Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of radicalism that occurs in society, especially in the world of education. The understanding of radicalism is an understanding that must be immediately overcome and avoided from students because it is contrary to the Islamic religion which is rahmatan lil 'alamin and not in accordance with the purpose of organizing Islamic education itself. The focus of the problem in this study is "the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing radicalism for students". This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-qualitative type of research. The subjects of his research were PAI teachers, principals and caregivers of Irsyadul Anam Islamic boarding schools as well as advisors at MTs Irsyadul Anam. Data analysis was carried out with interactive models from Miles and Huberman, namely, data condensation, display data, and conclusion drawing/verifications. The results showed that the role of PAI teachers in preventing radicalism for students at MTs Irsyadul Anam Kiyudan Selomartani Kalasan Sleman Yogyakarta can be seen from three aspects, namely: (1) Delivery of Islamic Learning Materials. (2) Application of Learning Methods, and (3) Assistance in Extracurricular Activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Kunjungan Wisatawan terhadap Wisata Halal di Kota Padang, Brand Image pada Keputusan Kunjungan Wisatawan terhadap Wisata Halal di Kota Padang, dimana jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung selama tahun 2022 terhadap Wisata Halal di Kota Padang berjumlah 2.855.135 wisatawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah pengambilan sampel tidak disengaja dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 108 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Word of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Kunjungan Wisatawan terhadap Wisata Halal di Kota Padang. Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Wisatawan Berkunjung ke Wisata Halal di Kota Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. To determine the effect of physical evidence (real) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 2. To determine the effect of empathy (emphaty) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 3. To determine the effect of reliability (reliability) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 4. To determine the effect of responsiveness(responsiveness)on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 5. To determine the effect of collateral (guarantee) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 6. To determine the effect of price (price) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was 80 respondents with a sampling technique using the number of samplespurposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis technique begins with the research instrument test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. This study shows the results: 1) Physical Evidence (real) influential and significant to consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 2) Empathy has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer in Padang City; 3) Reliability (reliability) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 4) Responsiveness (responsiveness) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 5) Guarantee (guarantee) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 6) Price (price) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are the only important asset in an organization that can drive the work of other resources. In this organization, there is a system that has been regulated by a particular organization and human activities that work together to achieve organizational goals. An organization is also said to be a coordination of the activities of a number of people to achieve several common goals through the division of jobs (job descriptions) and functions through authority and responsibility. By coordinating the work and activity functions of each human resource, they will be able to achieve optimal results which will affect all lines in the company as a whole.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of training transfer, self-efficacy and the non-physical work environment on employee performance at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 213 and the sample used was 139 using the Slovin formula. The results of this research show that the training transfer variable (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province with a t-count value greater than the t-table (2.456 > 1.97756), with a significance value of moresmaller than the alpha value (0.015 < 0.05), then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The self-efficacy variable (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province with a t-count value greater than the t-table (5.229 > 1.97756), with a significance value smaller than the alpha value (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. The self-efficacy variable (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Highways, Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning of West Sumatra Province with a t-count value greater than the t-table (2.303 > 1.97756), with a significance value smaller than the alpha value (0.023 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara pengaruh brand image dan brand trust terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee di Kota Padang dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 100 orang responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi bertingkat dan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji t statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image, brand trust dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan situs belanja online Shopee di Kota Padang. Abstract

The scope of human resource management in general discusses matters relating to humans, including employee job satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is a factor that is considered important, because it can affect the organization's overall fraud. The satisfaction felt by employees at work is an indication that employees have feelings of pleasure in carrying out work assignments. Job satisfaction is also a positive employee attitude towards various situations in the workplace. This study aims to look at the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and feelings on job satisfaction in Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat employees. Sampling using a saturated sample that is as many as 56 employees. The results obtained are motivation and content on employee performance that affect employee performance at Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan roti UD. Rotiku di kota padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah toko atau pengencer yang berada didaerah koto tangah pada tahun 2020-2022 sebanyak 317 toko atau pengencer. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 80 toko atau pengencer.usaha roti dapat dijadikan kebutuhan pangan yang dikomsumsi setiap orang karena menjadi sarapan dipagi hari.Rotiku termasuk salah satu merek roti di Kota Padang.melayani secara langsung konsumen yang datang dipabrik dan juga menerima pesanan dari glosir yang akan memasarkannya di Kota Padang hingga ke luar kota. Pada Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan roti UD.Rotiku di Kota Padang. Data yang diuji menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan.Saluran distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Transformational Leadership variable on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat Office of West Sumatra Province. to examine the effect of work motivation variables on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat Office of West Sumatra Province. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 94 respondents using saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using data processing techniques, namely instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and t-test with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
