Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explain psychological well-being concept to be applied in guidance and counseling. Guidance and counseling service to improve psychological well-being could be a way to help people achieve their optimum individual potention in every phase of development, so they clould live with happy and prosperous. Feeling happiness, fun, and satisfaction are the outcome of psychological well-being. Therefore, psychological well-being concept become importance to be applied in guidance and counseling.

Abstract

Penerapan terhadap prinsip kehati-hatian merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan pemenuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki penerapan pemantauan terhadap prinsip kehati-hatian pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Selanjutnya penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menyelidiki beberapa fakta yang diperoleh dari laporan tata kelola perbankan syariah. Penelitian ini mengambil 10 sampel perbankan syariah untuk dijadikan objek dan diselidiki implementasi pemantauan prinsip kehati-hatiannya. Dari hasil penyelidikan diperoleh hasil bahwasannya hanya terdapat beberapa perbankan yang mengimplementasikan pemantauan terhadap prinsip kehati-hatian. Diantara perbankan yang menerapkan pemantauan tersebut yaitu BNI Syariah, Panin Bank Syariah, MayBank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Muamalat Indonesia, serta BSM syariah. Selain ke enam bank tersebut, hampir sebagian besar melaporkan aktiftias pemenuhan kepatuhan syariah secara simpel dan kurang memisahkan masing-masing unit kerja.

Abstract

The implementation of gender responsive indicators in higher education is still the homework for almost all campuses in Indonesia, including IAIN Ponorogo. In order toward a gender-responsive institution, there need to be stages that must be carried out by the campus. Through SWOT analysis, this article explains the readiness of IAIN Ponorogo to implement the gender responsive indicators in higher education. The four gender responsive indicators analyzed are the gender mainstreaming institution, gender-responsive in education, research and services, gender-responsive governance and budgeting, and a culture of zero tolerance towards men and women. This study utilized primary data in the form of interviews as well as secondary data in the form of gender responsive indicator in higher education, journal articles, regulations, and other relevant sources. This research shows that basically IAIN Ponorogo already has sufficient capital to realize itself as a gender-responsive higher education. If these capitals could not be managed properly by stakeholders, this research found potential obstacles to the realization of IAIN Ponorogo as a gender responsive higher education. Some important opportunities that are not owned by other tertiary institutions but are owned by IAIN Ponorogo are having a female chancellor with a good gender perspective. This condition indicates a sizable opportunity for IAIN Ponorogo to realize itself as a gender-responsive higher education. Abstrak Implementasi indikator perguruan tinggi responsif gender (PTRG) masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah hampir seluruh kampus di Indonesia, tak terkecuali IAIN Ponorogo. Untuk menuju perguruan tinggi responsif gender perlu ada tahapan-tahapan yang harus dilakukan oleh kampus. Melalui analisis SWOT artikel ini menjelaskan kesiapan IAIN Ponorogo dalam mengimplementasikan indikator PTRG. Empat indikator PTRG yang dianalisis adalah kelembagaan PSGA, tridarma perguruan tinggi responsif gender, tata kelola dan penganggaran responsif gender, serta budaya nir-kekerasan terhadap laki-laki dan perempuan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data primer berupa wawancara dan juga data sekunder berupa dokumen indikator PTRG, artikel jurnal, regulasi, dan juga sumber-sumber lain yang relevan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada dasarnya IAIN Ponorogo telah memiliki modal yang memadai untuk mewujudkan diri menjadi perguruan tinggi responsif gender. Jika modal-modal tersebut tidak dapat diramu dengan baik oleh para pemangku kepentingan, penelitian ini menemukan potensi yang menghambat mewujudnya IAIN Ponorogo sebagai perguruan tinggi responsif gender. Beberapa peluang penting yang tidak dimiliki oleh Perguruan Tinggi lain namun dimiliki oleh IAIN Ponorogo adalah, memiliki rektor perempuan dengan perspektif gender yang baik. Kondisi ini menunjukkan peluang yang cukup besar bagi IAIN Ponorogo untuk mewujudkan diri menjadi perguruan tinggi responsif gender. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product and place on purchasing decisions for Kopi Jiwa Samarinda in the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research is quantitative research. The method used is descriptive associative. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with (accidental sampling). The types of data in this study are primary and secondary. The sampling method used is using the Cochran formula with a sample of 96 respondents and rounded up to 100 respondents. Methods in collecting data in this study using observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and linearity test), and multiple linear regression analysis test (t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2).The results of this study indicate that the price variable has no significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Promise Jiwa Samarinda Coffee with a sig value of 0.095 > 0.05, the product variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of Kopi Jiwa Samarinda with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the place variable does not have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of the Promised Jiwa Samarinda Coffee in the Islamic Economic Perspective with a sig value of 0.271 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the price, product, and place variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Promise Coffee. The soul of Samarinda in the perspective of Islamic Economics with a sig value as follows: esar 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that 49.0% of the Purchase Decision variables are influenced by Price (X1), Product (X2), and Place (X3). And the rest (100% - 49.0%) = 51.0% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. So the influence contribution of all variables in this study is 51.0%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether profitability ratios reviewed using the Return on Equity (ROE) formula, liquidity ratios reviewed using the Current Ratio (CR) formula and solvency ratios reviewed using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) formula have an effect on profit growth, in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. In this research, data was obtained using the purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis in this study, which consisted of classical assumption tests, showed that there were no symptoms of multicollinearity, there were symptoms of autocorrelation which had been corrected through the runs test, there were no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, and the data used was normal. Then, from the results of the regression analysis, the data used shows that Return on Equity (ROE) X1 partially has a significant effect on profit growth with a significance value of 0.006. Meanwhile, the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially have no effect on profit growth. Simultaneously, Return on Equity Ratio (ROE), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) influence profit growth in a sample of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

Investment plays a vital role in the financial planning of individuals. Generally, the investments typically employed in Indonesia are those associated with the capital market. The Indonesian capital market plays a pivotal role in promoting the country's economy and allowing the allocation of funds for businesses. An actual market crash in the Indonesian capital market resulted in a significant decline in share values. The current circumstances require a conversation about the importance of understanding the role of individual investors as vital contributors to investment decision-making in the market. Empirical research has demonstrated that the behavioural bias of individual investors during times of disruption is a significant element contributing to market declines in the capital market. This study examines the impact of investment knowledge and sociodemographic factors on investment decision-making, specifically focussing on behavioural bias. This research method is a quantitative approach by utilising a questionnaire to collect data from 150 investors who are part of the sharia investment community. The variables examined in this study encompass investment knowledge, behavioural bias, sociodemographic factor, and investment decisions.The study demonstrates that investment knowledge and behavioural biases have a substantial impact on investment choices. Investment decisions are significantly influenced by sociodemographic characteristics. Investment decisions are significantly influenced by knowledge and sociodemographic characteristics. Behavioural bias has a role in influencing investment decisions in the disruptive period, by interacting with information and sociodemographic factors. In light of the ongoing era of rapid transformation and advancement, it is crucial for investors to promptly attain financial literacy, as knowledge pertaining to Islamic financial products is easily accessible. Stakeholders should establish an educational program focused on Islamic financial market literacy to improve knowledge and understanding of investing.

Abstract

Introduction: The main objective of this research is to test and analyze the influence of perception, religiosity, financial rewards, job market considerations, and educational background on the career interest of FEBI PTKIN East Java students in sharia banking, as well as test and analyze differences in career interest between FEBI PTKIN East Java students in cities and regions. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were FEBI PTKIN East Java students, with 190 samples. Analysis in this study used SEM-PLS and Independent t Test. Based on the research that has been conducted, the analysis results show that perception, religiosity, financial rewards, job market considerations, and educational background have a positive and significant influence on students' career interest in Sharia banking. However, the results of different tests show no significant difference in career interest between students in cities and regions.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku UMKM perempuan di komunitas Sekolah Ibu Konsentrasi Bisnis Majelis Tadris Sayyidah Rumana Samarinda tentang etika bisnis Islam sebagai upaya penguatan karakter usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian masyarakat dengan pendekatan partisipatif berupa sosialisasi yang menggabungkan ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan simulasi studi kasus yang melibatkan 26 pelaku UMKM perempuan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta mengenai prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam serta komitmen praktis mereka dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai tersebut, seperti kejujuran, amanah, dan keadilan dalam menjalankan usaha. Simpulan, bahwa sosialisasi etika bisnis Islam efektif memperkuat karakter pelaku UMKM perempuan dan berpotensi meningkatkan keberlanjutan serta keberkahan usaha mereka. Abstract

A number of nations, including Indonesia, saw the effects of the worldwide economic downturn that started in 2020 with the horrific COVID-19 epidemic. As a result, many businesses saw a drop in sales and a corresponding decrease in profitability. This study aims to examine the relationship between the Solvency Ratio (DER), the Current Ratio (CR), and the Return on Equity (ROE) as they pertain to food and beverage firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and their profit growth. This research used financial records and data acquired via deliberate sampling from food and beverage firms listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2022. Profit growth is significantly impacted by return on equity (ROE), as shown in the analysis. It would seem that the growth in profits is unaffected by either the Current Ratio (CR) or the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Profit growth for the food and beverage sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022 is influenced by Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).

Abstract

East Kalimantan has the potential for world tourism that is no less interesting. Good tourism management is very important to be carried out through the implementation of reliable marketing strategies that create a beneficial relationship for both parties as applied to the Jahetan Layar Kutai Lama Country Tourism, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.which is a leading tourist destination in Anggana District, offers the natural beauty of the mountains, the Mahakam River, and authentic Dayak culture as one of the leading tourist destinations that have Beautiful panorama is equipped with interesting rides and good facilities. Sharia marketing is a business that leads to creating and offering value change in accordance with Islamic contracts and the principle of muamalah through the 9P Marketing mix, namely Product, Price Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Promise, Patience. This study aims to find out the implementation of sharia marketing strategies through the 9P marketing mix applied and its impact and constraints on tourism. The type of research used is qualitative research. This research is a field research using primary and secondary data using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation with resource persons from managers such as owners, staff and employees, the anggana sub-district government, and tourist visitors. The data analysis techniques used through Triangulation are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the manager's research use a sharia marketing strategy with a 9P marketing mix which shows that the manager focuses on quality products such as camping rides, trekking, atv and trail motorcycles, cafes/restaurants, photography spots, villas, transparent and competitive prices, strategic locations presenting scenery with beautiful panoramas, promotion through the distribution of brochures, social media such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook., friendly and patient service and willing to receive suggestions and input, supported by skilled employees drawn from the local community, processes that are organized according to standards, and physical evidence in the form of adequate facilities for clean and comfortable prayer rooms for worship, trustworthy and keeping promises to provide the best service. Cooperation with the Tourism Office and Travel Agents to Strengthen the Promotion of Destinations Must Be Increased Although this tourist location is far from the city center, this tourism is able to create economic opportunities for the local community through the provision of jobs, empowerment of MSMEs, and tourism activities. This place is also a place for family recreation, a place to gather to establish friendship and is ideal as a forum for office activities. The manager hopes for government support to improve infrastructure, facilities, and tourist attractions. With sustainable management, this destination has the potential to become a tourism icon in East Kalimantan that supports cultural and environmental preservation and encourages economic growth.
