Abstract

This study aimed to obtain comprehensive information regarding the management of the Adiwiyata school at SMP Negeri 5 Prabumulih. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Information in this study was obtained from sources of school principals, teachers, and students. Data collection procedures were carried out by observation, structured and in-depth interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings is carried out by carrying out reference adequacy and triangulation. Data analysis used is qualitative analysis, namely by describing and interpreting the data. The results of this study are that the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating the Adiwiyata school at SMP Negeri 5 Prabumulih has gone well. In conclusion, the fundamental difference from this study lies in the object of research related to the Adiwiyata program, especially at the junior high school (SMP) level. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of laboratory infrastructure and teacher work motivation on the work ethic of teachers at SMP Negeri Se, Prabumulih Timur District. This research was conducted at State Junior High Schools throughout East Prabumulih District. Researchers chose (SMP Negeri 5 Prabumulih, SMP Negeri 8 Prabumulih and SMP Negeri 12 Prabumulih). This research belongs to the type of expost facto research. The population in this study was 162 people with the number of samples in this study amounting to 114 people. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicholinearity tests, simple correlation analysis, double correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study are: there is a significant influence of laboratory facilities and infrastructure on the work ethic of teachers of SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur; there is a significant influence of teacher work motivation on the work ethic of teachers at SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Prabumulih Timur; there is a significant influence of laboratory facilities and infrastructure and teacher work motivation together on the work ethic of teachers of SMP Negeri Se, Prabumulih Timur District. Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the effect of the principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance on the performance of teachers at SMP Kota Prabumulih. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of the study were principals and teachers at SMP Negeri Prabumulih who were the object of research. The results showed that there was an influence of the principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance on teacher performance. this can be seen in the count (5.525) > ftabel (3.12) with ho rejected and ha accepted indicated by the regression line equation Y = 1.678 + 0.797x1 + 0.701x2 meaning, there is an influence of the principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance on teacher performance. The principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance were able to affect teacher performance with a contribution of 87.4% while the remaining 12.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study. In conclusion, the principal's managerial competence and teacher certification allowance influence the performance of Prabumulih City Middle School teachers.
