Abstract

The study aims to examine more deeply the leadership of the head of the institution in education to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Educational institution leadership plays an important role in creating an enabling environment for teachers, students and their families to continue to connect and learn during the COVID pandemic, both at school and at home. This research is a qualitative one using a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology is a qualitative research approach that focuses on the similarity of life experiences in certain groups. The results of the study show that the learning model developed by the institution's leadership is an effort to carry out learning that leads to adapting conditions and carrying out education according to needs. The existence of a pandemic is not an easy type of problem and must be handled properly and requires relevant data. The mobilization of resources carried out by institutional leaders in education has proven to be very important to ensure quality education for all people during the Covid-19 recovery period and beyond.

Abstract

AbstractCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) is a communication strategy that places educational institutions or service providers as subjects and consumers or students with guardians as users of educational institution services as objects. In this context, information and communication technology becomes an important part of the management process. One of them is improving services with the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The results of this study are that the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is carried out by building awareness of the importance of education, especially reciting the Koran through regular meetings with guardians of students and a personal approach with guardians of students, building good cooperation with guardians of students, government and private institutions, utilizing social media (Wa groups, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Website) to provide information and as a medium of communication between madrasahs and the community, especially guardians of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji strategi rehabilitasi yang diberlakukan oleh kiai pengasuh pondok pesantren Sirojuth Tholibin II Saman Al-Hadad kepada santri-santrinya, yang notabene merupakan korban penyalahguna narkoba. Maraknya remaja pecandu narkoba dewasa ini semakin mengkhawatirkan. Jika tidak mendapatkan penanganan serius, tentu akan berdampak pada masa depan remaja tersebut. Di sini, beberapa pesantren di Indonesia telah melakukan satu upaya nyata, yakni dengan menjadikan pesantrennya sebagai tempat rehabilitasi. Pun demikian dilakukan oleh pesantren di Blitar. Namun, tidak seperti pesantren rehabilitasi pada umumnya, pondok sirojuth tholibin memiliki strategi penanganan yang khas bagi kesembuhan santri-santrinya. Pondok pesantren ini memadukan metode keislaman dengan penguatan keterampilan. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan indepth interview terhadap subjek penelitian, akni Kiai pengasuh ponpes Sirojuth Tholibin. Hasil penelitian ini secara spesifik mengungkapkan strategi-strategi yang digunakan oleh kiai Harun Syafi’i dalam merehabilitasi santri-santri Saman al-Hadad yang merupakan korban penyalahgunaan narkoba.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi strategik khususnya berkaitan dengan program-program yang dilaksanakan dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum tahfidzul qur’an di yayasan el-rahmah surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif dengan studi kasus. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi non partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Analisis data melalui tiga tahap, yakni kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah program pelaksanaan kurikulum tahfidzul qur’an yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan El-Rahmah Surabaya meliputi meliputi TPQ, membaca bin nadzor, Tahfidz, Tasmi’ dan Pasca Tahfidz. Proram TPQ secara gari besar dilaksanakan dengan tiga sesi, yakni TPQ Pagi, TPQ Siang dan TPQ Sore dengan jilid 1-5. Program membaca bin nadzor dilaksanakan setiap pagi dan sore dengan mewajibkan santri khatam 60 kali. Program Tahfidz dibagi menjadi kelas kecil sesuai dengan juz masing-masing dengan sistem hafalan satu halaman perhari. Kegiatan dalam bentuk setoran antar teman, murojaah bersama guru, membaca bersama, istima’. Sementara itu untuk program tasmi’ dilaksanakan setiap santri menghafal 5 Juz. Setiap santri wajib melaksanakan 10 kali Tasmi’ sebelum di wisuda tahfidz dengan disaksikan oleh 2 teman, 2 orang tua dan 1 guru. Program pasca tahfidz dilaksanakan dalam bentuk hafalan kitab hadis baik arba’in An-Nawawi dan Riyadhus Sholihin. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menghafal 1-3 hadist tergantung panjang dan pendeknya hadist. Kata Kunci: Implementasi strategik, Kurikulum, Tahfidz Al-Qur’an

Abstract

Training to read the Qur'an with Iqro ' method for elderly women is one of the efforts of community empowerment in the field of religion. This activity was held at the Nurul Huda mosque, Wanengpaten Village, Gampengrejo District, Kediri, on September 11-30, 2024. Iqro ' method was chosen because it has been widely known by the elderly and proven effective in improving the ability to read the Qur'an gradually. This training aims to train the ability to read the Qur'an, especially in terms of correct pronunciation hijaiyah letters (Makhorijul letters). The implementation of the activities involves an age-friendly approach, with the use of simple modules and intensive mentoring. The results of this training showed a significant improvement in the ability of participants in reading the Qur'an, especially in the mastery of Tajweed and clarity of pronunciation of letters. This Program is expected to be a model that can be replicated in various other areas in order to improve Qur'anic literacy among elderly women. In addition to providing technical training, this program also plays a role in building participants ' confidence to be active in religious activities in their environment. The learning process is designed in stages, starting from the introduction of hijaiyah letters, the correct pronunciation according to makhraj, to the application of Tajweed rules in reading the verses of the Qur'an. Assistance is carried out intensively by paying attention to the physical condition and memory of the elderly, so that the learning atmosphere becomes more conducive and enjoyable. The evaluation results showed that most of the participants experienced significant progress, both in reading fluency, pronunciation accuracy, and basic understanding of Tajweed law. Another positive impact is the establishment of closer social relationships between participants, so this training also contributes to strengthening the social bonds of the community. The success of this program indicates that the iqro learning model combined with an age-friendly approach can be an effective strategy to improve Qur'anic literacy among the elderly, while strengthening religious values in the community
