Covid 19 has become a pandemic that has hit all over the world. Almost all sectors are affected by this pandemic, not only in the health sector. The economic and industrial sectors have also suffered severe impacts due to the coronavirus pandemic. This spreading virus does not support economic growth either nationally or globally. Finally, it has an impact on various industrial sectors in the country, from manufacturing to finance. The industry was one of the largest contributors to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) last year. The contribution given from this industry to the 2019 GDP was recorded at 19.62%. Due to this pandemic, according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), during February 2020, the importance of all categories of goods decreased compared to January 2020. This stunted industrial development was due to the government's appeal for social distancing; social distancing made it difficult for industry players to make transactions. Several obstacles require re-engineering of business processes in the industry. In general, the industry already has an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system used in the related production process. However, ERP does not enter into the realm of buying and selling or the process of procuring goods with consumers. Therefore we need a Business Process Reengineering as an engineering process to integrate the ERP and the bidding system or quotation system. Using the moving average method as a forecasting method, we can get sustainable sales even during the Covid period, even seen an increase in transactions in the new period, along with the implementation of the quotation information system applied in the re-engineering business process.

Purpose: COVID-19 pandemic has an impact in almost all sectors, including economic and industrial sectors. The aim of this research is to support the sustainability of the sales commodities in large transactions due to pandemic conditions by business process re-engineering. Methods: Using the moving average method as a forecasting method. Result: It can get sustainable sales even during the COVID period, even seen an increase in transactions in the new period, along with the implementation of the quotation information system applied in the re-engineering business process. Novelty: Business Process Reengineering as an engineering process to integrate the ERP and the bidding system or quotation system is needed.

Perkembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi pada saat ini memberikan manfaat dalam kehidupan manusia dan merambah hampir ke segala bidang kehidupan, salah satunya adalah dalam perencanaan strategis. Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi didalamnya mencakup pendefinisian tujuan organisasi, penetapan strategi secara menyeluruh guna tercapainya tujuan organisasi, dan penyusunan rencana untuk mengintegrasikan dan mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan organisasi. Perencanaan strategis berguna untuk membantu pimpinan dan manajer dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dengan mengotomatisasi proses pengelolaan informasi, efektivitas manajemen yang ditingkatkan dengan memenuhi kebutuhan akan informasi untuk membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan daya saing untuk keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Penerapan perencanaan strategis yang baik akan memberikan dampak dan pengaruh yang baik pula terhadap organisasi yang menerapkannya, tak terkecuali organisasi bisnis seperti UMKM. UMKM merupakan salah satu usaha di bidang perekonomian tingkat menengah yang merujuk pada usaha ekonomi produktif yang dimilik perorangan atau badan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan strategi SI/TI pada UMKM Kewirausahaan Produk Herbal di salah satu universitas yang ada di Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada ketua UMKM Kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Ward and Peppard dan IT Balance Scorecard, dengan tahapan analisis Analisis Rantai Nilai, Analisis PEST, Analisis Model Lima Kekuatan Porter. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kerangka strategis dan rencana implementasi sistem informasi dan teknologi yang sejalan dengan rencana strategi bisnis organisasi.

Sistem Informasi Keuangan (Sikeu) merupakan sistem yang penting bagi pengelola keuangan dalam menatausahakan proses bisnis keuangan serta membantu Unnes dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, pertanggungjawaban, pengambilan keputusan manajemen, dan keterbukaan keuangan. Sikeu menjadi sistem sangat penting dan vital bagi keberlangsungan proses pengelolaan keuangan pada Unnes. Penyajian laporan keuangan yang reliabel sangat tergantung pada keberhasilan penggunaan Sikeu. Perlu adanya pengukuran dan evaluasi dari sistem informasi yang telah diterapkan, sehingga dapat diketahui sejauh mana optimalisasi dari penggunaan Sikeu tersebut. Selain itu agar memperoleh masukan untuk peningkatan kualitas sistem yang lebih baik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada bagian/subbagian keuangan sebagai pengguna Sikeu yang meliputi Bendahara Pengeluaran, Bendahara Pengeluaran Pembantu Operator Sikeu dan Staf Pengelola Keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang merupakan data penelitian yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber aslinya melalui kuesioner. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan, sedangkan variabel dependen meliputi Kepuasan Pengguna dan Kinerja Individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam proses analisis data. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, dari empat hipotesis hanya tiga yang diterima. Hipotesis yang diterima meliputi kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna Sikeu, kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna Sikeu, dan kepuasan pengguna sikeu terhadap kinerja individu. Hipotesis yang ditolak adalah kualitas sistem tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna Sikeu

The pandemic period limits every activity, including library services, causing the communication distance between users and librarians to widen. Users often forgetting to return books, so the fines accumulated, and often forget and lose borrowed books. The communication distance between librarians and library users can be narrowed through an automatic reminder system to remind users of important information regarding fines, services, and others. This study aimed to know the Telegram notification system for improving library services. Universitas Negeri Semarang also supports the use of Telegram as a notification system. This study applied the Research and Development (RnD) method in The Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) development, supported by an integration method using Middleware Integration. The use of the paired t-test in this study showed that this reminder mechanism successfully informed library members of the time limit for borrowing books and late fees. A significant relationship exists between before and after the installation of Telegram as a useful reminder system to avoid the accumulation of fines by customers. This reminder system was also beneficial to avoid users accumulating fines, it can be seen that the number of users who are late in returning books is decreasing as the notification system is implemented. Good communication between librarians and customers through an information system intermediary improves user service.

Sebuah bisnis memerlukan suatu dukungan sistem informasi di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini. Sistem informasi dapat bermanfaat bagi suatu bisnis karena dapat memberikan keunggulan kompetitif. Tantangan pasar yang semakin kompleks juga membuat suatu bisnis tidak cukup hanya memiliki perencanaan strategi bisnis, namun juga dilengkapi dengan strategi sistem informasi yang memiliki keselarasan dengan visi, misi, dan perencanaan strategi bisnis organisasi itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan strategi sistem informasi yang dapat diimplementasikan pada bisnis UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner di Kabupaten Pacitan, Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan evaluasi proses bisnis organisasi dengan sistem informasi yang berjalan dinilai belum efektif, maka diperlukan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi untuk membantu pimpinan dan manajer dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah model perencanaan strategis Ward and Peppard dengan beberapa tahapan analisis seperti analisis SWOT, value chain, PEST, dan five forces model serta dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian berupa usulan perencanaan sistem informasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh UMKM tersebut, yakni suatu sistem yang mencakup pencatatan alat maupun logistik serta keuangan di antaranya: aplikasi pemesanan dan manajemen barang supplier, sistem informasi keuangan serta aplikasi manajemen aset barang.

Online prostitution is an example of cybercrime which is increasingly happening in today's digital era. Even though online prostitution cases have been well documented, in Indonesia itself there is no criminal law regulation that specifically addresses prostitution cases that occur on social media. Likewise, there is a lack of research that discusses the process of how online prostitution cases can occur from start to finish and social media interventions in these cases. The average previous research only focused on law violations that occurred at the final stage or at the exploitation stage. This indirectly ignores the role of social media in the process of building trust between perpetrators and victims (trust building), the process of trading or advertising (advertising), and the process of transactions between perpetrators and potential buyers (transactions). Therefore, in this study the author will discuss the role of technology in online prostitution cases and their relationship with criminals, victims and members of the police. The research design used by the author is Research & Development Level 1. The data in this study were obtained using in-depth interviews with informants and analysed by a deductive approach adapted from Nunamaker's research. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the author finds that the social media most used by the actors is the MiChat application as much as 44%, Facebook 26%, WhatsApp 12% and other applications as much as 18%. In addition, this research also produces a conceptual model that describes the various processes that occur in online prostitution cases and the role of each social unit and social media. The conceptual model has been tested and validated by experts using the rating scale method. Obtained a percentage value of 86.67%. The results of this assessment prove that the conceptual model created is very feasible.

In the digital age, businesses are increasingly relying on social media platforms to engage with their customers and foster brand loyalty. This paper presents a comprehensive study aimed at optimizing social media promotion strategies to enhance Customer Retention Rate (CRR) while utilizing the GKG (Get Keep Growth) Customer Engagement framework. By examining the interplay between social media promotion tactics and customer engagement metrics, we investigate how businesses can leverage data-driven insights to improve customer retention. Our research showcases the importance of tailoring social media campaigns to individual customer preferences and behavior, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of the analysis of the development of the Customer Retention Rate graph were produced on FMIPA social media with an average CRR of 71% in the base case. Through a combination of data analysis and case studies, we provide actionable recommendations for businesses seeking to maximize the effectiveness of their social media promotion efforts and elevate their CRR with GKG customer engagement.

The development of distribution and market segmentation has become the company's background in improving business processes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the business processes of beverage companies using Business Process Management (BPM) modeling and improvised based on six core element management. In the analysis process, it is found that there is no stock forecasting system in forecasting sales stock that must be fulfilled. The results of the study show that the Business Process Management model is improved with the addition of a stock forecasting system, so that business processes become more controlled with the presence of a product stock inventory forecasting system in the company.

The subject of forecasting earthquakes is an intriguing one to investigate. As a natural calamity, earthquakes continue to be devastating, not just to the economy but also to the lives of individuals. This gave rise to the concept of creating an early warning system against seismic catastrophes to minimize deaths. Researchers have been making earthquake forecasts and seismic hazard ratings of a location for a few years now. In this work, we attempt to forecast earthquakes before they occur using p-arrival data, which includes information on disaster arrival time and amplitude height from the arrival station. Several studies on earthquake prediction have been carried out so far and have developed and used the Random Forest method and one of the Machine Learning. According to [1], the process of predicting earthquakes has been studied for a long time, but there is still uncertainty due to the diversity and complexity of the earthquake phenomenon itself. According to [2], conducting a random forest prediction model to identify the structural safety status of buildings damaged by the earthquake is probabilistic. An earthquake's latitude, longitude, magnitude, and depth may be predicted using the random forest algorithm. A random forest with multioutput technique is employed, with variables being each station's recorded value and geographic position. This study's predictions were accurate to within 63 percent.
