Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the negative and positive impacts of conflicts between employees at PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna Rantauprapat. This study aims to determine whether conflicts that occur between employees have an impact on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the samples in this study are managers, supervisors and employees as the actors under study. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: first, there is no negative impact from the occurrence of conflicts between employees at PT. Tirtakencana Tata Warna Rantauprapat. Second, there is a positive impact from the occurrence of conflicts between employees at PT Tirtakencana Tatawarna, one of the impacts is making employees more mature in making decisions and not rash in acting that will harm themselves and also reduce dependence between employees and employees so that they understand better character of each side.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency, with the aim of knowing the effect of communication, motivation, physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods, with several analytical techniques such as classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. All hypotheses in the study are declared valid, can be proven by the following description, the communication variable (X1) has a value of tcount (3.79) > ttable (1.66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that the variable communication (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The motivation variable (X2) has a value of tcount (4.06) > ttable (1, 66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The physical work environment (X3) has a value of tcount (5.05) > ttable (1.66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that the physical work environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The non-physical work environment (X4) has a value of tcount (8.95) > ttable (1.66) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, thus it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment (X4) has a positive and significant effect on performance. employee. The F test results show the Fcount value of 147.44 > Ftable 2.48, from these results, it can be concluded that communication, motivation, physical work environment.

Abstract

The retail business is a business that has very tight competition, as evidenced by a large number of retail outlets in each region. Therefore, it is necessary to know the factors that can make a retail business win the competition. Based on a literature study conducted by researchers, customer satisfaction is the most important factor to win the competition and get loyal customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of price, location, service, and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the supermarket of Brastagi Rantauprapat. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 247 people from 646 visiting populations. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires or primary data. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F test calculation research show simultaneously that the variables price, location, service, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fcount 30,135 > Ftable 2.37 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The result of the determination value obtained is an R-value of 0.577 equal to 57.7% which indicates that the relationship between the variables of price, location, service, and product quality with consumer satisfaction has a fairly close relationship. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.332 or equal to 33.2%. This value means that 33.2% confirms that consumer satisfaction can be explained through the variables of price, location, service, and product quality. The remaining 66.8% is outside of this research variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of employees at SAMSAT in the Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee Service at the SAMSAT Rantauprapat Office and to find out the relationship and contribution of each factor that influences the Performance of Employees in the Motor Vehicle Transfer of Title Fee Service at the SAMSAT Rantauprapat Office. The method in this research is a quantitative method. In this research, the population used is people who process motor vehicle transfer fees at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT office. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination). Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that four of the five service quality indicators have a positive and significant effect on the quality of BBN-KB performance at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office. The service quality indicator that has no partial effect is the Empathy indicator. Based on the F test, it is concluded that Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of BBN-KB Services at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office in terms of Sig < 0.05 and based on the calculated F value of 77,894 > from F table 2.31, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Quality of BBN-KB Performance at the Rantauprapat SAMSAT Office. Based on the Adjusted R-Square of 0.795, the contribution value of the simultaneous influence of Reliability, Tangible, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Assurance on the Quality of BBN-KB Services is 79.5% and the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other factors outside of this research.

Abstract

Durian plant is a yang plant that is much interested by durian fruit connoisseurs. Especially in the field of world trade sector. Durian fruit is also one of the country'sforeign exchange earnings. No wonder the government pays great attention to thedevelopment and quality of duran trees. However, on the other hand, theattention of durian tree farmers to their crops and the changing seasons from time to time causes durian plants to be easily exposed to disease. This certainlyhas an impact on the quality of the fruit that will be tapped and the declineof trade in Indonesia. To overcome this problem, appropriate measures are needed to control the disease of this durian tree plant, The expert system using the Forward Chaining method for diagnosing pests and diseases of durian tree plants is the best solution to recognize the symptoms of disease in rubber plants as early as possible, find out the cause of the disease and how to control it. In making this system, experts who are experts in the field of pests and diseases of durian trees are needed to obtain accurate data on disease information on durian trees. This expert system of diagnosing pests and diseases of durian trees is designed using a web-based php programming language. The design of the knowledge base in this system is dynamically created to make it easier to manage data such as adding, changing and deleting data.

Abstract

Dalam era distrubsi sekarang ini mengakibatkan media informasi dan komunikasi sudah tidak terbendung lagi di akibatkan kecanggihan teknologi, hal tersebut terjadi pada mahasiswa universitas Labuhan batu, yang fomo membeli produk handphone merk iPhone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelian handphone merk iPhone pada mahasiswa universitas Labuhan batu,rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penentuan sampel dalam penelitian dan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Life style mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen secara signifikan dan positif pada produk iphone pada mahasiswa universitas labuhanbatu. (2) Harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen secara signifikan dan positif pada produk iphone pada mahasiswa universitas labuhanbatu. (3) Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen secara signifikan dan positif pada produk iphone pada mahasiswa universitas labuhanbatu. (4) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh 61,7% keputusan pembelian pada produk iphone pada mahasiswa universitas labuhanbatu yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel life style, harga dan brand image sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel variabe

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan peluang besar bagi pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui strategi promosi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha keripik tempe di Desa Lingga Tiga dalam memanfaatkan media Canva sebagai alat peraga bisnis. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas tiga tahapan: pemetaan permasalahan mitra, perancangan pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mendesain materi promosi menggunakan Canva, seperti poster, stiker produk, dan konten digital lainnya. Peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan mampu menghasilkan desain visual yang menarik secara mandiri. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan Canva terbukti efektif sebagai media bantu promosi bagi UMKM, serta mampu mendorong transformasi digital dalam pemasaran produk lokal. Program ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kapasitas SDM dan daya saing usaha keripik tempe di era digital
