Abstract

In Indonesia, Law no. 07 of 1992 concerning Banking stipulates two categories of banks: Commercial Banks and Rural Banks. The number of BPRs in Indonesia, according to the Indonesian Banking Statistics Report, totaled 1,552 as of November 2019. Historically, BPRs have existed since the colonial era and have been in contact with small and rural communities. In light of this, the government's policy regarding the establishment of BPRs was facilitated through Pakto 88 and Presidential Decree No. 38 of 1988, which aimed to improve public services. BPRs are currently facing many challenges from the rapidly changing external environment of the industry, including government policies, macroeconomic conditions, competition, and advances in fintech. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the challenges faced by BPR KWP in providing loans and their roles and development efforts, so that BPR KWP continues to develop and play a role in supporting the real sector, especially MSMEs. On the other hand, the changes referred to have indirectly reduced the profitability performance of BPRs over the last five years

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja belanja Kantor Kecamatan Kutowinangun Kabupaten Kebumen tahun anggaran 2022-2024 guna mewujudkan good governance. Melalui metode deskriptif kuantitatif terhadap data Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA), kinerja diukur menggunakan indikator variansi, pertumbuhan, keserasian, dan rasio efisiensi belanja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variansi belanja terkendali dengan baik karena realisasi tidak melampaui anggaran. Pertumbuhan belanja mengalami peningkatan signifikan pada tahun 2024, sementara rasio efisiensi tetap berada di bawah 100% yang mengindikasikan penggunaan anggaran yang efisien. Meskipun proporsi belanja operasional masih mendominasi dibandingkan belanja modal, secara keseluruhan kinerja keuangan dikategorikan baik. Disarankan adanya peningkatan alokasi belanja modal untuk mendukung pembangunan jangka panjang serta efektivitas pelayanan publik di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the existing tourism and creative economy villages that were developed and to formulate a strategy for developing tourism villages based on the creative economy. The data used are primary data in the form of information collected from tourism villages and secondary data in the form of support data from BPS, the Sleman Regency Tourism Office and social media. The techniques used in this study are data exploration, desk analysis, observation and FGD techniques. The results of the study indicate that tourism villages in Sleman Regency develop creative economic potential. In the formulation of a strategy for developing tourism villages based on the creative economy, there are several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that are formulated. From the SWOT analysis, several alternative strategies and programs/activities have been produced that can be implemented and attempted to develop the potential of the creative economy in tourism villages in Sleman Regency, namely by improving infrastructure, training and developing human resources, product diversification and innovation and others.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of good corporate governance on company financial performance. Good corporate governance in this research is proxied by the percentage of institutional ownership, composition of the board of directors and composition of independent commissioners. The financial performance of banking companies is measured by Return on Equity (ROE). The population used in this research was the Influence of the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance on Financial Performance (Studies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2020) totaling 626. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling so that 52 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research partially show that the percentage of institutional ownership, composition of the board of directors, and composition of independent commissioners do not have a significant effect with a negative coefficient on ROE. Meanwhile, simultaneously the percentage of institutional ownership, composition of the board of directors and composition of independent commissioners have a significant effect on ROE with a positive coefficient.
