Abstract

The purpose of this study is first, providing empirical evidence of the effect of Auditor Professionalism on Materiality Level Considerations. Second, provide empirical evidence of the effect of audit quality on materiality level considerations. Third, provide empirical evidence of the Effects of Auditor Experience on Materiality Level Considerations. This study uses a quantitative approach with research respondents, namely auditors who work in public acconting office in Malang city. Data collection techniques using questionnarie instruments. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that: 1) Auditor Professionalism (X1) has a significant effect on the Materiality Level Consideration, which is indicated by the sig value of 0.002; 2) Audit Quality (X2) has a significant influence on Level Considerations Materiality, which is indicated by a sig value of 0.026; 3) and Experience Auditors (X3) have a significant influence on consideration Materiality level, which is indicated by the sig value of 0.047. Abstract

This study aimed at determining the culinary skills improvement of learning outcomes making steamed brownies in children with mild mental retardation using explicit instruction learning model. The research was conducted on the students of class XII SMALB-C Kembar Karya I, East Jakarta, with 2 student from September to October 2012. This study used Classroom Action Research with 2 cycles where each cycle consisted of 2 meetings. The research success was analyzed individually, one aspect for each student as the development of children with mental retardation can not be compared to other children, but the progress on himself. The results showed that using explicit instruction learning model increases learning outcomes in culinary skills of making steamed brownies for the students with mild mental retardation.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to construct a critique of Western neo-orientalism through the film medium.  Film is a product of popular culture.  After 9/11, the concept of neo-orientalism emerged in the West, especially in America, which considers everything that is not "Western" to be terrorists, and radicals.  To criticize the concept of neo-orientalism in “Ms.  Marvel” the researchers used the theory of identity from Stuart Hall and Homi Bhabha to get the concept of identity in this series. The concept of identity found is a construction of a critique symbol of Western neo-orientalism. The source of data in this research was a television miniseries entitled “Ms. Marvel” which live on Disney+.  The results of the analysis showed that there are Islamic symbols that appear in this series which are a construction of criticism of the concept of Western neo-orientalism. It can be implied from the result that "Ms.Marvel" is one of the examples of a construction of Neo-Orientalism criticism through the medium of Popular Culture.

Abstract

Endophytic fungi isolated from red ginger (Zingiber officinale) can inhibit growth of Fusarium oxysporum, but the ability of the fungi to control Candida albicans as human pathogen has not been reported. The aims of this research were to study the mechanism of ten endophytic fungi isolates derived from red ginger to control C. albicans in vitro using dual culture methode and fungal extract, and to determine fungal bioactive chemical groups produced by the fungi. Three out of ten isolates tested, Talaromyces assiutensis JMa 7, T. assiutensis JMbt 3, and Curvularia affinis JMbt 9 inhibited growth of C. albicans with inhibition zones were 4.0 mm, 4.9 mm, and 11.3 mm, respectively. The cultures of the three potential endophytic fungi were extracted by maceration method using 3 solvents i.e ethyl acetate, n-hexane and ethanol. The three isolates were grown in PDB separately for 21 days incubation. At harvest, the culture filtrate was extracted by ethyl acetate and n-hexane, while fungal mycelia were extracted by all the three solvents. Ethyl acetate extracts obtained from culture filtrate of all the three fungal isolates consistently inhibited C. albicans with inhibition zones were 2.0-3.8 mm. For n-hexane extract, however, only Talaromyces assiutensis JMbt 3 that had positive effect with inhibition zone was 2.0 mm. All extracts from mycelia did not have any effects on C. albicans. The ethyl acetate extract of T. assiutensis JMbt 3 was analysed to determine its chemical groups using visible color on thin layer chromatography (TLC). The results showed that the bioactive compounds was terpenoids, and antioxidant.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi di bidang pendidikan digunakan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran karena lebih menarik dan siswa semangat mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju, ssebuah inovasi dari teknologi dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran. Sehingga, diharapkan siswa merasakan kenyamanan dan memiliki kondisi yang menguntungkan dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media game kahoot. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui seberapa banyak SMK Jurusan TKJ yang ada di Kecamatan Natar yang telah menerapkan Kahoot sebagai media interaktif untuk mengetahui kemudahan penggunaan dan minat belajar setelah menggunakan Kahoot. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Jurusan TKJ yang ada di Kecamatan Natar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Simple Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulan, bahwa 94% dari total 50 responden yang berasal dari  SMK Jurusan TKJ di Kecamatan Natar pernah menggunakan KaHoot sebagai media kuis interaktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penerapan media kuis interaktif kahoot memiliki tingkat kemudahan penggunaan dengan skor rata-rata 84%. Penerapan media kuis interaktif kahoot meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dengan hasil rata-rata keseluruhan 88%. Sehingga, secara keseluruhan, penggunaan kahoot sebagai media kuis interaktif memiliki tingkat kemudahan yang baik dan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar para siswa.Kata Kunci: Kahoot, media interaktif, minat belajar, siswa SMK

Abstract

Perkembangan pengetahuan pada abad 21 diprioritaskan pada tiga keterampilan, yaitu learning skills, literacy skills, dan life skills. Untuk mengevaluasi keterampilan tersebut, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan dengan melaksanakan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) agar mampu mengevaluasi peningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia secara menyeluruh. Salah satu kriteria yang diujikan adalah kemampuan literasi numerasi berbasis AKM. Namun, kemampuan guru dalam merancang dan mengembangkan soal literasi numerasi berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum masih kurang sehingga berakibat pada rendahnya hasil Asesmen Kompetensi Minimun siswa saat mengikuti ANBK. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan kegiatan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan pembuatan soal Literasi Numerasi bagi guru SDIT ASA untuk menigkatkan kompetensi guru dalam membuat soal Literas Numerasi berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum.. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan ini agar mampu mengembangkan kompetensi guru dalam membuat soal literasi numerasi sehingga dapat diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran agar mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah literasi numerasi dan meningkatkan kualitas lulusan SDIT ASA. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah seminar literasi numerasi dan pelatihan serta pendampingan pembuatan soal literasi numerasi berbasis AKM. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan survey, 90% guru mulai memahami konsep literasi numerasi dan 80% guru mampu merancang soal sesuai dengan materi yang dipelajari siswa.
