Abstract

Knowledge is more aimed at efforts to develop and maintain the company's competitiveness. In building and maintaining competitiveness, intellectual basis must exist in various fields within the company. With the increasing specialization in the company, the role of knowledge management is increasingly needed in various aspects of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the quality of knowledge on employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota. The type of data in this study consists of qualitative data. The research results are PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota is ready to apply knowledge in his company. Conceptually, a knowledge management audit is conducted to obtain an overview of the knowledge possessed and needed by the organization, the readiness of the organization to facilitate learning, and the quality of knowledge management processes.

Abstract

 Indonesia is at present actually battling with Coronavirus, as are different nations on the planet. The quantity of Coronavirus cases keeps on developing for certain individuals announcing recuperation, yet the quantity of positive cases keeps on developing consistently. The reason for this study was to decide the job of the public administration in forestalling Coronavirus in Indonesia. The exploration was led with a subjective methodology with a study technique. Information assortment procedures utilized are meetings and reports. The information investigation method is information examination in the exploration interaction with a few phases that current data is passionately and judiciously founded on information or realities found in the field. The consequences of this study show that the public authority has not had the option to deal with Coronavirus in general, it tends to be demonstrated by the population tainted with Coronavirus expanding yet there are additionally some who have recuperated. The ramifications of this exploration is to work on the coordination of the public authority and state contraption, urban areas, locale, sub-regions and towns with the goal that what the local area needs can be satisfied and Coronavirus can be defeated in the public eye all in all.

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Belum memiliki perencanaan bisnis yang jelas sehingga target dan sasaran usaha belum memiliki arah kepada pengembangan usaha bisnis yang lebih mapan, 2) Manajemen yang ada dalam usaha ini belum berjalan baik dikarenakan usaha yang baru ini belum bertahan cukup lama hal ini nantinya akan meenjadi masalah tersendiri. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah 1) meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha baik secara individu maupun secara kelompok dan 2) meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang manajemen usaha terutama yang berkaitan dengan optimalisasi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang model pembagian tugas dan kewenangan dalam menjalankan usaha bisnis. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, Tanya jawab, simulasi dan praktek. Partisipasi mitra diharapkan dapat menyediakan tempat pelatihan, serta fasilitas untuk membuat kue. Luaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah 1) Terwujudnya masyarakat yang kreatif dalam pengembangan usaha tradisional, dan 2) Mahasiswa memiliki keterampilan/pemahaman dalam memanfaatkan peluang usaha.. Workshop yang disampaikan menyajikan berbagai materi seperti: 1) pemahaman akan pentingnya makanan tradisional, 2) strategi pemasaran , 3) cara membuat Barongko.

Abstract

There is a high incidence of stunting in various villages across Indonesia these days. One of the reasons these problems are difficult to solve is the lack of knowledge and understanding by the community. The goal of the local food edu-digital website implementation program is to increase community knowledge of stunting and the use of local foods that can help overcome stunting in Sari Murni Village, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province. In this service program, three activities are carried out: 1) data collection for website content, 2) creation of local food edu-digital websites, and 3) website management training. Through this activity, we obtained (1) digital documentation consisting of text, images, and videos, and (2) an information sistem containing information about stunting, local food potential which can be overcome stunting, and local food processing methods, in addition to village information about development and activities.
