Abstract

Simpanan adalah sejumlah uang yang diserahkan oleh anggota koperasi atas kehendak sendiri sebagai simpanan yang dapat sewaktu-waktu sesuai perjanjian dan pinjaman adalah pemberian sejumlah uang dari satu pihak (lembaga keuangan, seseorang atau perusahaan) kepada pihal lain. Koperasi simpan pinjam didirikan bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada anggota untuk memperoleh pinjaman dengan mudah dan dengan bunganya ringan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh simpanan dan pinjaman anggota terhadap SHu kopsyah BMT Al-Amin Pekanbaru. sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Rakapitulasi simpanan dan pinjaman anggota dan SHU tahun 2008-2012.Berdasarka hasil penelitian diketahui secara parsial (Uji-T) Variabel Simpanan anggota menunjukan nilai thitung sebesar 1,798 > dari nilai ttabel 1,671 maka dapat disimpulkan variabel simpanan anggota secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap laba. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara simpanan dan pinjaman terhadap SHU Kopsyah BMT Al-Amin Pekanbaru, hal ini diketahui dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 3,624 lebih besar Ftabel yaitu sebesar 3,17. nilai pengaruhnya pada Koefisien Korelasi (r) hanya sebesar 0,432. Pada sisi lain diketahui pula bahwa SHU Kopsyah BMT Al-Amin Pekanbaru dipengaruhi oleh faktor simpanan dan pinjaman anggota hanya sebesar 18,60%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 81,40% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak termasuk dalam variabel penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi SHU Kopsyah BMT Al-Amin Pekanbaru bukanlah variabel simpanan dan pinjaman anggota, melainkan yang dominan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang terdapat dalam laporan keuangan Kopsyah BMT Al-Amin Pekanbaru, seperti pendapatan pembiayaan, biaya operasional dan tingkat pinjaman DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga) dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

In community service activities in Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan, North Sumatra, it was found that MSME actors still use traditional promotional methods, such as brochures and verbal information delivery. This deficiency limits the movement of MSMEs to the local environment. In the digital era, social media is an effective tool for reaching a wider target market. Social media allows for fast and easy-to-share information dissemination, and provides feedback that can be immediately accessed and analyzed. Therefore, the author decided to conduct promotional socialization activities through digital marketing to develop the MSME sales market in Bandar Khalipah Village so that the public knows how important promotion and sales are on social media.

Abstract

The entry of Era Society 5.0, as a form of resolution from resolution 4.0, where community social relations are not only limited to direct meetings (face to face), but can also be done through interaction through social media, where in this era digitalization in every activity can be used/ used to support human needs with the aim that humans can live more comfortably and more effectively, not reducing the number of bullying cases that occur in the community, especially in the school social environment. Bullying cases in this digitalization era are known as Cyber ??Bullying. The KPAI Data Bank stated that there were 361 cases of child victims of cyber bullying during 2016-2020, and it is possible that there were cases of cyber bullying that were not reported. With this number, it can be said that bullying behavior in the era of society can occur, this is possible because many children are already able to use gadgets. The implementation of this Community Service is carried out in the form of legal counseling by providing legal knowledge related to Cyber ??Bullying and the importance of the role of parents and teachers in preventing cuber bullying. The results of the Service stated that parents and teachers have a very very important role in preventing cyber bullying behavior, because from home children will see examples which then in interacting with their friends will be used, because children are easier to imitate what they see, while at school too. Apart from that, good control over the use of gadgets and their positive use is also a good education for children.

Abstract

This research is related to utilizing organic liquid waste to be processed into immune protein. The processing stages include a mixture of organic liquid waste in the form of garbage leachate, Zingiberaceae, Crude Palm Oil, beef animal fat, and old coconut water. Mixing was carried out by making two immune protein products that differed in composition and function including protim 1 and protim 2 in knowing the success of the product from the observation of the weight of broilers at harvest. Giving protim 1 in drinking produced broiler weights up to 18 days of the age of 707, 697, and 634 grams. The weight of broilers obtained from the provision of protim 2 in drinking until the end of harvest was 2732, 2670, and 2458 grams. The use of both protims was successfully tested by comparing broilers that did not use protim until harvest, resulting in weights of 1749, 2238, and 2338 grams. FCR and IP values for three broilers consuming both protims resulted in values of 0.66 and 11.34, respectively, with physical characteristics that were slightly hairy compared to broilers that did not consume protim.

Abstract

Industri olahan makanan minuman mempunyai peranan yang sangat besar dalam peningkatan UMKM di kota Medan. Banyaknya para pengusaha yang membuka gerai olahan makanan dan minuman sejalan dengan meningkatnya konsumsi masyarakat akan produk makanan dan minumam. Makanan atau minuman yang aman mendapatkan perhatian serius. Adanya Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal (UUJPH) yang bertujuan memberikan keselamatan, keamanan, kenyamanan, dan kepastian tersedianya produk halal untuk masyarakat dalam mengonsumsi dan menggunakan produk. Sertifikasi dan label pada produk pangan menjadi alat ukur dan kontrol agar tidak merugikan dan membahayakan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif antara lain wawancara individu, observasi, dan studi pustaka, teknik analisis data data collection, data reduction, data display. Hasil wawancara dengan beberapa subjek penelitian Sertifikasi halal memberikan manfaat besar bagi konsumen, terutama konsumen Muslim, dengan memberikan jaminan bahwa produk yang mereka konsumsi memenuhi standar halal. Produk yang memiliki sertifikat halal dan label halal dipercaya lebih aman dan sesuai dengan syariat Islam.

Abstract

In community service activities in Medan Sinembah Village, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, the author found that MSME actors still do not understand the importance of a financial report. Business actors and MSME owners only use a book to record without using a method or systematic writing of financial reports. For this reason, the author decided to conduct socialization regarding the introduction of the importance of a financial report by educating on the preparation of simple financial reports because the preparation of financial reports is very important for MSMEs. Through financial reports, business actors can obtain an overview of financial conditions, assist in decision making, and facilitate access to capital. Financial reports allow MSMEs to monitor performance, control costs, and know the position of business profit and loss.
