Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to identify and describe the students’ perception on using Schoology application in learning English during pandemic Covid-19. The population of this research is the second year students of SMP Cendana Pekanbaru. The number of sample is 44 students selected by using cluster random sampling technique. Data of this research were collected through an online questionnaire using Google form and distributed via WhatsApp Group. The research analyzed by using SPSS Ver.23 and Microsoft Excel then explained descriptively. Based on the results of this research, the students’ perception levels in terms of Students’ Perception on Utilizing Schoology in Learning English during Pandemic Covid-19 (X1) was in very good category (82.8%), Students’ Perception about Benefits of Using Schoology in Learning English during Pandemic Covid-19 (X2) was in good category (76%), Students’ Perception about Challenges on Using Schoology in Learning English during Pandemic Covid-19 (X3) was in mediocre category (58.9%), and Students’ Perception of Satisfaction by Using Schoology in Learning English during Pandemic Covid-19 (X4) was in good category (67%). The results shows the average of all scores in general was in good category (71.18%). It means the students’ positively accepted Schoology as a good application a platform in learning English during pandemic Covid-19. Students’ Perception on Utilizing Schoology in Learning English during Pandemic Covid-19 (X1) has the highest percentage (82.8%) which means that students agree that Schoology is easy to use, Schoology has interesting features that support teaching and learning activities. This study implies that the second year students of SMP Cendana Pekanbaru have a good perception on using Schoology in learning English during pandemic Covid-19.Key Words: Perception, Schoology, Pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Lumut (Bryophyta) adalah flora non vaskuler yang berkembang meluas di daratan. Secara ekologi lumut berperan penting dalam ekosistem dalam memelihara penyeimbang air, siklus hara, menjadi habitat penting untuk makhluk hidup lain, sebagai bioindikator transformasi lingkungan serta merupakan flora perintis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat berbagai variasi morfologi jenis lumut yang ada di area kampus Bone Bolango Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan metode eksplorasi. Eksplorasi dilakukan dengan menjelajahi seluruh di Wilayah kampus Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pengumpulan data morfologi dilakukan dengan mendokumentasikan dan mencatat seluruh karakter morfologi lumut yang teramati. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran, diperoleh 5 spesies tumbuhan yaitu Pagonatum cirrhatum, Hyophila Sp, Brachymenium indicum, Rhynchostegiela manadensis dan Burbula indica.

Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Dengan menerapkan SAP, PT. Telkom dapat mengembangkan perusahaannya serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan menghubungkan sistem ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) ini dengan Manajemen Rantai Pasok. Tahapan penerapan ERP ini dimulai dengan studi pendahuluan kemudian mengidentifikasi masalah dan dianalisa dengan metode kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui penerapan sistem ERP dalam mendukung rantai pasok pada PT Telkom Indonesia TBK. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak ERP SAP dapat membantu mewujudkan misi dari PT Telkom untuk menjadi salah satu perusahaan telekomunikasi yang memberikan akses internetke seluruh Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Enterprise Resource Planning, SAP, Manajemen Rantai Pasok Abstrak PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in information and communication technology (ICT) services and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. With SAP PT. Telkom can develop its company and increase customer satisfaction by connecting this ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system with SCM (Supply Chain Management). The stages of ERP implementation begin with a preliminary study then identify problems and use qualitative analysis methods. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of the ERP system in supporting the supply collapse at PT Telkom Indonesia TBK. The results of this analysis indicate that the SAP ERP software can help realize the mission of the PT Telkom company to become one of the telecommunication companies that provides internet access throughout Indonesia. Abstract

Bisnis internasional merupakan transaksi bisnis yang dilakukan suatu perusahaan dalam suatu perusahaan dalam satu negara dengan perusahaan lain atau individu di negara lain. Jadi dalam menjalankan sebuah bisnis, tentu saja bisnis akan berjalan lancar dengan jangka waktu yang panjang atau jangka waktu yg pendek dengan melakukan perkembangan secara nasional atau secara internasional. Erigo merupakan produk fashion yang berkembang di indonesia yang dimana produk ini mengedepankan kualitas tinggi dengan desain produk yang bisa mendukung dalam segala perjalan dan kebutuhan sehari -hari, di Indonesia Erigo menjadi salah satu pakaian terbaik, memiliki kualitas produk yang tinggi. Dan dalam penelitian ini kelompok penulis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis data dan permasalahan yang terjadi dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang dikumpul untuk diteliti. Alasan kelompok penulis melakukan penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada produksi pelaku pemasaran pada perusahaan Erigo melalui pengaruh aktivitas, interaktivitas dalam bisnis internasional terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan niat konsumen untuk membeli lagi produk tersebut. Abstract

This article discusses the important role of teacher pedagogical competence in improving the quality of student learning processes. Educators who can organize learning, understand student characteristics, design and carry out learning, and evaluate learning outcomes can have a significant impact on the quality of education. Researchers use qualitative methods. How to look at the problem of the importance of pedagogic competence to improve the quality of learning in education. The author collected data for this article from a literature review of various sources from books, magazines, journals, the internet, and others. By referring to established pedagogical competency standards, this article will help teachers improve the quality of learning by developing learning tools, professional competencies, good character and social communication skills with the community around the school. Improving the quality of student learning can be achieved through integrated efforts to develop teacher pedagogical competence which is the key to the success of the education system.

Abstract

Increasingly complex technological advancements demand moral and intellectual improvement. In this case, education plays a crucial role in shaping a smart and noble generation. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) serves as a moral foundation as well as a source of strength that can produce a positive impact on the character building of the Indonesian generation. The study conducted can explore the role of Islamic religious education for strengthening the character of the younger generation in the midst of modern technological advances. By applying a qualitative approach, literature study method that refers to books, research journals, and scientific articles, this study concludes that personality formation through Islamic religious education values is closely related to the achievement of national education, moral values, as well as basic beliefs and local cultural values. The implementation includes teaching values, exemplary, habituation, and the application of sanctions that aim to build student character according to Islamic values.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy and online marketing skills for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojongkulur Village. The activity focuses on utilizing digital platforms such as GoFood and GrabFood as tools to expand the marketing reach of MSME products. The methods employed include counseling, training, and direct mentoring. The program results indicated an increased understanding of digital platforms among MSMEs and a rise in the number of MSMEs registered as partners. Challenges encountered include the initial lack of digital literacy among some MSMEs and limitations in supporting devices.

Abstract

This community service is an effort to increase a positive image about the dangers of gadgets for children and increase parents' attention to children about the dangers of gadgets. This effort will be packaged in the form of community service, in this case protecting children from the dangers of gadgets. The aim of this PKM is to reduce children's addiction to gadgets and change the behavior of those who have been poisoned by gadgets. The methods we use are approach methods and implementation methods. The implementation method includes what impacts are caused by inappropriate use of gadgets, as well as providing understanding to children, including early childhood, to prevent worse things that might occur as a result of excessive use of gadgets in the future. Outcomes It is hoped that this socialization activity will reduce the use of gadgets among children and young children, because they are aware of the negative impacts of gadget use

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is an intracurricular initiative that integrates the Tri Dharma of Higher Education with experiential learning and work-based activities aimed at empowering communities. During the KKN period, the primary programs implemented include teaching tahfidz and providing tutoring sessions for children in Silungkang Tigo. These initiatives are designed to help children spend their school holidays in more meaningful ways. The tahfidz program focuses on enhancing children's Qur'anic reading skills and encouraging them to memorize verses from the Qur'an. Meanwhile, tutoring aims to help students review previous lessons and gain new knowledge. Besides these main programs, UNP KKN students in Silungkang Tigo also engage in other activities such as community clean-ups, nature exploration, and more. The KKN program runs for one month, from January 15 to February 15, 2025..

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is highly dependent on teacher competence as the main implementer of the learning process. In the dynamic modern era, teachers are required to continue to improve their professionalism and pedagogical skills in order to be able to face the challenges of the curriculum and the development of educational technology. However, in several elementary education units, including State Elementary School 07 Rantau Alai, there are still teachers who experience competency gaps, both in pedagogical, professional, and social aspects. This encourages the need for an appropriate strategy in an effort to improve teacher competence in a sustainable manner. This study aims to describe the strategy for improving teacher competence through the Continuing Professional Development Program (PPPB) at State Elementary School 07 Rantau Alai. This study also focuses on the form of implementation, effectiveness of the strategy, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The subjects of the study included principals, teachers, and school supervisors. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the strategy for improving teacher competence through PPPB is carried out through internal training, routine coaching, and collaboration with teacher learning communities. This program has been proven to have a positive impact on improving teacher professionalism in designing and implementing learning. The main obstacles in implementation are limited time and facilities, but are supported by high teacher motivation and active principal leadership.
