Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan karakter guru kepada kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini berada dalam SD Negeri Kecamatan Belida Darat Kabupaten Muara Enim. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun cara yang diperlukan ialah simple regression dan multiple regression. Sampelnya ialah kepala sekolah dan pengajar SD Negeri di Kecamatan Belida Darat Kabupaten Muara Enim sebanyak 87 orang. Tehnik yang dipakai dalam mengumpulkan data memakai kuisioner . Hasil penelitian ini bisa dibuat kesimpulan (1) memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna kepemimpinan kepala sekolah kepada kompetensi profesional pengajar. Bersumber pada hasil penelitian didapat t hitung 7,715 > t tabel yaitu 1,9886 maka Ha diterima, (2) ada dampak yang bermakna karakter guru kepada kompetensi profesional pengajar. Sehingga didapat t hitung 4,035 > t tabel 1,9886, maka Ha diterima, (3) ada dampak yang bermakna kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan karakter pengajar kepada kompetensi profesional pengajar. Berdasarkan uji anova didapat nilai F hitung 268,715 >  dari F tabel 3,1, maka  Ha diterima Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, karakter, kompetensi profesional Abstract This research aims to discover whether there may be a power of the leadership of the principal and the character of the teacher towards the professional competence of the teacher. This research changed into conducted in The State Elementary School belida Darat Muara Enim Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. While the methods used are simple regression and multiple regression. The sample in the study was the principal and teachers of State Elementary School in Belida Darat District muara Enim regency numbering 87 people. Information series strategies the usage of questionnaires. The results of this study concluded that (1) there is a significant influence of the principal's leadership on the professional competence of teachers. Based on the results of the study obtained a calculated value of 7,715 > the table t of 1.9886, Ha is accepted; (2) there is a significant influence on the character of the teacher on the professional competence of the teacher. Based on the results of the research obtained t value calculated 4.035 > t table 1.9886, Then Ha was accepted; (3) there is a significant influence on the leadership of the principal and the character of the teacher on the professional competence of the teacher. Based on the results of the anova test obtained F value calculated 268.715 > F table 3.1, Then Ha was accepted. Keywords: Leadership, character, professional competence

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru SMAN 1 Kandis Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir terhadap inovasi pembelajaran melalui pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan artikel ilmiah.Output yang hendak dicapai setelah guru berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan PTK yaitupeserta diharapkan mampu menyusun hasil PTK dan mempublikasikanya baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun dalam cakupan yang lebih luas, yaitu publikasi pada jurnal ilmiah.Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan teknik ceramah, tanya jawab, latihan, dan praktik. Materi pokok pelatihan yang disajikan mencakup: (a) PTK, (b) Pembuatan Proposal PTK, dan (c) Pengolahan Data dalam PTK.Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di Aula SMAN 1Kandis Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of pedagogical and professional competencies on improving the quality of education at SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers and analyzed using statistical methods to test the relationship between the variables. The findings indicate that both pedagogical and professional competencies have a significant and positive influence on the quality of education. Pedagogical competence, which encompasses the ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning processes, contributes to more effective teaching strategies. Meanwhile, professional competence, including mastery of subject matter and continuous professional development, supports academic excellence and student achievement. The results suggest that enhancing teachers' competencies in these areas is essential for improving educational quality. Therefore, educational stakeholders are encouraged to invest in continuous training and development programs for teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a detailed and in-depth description of school leadership, obstacles, and solutions in improving teachers' abilities to implement the Merdeka Curriculum at SD 134 Palembang. The research was conducted from December to February 2025 at SD 134 Palembang, involving 48 teachers and 7 educational staff as samples. The study employed a qualitative descriptive research approach, utilizing data collection techniques through interviews, field observations, and triangulation.The principal of SD 134 Palembang has fostered a positive school environment, evident in their active role in enhancing teachers' competencies in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum grants schools and teachers greater autonomy in designing learning that aligns with students' needs and potential. This necessitates teachers possessing adequate capabilities to effectively implement the Merdeka Curriculum. This study aimed to improve teachers' abilities at SD 134 Palembang in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum through training and mentoring.The study employed a qualitative method with a classroom action research design. The research subjects were the teachers at SD 134 Palembang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques.The findings revealed that training and mentoring were effective in enhancing teachers' capabilities in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of curriculum management under the Kurikulum Merdeka at SD Negeri 32 Banyuasin III, Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of this research is to examine how school leaders, teachers, and staff plan, organize, implement, and evaluate the Kurikulum Merdeka in order to improve the quality of education. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that curriculum management at SD Negeri 32 has been conducted systematically, with active involvement of teachers and alignment with student needs and school context. However, challenges such as limited resources and varying teacher competencies still hinder optimal implementation. This research highlights the importance of continuous training, strong leadership, and collaborative efforts in successfully managing the Kurikulum Merdeka in elementary schools.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is highly dependent on teacher competence as the main implementer of the learning process. In the dynamic modern era, teachers are required to continue to improve their professionalism and pedagogical skills in order to be able to face the challenges of the curriculum and the development of educational technology. However, in several elementary education units, including State Elementary School 07 Rantau Alai, there are still teachers who experience competency gaps, both in pedagogical, professional, and social aspects. This encourages the need for an appropriate strategy in an effort to improve teacher competence in a sustainable manner. This study aims to describe the strategy for improving teacher competence through the Continuing Professional Development Program (PPPB) at State Elementary School 07 Rantau Alai. This study also focuses on the form of implementation, effectiveness of the strategy, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The subjects of the study included principals, teachers, and school supervisors. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the strategy for improving teacher competence through PPPB is carried out through internal training, routine coaching, and collaboration with teacher learning communities. This program has been proven to have a positive impact on improving teacher professionalism in designing and implementing learning. The main obstacles in implementation are limited time and facilities, but are supported by high teacher motivation and active principal leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The influence of principal leadership on the performance of elementary school teachers. (2) The influence of work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers. (3) The influence of principal leadership and work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers. This study is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 158 teachers in Cluster III in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The techniques used in data collection used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques and prerequisite tests consisting of normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. For hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression, R test, t test, and F test. The results of the study indicate that (1) There is a significant positive influence of principal leadership on teacher performance in Cluster III in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, this can be seen from the results of the t test obtained t count of 0.414 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 (2) There is a significant positive influence of teacher discipline on teacher performance in Cluster III in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, this can be seen from the results of the t test obtained t count of 0.268 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is a simultaneous/joint influence between principal leadership and teacher discipline on teacher performance in Cluster III in Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, this can be seen from the results of the simultaneous test obtained 0.005 <0.05. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously or together between the independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Governor's Regulation Number 35 of 2022 regulates the system and procedures for the disbursement of funds within the South Sumatra Provincial Government, including the Education Office. The implementation of this regulation aims to increase transparency, efficiency, and accountability in regional financial management. This study analyzes the extent to which these regulations have been implemented as well as the factors that affect their effectiveness. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach at the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the study show that the implementation of this regulation has had a positive impact in accelerating the process of disbursing funds and increasing budget supervision. However, there are still several obstacles, such as limited human resources who understand regulations and technical challenges in the financial administration system. Therefore, further training and improvement of financial system infrastructure are needed to optimize the implementation of this regulation.
