sector in Indonesia is coffee. In 2016 there was a significant difference between the area of robusta and arabica coffee, with the area of robusta coffee being superior. The wide difference between robusta and arabica coffee plantations is because robusta coffee is considered a potential opportunity in developing the community's economy compared to arabica coffee with a particular market. To improve the taste or quality of coffee production, one of the factors is the roasting process. Currently, the demand for coffee production is increasing with the need for maximum quality and taste of coffee beans, so the processing of coffee plants must be very concerned and improved. Therefore this study aims to determine the roasting technique with a roasting machine and its effect on improving the quality and taste of coffee beans that are popular with consumers. This study used a Split Plot Design (SPD) using the basic pattern of a completely Randomized Design consisting of 2 levels. The first factor is the roasting time as the main plot with four levels. Then the second factor is the roasting temperature with two levels. Each factor was repeated four times so there were 32 experimental units. The results of this study indicate that in the roasting process using slow roast and fast roast techniques, roasting time affects all observation parameters, namely moisture content, pH value, brix value, flavor, aroma, and caffeine. However, the roasting temperature only affects moisture content, brix value, and caffeine.

Abstract

Floods caused by natural factors such as sea tides, rainfall, the influence of land characteristics, erosion, sedimentation, decreased river capacity, and insufficient drainage capacity. The aim of this research is to understand the factors that cause flooding and inundation on the Meranti land and sea roads. This drainage planning uses the Gumbel Method. The cause of flooding on the Meranti Land and Sea roads is due to the drainage being unable to accommodate the inundation that occurs, The flood plan discharge obtained exceeds the existing channel cross-sectional discharge, namely Qt (5,012 m3/second) > Qs (4,947 m3/second). The planned cross-sectional capacity of the channel is square, for the channel has b = 3.5 m, h = 1.5 m, w = 0.866 m, From the calculation results, the channel discharge can accommodate the planned flood discharge that occurs, namely Qt (5,012 m3/second) > Qs (6,078 m3/second). For further research at the land Meranti and sea Meranti locations, researchers are expected to calculate the delivered water or tidal water from the sea, whether the channel is able to accommodate water sent from the sea or not.
