Abstract

Abstract Vocabulary is one element of language that must be mastered by learners in mastering a particular language including Arabic. Learning Arabic vocabulary requires its own strategies so that the learning will not be boring, one of them is a card games. This study aims to develop Arabic vocabulary learning media in the form of cards named "kamal" as well as to determine their effectiveness. The research design uses Research and Devolopment (R n D) method. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the kamal card was effectively used as an alternative to the Arabic vocabulary learning media seen from the differences in Student's pre-test and post-test scores. The results of the t-test are obtained t ^ (count)> t ^ table. In the Class "B" series 1 and series 2 t ^ (count) it is 5.390 and 6.890, while the class "D" series 1 and series 2 t ^ (count) are 9.335 and 9.054 with coefficients (dk = 6) then t ^ table between the two classes are the same (2,466). Abstract

البحث الذي قام به طالب الجامعة المسمى بالبحث العلمي، لديها فوائد كثيرة، منها ١) التربية والتعليم، ٢) الدراسة والتطور. وفقا بهذه الأهداف ، فمن اللازم أن يكون البحث العلمي لطللبة قسم تعليم اللغة العربية مكتوبا على أساس المشكلة الموجودة ومتشكلا بين الواحد والآخر نسبيا ومتعادلا. رغم أن الأمر كذلك، في الحقيقة لايعز طالب من طلبة قسم تعليم اللغة العربية يكتب بحثه العلمي بالموضوع الذي كاد يتساوى بالموضوعات السابقة، مع أن هناك كثير من الموضوعات الأخرى المحتاجة دراستها. اسنادا إلى الافتراض السابق، يريد الباحث فحص موضوعات البحوث العلمية لطلبة قسم تعليم اللغة العربية بالجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية كديري، سابقا بصناعة الخطوط العلمية في تعليم العربية وفي مشكلاته الموجودة . ومن ناحية أخرى، يوضح هذا البحث الجهود اللازم عملها على قسم تعليم اللغة العربية في تنظيم موضوعات بحوث طلبته. الكلمات الأساسية: موضوع البحث، البحث العلمي، تعليم اللغة العربية

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to diagnose Good University Governance (GUG)-based governance at the State Islamic Institut (IAIN) Kediri. The research uses a qualitative approach and will be conducted in 2021. Data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. The informant were the leaders of IAIN Kediri, LPM, SPI, the organizational and governance division of IAIN Kediri and students. Aspect of GUG that were diagnosed consisted of organizing, participation, transparency, responsiveness, accountability and leadership. The results of the diagnosis show that (1) the Strategic Planning (Renstra) of IAIN Kediri needs to be reviewed because it does not yet have Main Performance Indicators (IKU) that are operational in nature and have not been used as a basis for preparing work programs; (2) Participation of competent parties in decision making need to be increased; (3) Transparency in the use of the budget has been carried out by examining activity reports and supporting data by SPI, while transparency to the public has not been carried out; (4) The responsiveness of the management of IAIN Kediri to regulate has been carried out through a Quality Audit both academically. However, the results of the Quality Audit have not been fully followed up and used as a basis for improving governance; (5) Reports on the performance of IAIN Kediri both quarterly and annually have not been carried out, so that the achievement of the determined Renstra cannot be measured and (6) Management arrangements carried out by campus leaders have not been maximally systemized and measured so that understanding related to management function risk needs to be improved. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiagnosis tata kelola berbasis Good University Governance (GUG) di Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kediri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan dilakukan pada tahun 2021. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan adalah pimpinan IAIN Kediri, lembaga terkait seperti Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu (LPM), Satuan Pengawasan Internal (SPI), bagian organisasi dan tata kelola IAIN Kediri, dan mahasiswa. Aspek GUG yang didiagnosis terdiri dari pengorganisasian, partisipasi, transparansi, responsivitas, akuntabilitas dan kepemimpinan. Hasil diagnosis menunjukan bahwa (1) Perencanaan Strategis (Renstra) IAIN Kediri perlu ditinjau kembali karena belum memiliki Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) yang bersifat operasional dan belum digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan program kerja; (2) Partisipasi pihak-pihak yang berkompeten dalam pengambilan keputusan perlu ditingkatkan; (3) Transparansi dalam penggunaan anggaran telah dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan terhadap laporan kegiatan dan data dukungnya oleh SPI, sedangkan transparansi kepada publik belum dilakukan; (4) Responsivitas pengelolaan IAIN Kediri terhadap peraturan telah dilakukan melalui Audit Mutu baik secara akademik maupun non akademik. Namun, hasil Audit Mutu belum sepenuhnya ditindaklanjuti dan digunakan sebagai dasar perbaikan tata kelola; (5) Laporan kinerja IAIN Kediri baik secara triwulan maupun tahunan belum dilakukan, sehingga tidak dapat diukur ketercapaian Renstra yang ditetapkan, dan (6) Penyusunan tata kelola yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan kampus belum tersistem dan terukur secara maksimal sehingga pemahaman terkait dengan fungsi manajemen dan manajemen resiko dalam tata kelola perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Language learning strategies are understood as characteristics of learners that influence their success in developing language competence. This research focuses on Speaking Skills. The subjects of this study were Fifty Arabic Learners at the Pare Arabic Course Institute. This study aims to (1) Reveal Direct Strategies for learning Arabic at maharoh kalam for learners at the Pare Arabic course institution. (2) Reveal the Indirect Strategy of learning Arabic at maharoh kalam for learners at the Pare Arabic course institution. To answer the purpose of the study, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through two stages: (1) Using the Oxford Model Questionnaire (1990) as the main data instrument to obtain information about the strategies used by learners in learning Arabic. (2) Teacher informants as additional information about factors influencing the selection of language learning strategies. The results of this study show that: (1) The Dominant Direct Strategy used by learners in the Bitter Melon's Arabic Course Institute is a Cognitive Strategy that has a high percentage, the percentage is: (a) Cognitive Strategy 7.5%, (b) Memory Strategy 4.68%, (c) Compensation Strategy 4.62%. (2) The Dominant Indirect Strategy used by learners in the Pare Arabic Course Institute is the Metacognitive Strategy which has a high percentage, the percentage is: (a) Metacognitive Strategy 9%, (b) Social Strategy 7.81%, (c) Affective Strategy 2.03%. The benefits of this research add insight and information about Arabic learning strategies. Further research can be done that allows for new findings on Arabic learning strategies.

Abstract

According to the students in grade VIII-1 of MTsN 6 Nganjuk Arabic language is one of the most frightening subjects. Because this lesson is quite difficult to learn without a teacher or companion, and in learning Arabic, it must not be learned in a hurry. In addition, the researcher also saw that students felt bored with the mufrodat memorization system through reading one by one from the book. With the Duolingo application, the researcher wanted to see if there was an increase in students' mastery of mufrodat and to see if language lessons became more fun and easy to learn.This study uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is a pre-experimental design or pre-experimental design, and uses a one group pre-test post-test design model. The sampling technique of this research used purposive sampling technique. The population of the study was a total of 276 class VIII, with a sample of 26 students from class VIII-1. The instrument used in this study is a test, namely for pre-test and post-test. In the study, the results showed that the Duolingo application had a positive influence on student learning outcomes, namely there was an increase in Arabic vocabulary mastery in class VIII-1 MTsN 6 Nganjuk. It can be seen that the pre-test has an average value of 74.7, and the post-test has an average value of 97.5. Meanwhile, according to the calculation of the t-test produces a value of tcount t= 6.977 where if it is included in the basis for decision making, then t count > t table or 9.718 > 2,060,. In addition, there is also a value of Sig. (2-tailed) which is 0.000. Which means 0.00 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, (1) Knowing the feasibility of android-based Arabic learning media with interactive learning theory to improve the learning outcomes of class X MA Al Huda Kediri City students. (2)Knowing the effectiveness of Arabic learning media based on Android to improve the learning outcomes of students in class X MA Al Huda Kota Kediri. This type of research and development in this study uses the type of Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implementation, and Evaluate). The instruments in this study are Observation, Interview, Questionnaire Assessment of Media Experts, Material Experts and Construct Experts, Tests, and Documentation. The sample used was one Class X as an experimental class for large-scale trials with 15 students. Data were analyzed qualitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The feasibility of android-based learning media can be seen from the average assessment of the Material validation test of 98.65%, Media validation test of 92.5%, Construct validation test of 96.7%. The feasibility test of the android-based learning media is each classified with very feasible criteria. (2) The effectiveness of android learning media in improving learning outcomes is a significant difference between before and after using android learning media. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, there is an increase in learning outcomes with an average increase (mean rank) of 7.50. While the difference in the significance of the Post Test value of student learning outcomes against the Pre Test value of student learning outcomes is 0.001 <0.05, with the conclusion that the hypothesis is accepted, namely there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of students who use android-based learning media, and the use of android-based learning media is effective. The implications of android learning media for Arabic language learning can be seen based on the analysis of the use of class X android-based Arabic learning media, making the learning process more effective, delivering interesting material and learning methods more interactive. So that the need for interesting and interactive android-based learning media has a positive impact on Arabic language learning class X MA Al Huda Kota Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis teknik penerjemahan bahasa Arab ke bahasa Indonesia dalam konten youtube pada channel “Arab Podcast”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini antara lain: wawancara, observasi non partisipan dan dokumentasi berupa 3 video channel youtube Arab Podcast. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa teks bersubtitel dalam video konten youtube Arab Podcast. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap 65 data, diketahui bahwa terdapat 7 dari 18 teknik penerjemahan yang digunakan. Teknik penerjemahan yang paling banyak digunakan penerjemah dalam menerjemahkan video pembelajaran di channel Arab Podcast adalah teknik harfiyah, teknik reduks, kompresi linguistik,teknik amplifikasi,teknik transposisi,teknik peminjaman dan yang terakhir adalah teknik modulasi. Teknik-teknik tersebut memudahkan penerjemah untuk mendapatkan hasil terjemahan yang ideal. Implikasi teknik penerjemahan dari bahasa Arab ke bahasa Indonesia pada kanal YouTube "Arab Podcast" memberikan pengaruh dalam mendukung pembelajaran mandiri. Dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik seperti penerjemahan harfiah, reduksi, transposisi, dan lainnya, pembelajar dapat mengeksplorasi konten bahasa Arab secara mendalam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan metode interpolasi polinom Lagrange dan interpolasi polinom Newton-Gregory forward dalam mengestimasi tren pendaftaran mahasiswa baru di beberapa program studi di Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Kediri. Data historis pendaftaran mahasiswa baru selama lima tahun terakhir digunakan sebagai dasar analisis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan komparatif. Pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan tren pendaftaran mahasiswa baru, sedangkan pendekatan komparatif digunakan untuk membandingkan akurasi prediksi antara kedua metode interpolasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interpolasi Gregory Forward umumnya memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat dibandingkan interpolasi Lagrange, terutama untuk program studi seperti Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab, dengan nilai MAE, MAPE, dan RMSE yang lebih rendah. Namun, interpolasi Lagrange menunjukkan performa yang lebih baik pada beberapa program studi, seperti Tadris Bahasa Indonesia dan Tadris IPA. Misalnya, untuk program studi Tadris Bahasa Indonesia, interpolasi Lagrange memiliki MAE sebesar 6.8, MAPE 1%, dan RMSE 13.05, yang secara signifikan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan metode Gregory Forward. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada satu metode yang selalu unggul untuk semua program studi. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan metode interpolasi yang paling sesuai harus didasarkan pada karakteristik data spesifik dari setiap program studi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam bidang perencanaan akademik dengan menyediakan model prediksi yang lebih akurat, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya di Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Kediri.This study explores the Lagrange polynomial and Newton Gregory Forward polynomial interpolation methods in estimating new student enrollment trends in several study programs at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Kediri. Historical data on new student enrollments over the past five years was analyzed. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and comparative designs. The descriptive approach is used to depict new student enrollment trends, while the comparative approach compares the prediction accuracy between the two interpolation methods. The results indicate that the Gregory Forward interpolation generally provides more accurate results than the Lagrange interpolation, particularly for study programs such as Islamic Education Management and Arabic Language Education, as evidenced by lower MAE, MAPE, and RMSE values. However, the Lagrange interpolation performs better in some study programs, such as Indonesian Language Teaching and Natural Sciences Teaching. For example, the Lagrange interpolation for the Indonesian Language Teaching program has an MAE of 6.8, MAPE of 1%, and RMSE of 13.05, significantly lower than the Gregory Forward method. The conclusion of this study suggests that no single method is consistently superior for all study programs. Therefore, selecting the most appropriate interpolation method should be based on the specific data characteristics of each study program. This research contributes significantly to academic planning by providing a more accurate predictive model, which is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of resource management at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, IAIN Kediri.

Abstract

Choosing good Arabic textbooks determines the quality of Arabic learning in the classroom. This paper aims to identify and compare the quality of the Arabic language textbooks at Islamic junior high school levels seen from the aspect of content, presentation, language, and graphic. The object of research is the book of D Hidayat, Maman Abdul Djalil, and A. Syaekhuddin and Hasan Saefullah. The results showed that all three of the Arabic language textbooks have advantages and disadvantages. In general, the Arabic textbook work of A. Syaekhuddin and Hasan Saefullah is better than the other two books.
