Football and politics are now two things that can not be separated. The development of football is increasingly rapidly making this sport a source and an instrument to obtain certain goals. The goal can be at variance, ranging from the acquisition of capital to power, existence, and ideologization. This research on two objects that missed will use secondary data as data collection technique that is in the form of book literature, local and international journal, as well as other materials that support and relate to the title of research including mass media and using study of qualitative analysis as technique in analyzing data. There are three representations of FC Barcelona symbols of Catalan political identity, namely: First, language and flags; Secondly, Catalan and FC Barcelona have dark memories of history; Third, the symbols that exist in FC Barcelona is a representation of the spirit of Catalan nationalism.

This study aims to compare social protection policies in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic with Universal Basic Income (UBI) as a new paradigm of social protection policies in Indonesia. This research is a research using literature study method or literature review. In essence, a literature review is a thorough review of previous research on a particular topic. Literature studies can be obtained from various sources, including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. The literature study method collects library data, reads and takes notes, and manages writing materials. The type of writing used is a literature study that focuses on writing results related to writing topics or variables. The results of the study show that in the Indonesian context, although UBI can minimize the level of targeting errors, both inclusion error (including households that are not poor in targeting) and excluding poor households in targeting, the benefits received by disadvantaged groups can be higher than assistance programs. with specific targets. In addition, it should be noted, the application of UBI in times of crisis and economic recovery must still be complemented by social assistance programs with specific targets.

Penelitian ini mengamati pemilihan umum tahun 2019 untuk mengidentifikasi salah satu masalah yang paling disorot yaitu kompleksitas penyelenggaraannya, yang kemudian menyebabkan masalah turunan lainnya: banyaknya jumlah suara tidak sah, lamanya durasi teknis pemilihan dan kelebihan beban kerja bagi pekerja kepemiluan yang menyebabkan kematian. Dari kompleksitas itu, penelitian menjawab pertanyaan: apa yang menjadi faktor kompleksitas pemilu di Indonesia? dan bagaimana dari faktor tersebut, pemilu dapat disederhanakan? Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan mempelajari berbagai dokumen sebagai teknis analisis. Temuan dari tulisan ini menunjukkan banyaknya jenis surat suara menjadi titik sentral dari kompleksnya pemilu di Indonesia. Untuk itu, proses penyederhanaan pemilu berikutnya sangat penting diarahkan untuk memikirkan desain ulang terhadap surat suara. Menggunakan teori kesederhanaan Ockham, dan konsep pembuatan surat suara yang diatur dalam UU Nomor 7 tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum, penelitian ini berupaya memberikan gambaran diskursus penyesuasian surat suara, dan sekaligus memberikan alternatif surat suara yang mengusung konsep penyederhanaan.

This study is based on the rise of the gig economy in Indonesia, particularly in the online transportation sector, which offers work flexibility but often comes with economic vulnerability for its workers. Online drivers face income uncertainty and a lack of social security, threatening the welfare of their households. This study uses qualitative methods with a literature review and in-depth interviews to examine these issues. The theoretical framework combines the concepts of the precariat, digital political-economic analysis, and human security perspectives to understand the vulnerabilities experienced by workers. The results show that the flexible work system based on digital platforms creates economic uncertainty for online driver workers. This situation is characterized by fluctuating and unguaranteed income, a partnership status that is vulnerable to termination at any time, and very limited social protection. In conclusion, the pseudo-flexibility in this gig economy model creates precarious conditions that undermine the economic security of online drivers and negatively impact their families' welfare. Therefore, structural efforts are needed to improve protection and certainty for workers in Indonesia's gig economy ecosystem.

Pengembangan toko modern ke daerah pedesaan di Indonesia telah mengubah cara ekonomi lokal berjalan dan bagaimana masyarakat menghabiskan uangnya secara nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana berkembangnya toko modern memengaruhi perekonomian desa dan menilai sejauh mana program Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDMP) berhasil dalam mendukung perekonomian yang didasarkan pada komunitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder berupa dokumen kebijakan, literatur akademik, dan sumber media yang kredibel. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara naratif agar lebih memahami hubungan antara tindakan pemerintah, cara kerja pasar, dan kondisi ekonomi di tingkat lokal. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berkembangnya toko ritel modern, seperti minimarket, telah mengubah cara masyarakat Desa belanja, membuat mereka lebih mengutamakan efisiensi dan kenyamanan, sekaligus membuat mereka lebih bergantung pada jaringan distribusi yang dimiliki perusahaan besar. Di sisi lain, penerapan KDMP masih menghadapi beberapa hambatan, seperti keterbatasan jumlah tenaga manusia, partisipasi masyarakat yang rendah, serta ada tanda-tanda praktik patronase dalam proses pengelolaannya. Selain itu, kebijakan pembatasan pertumbuhan toko modern bisa menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan dalam pasar dan munculnya bisnis dominan yang justru mengurangi persaingan di antara para pengusaha. Secara singkat, meskipun KDMP memiliki kemungkinan untuk memperkuat perekonomian desa, keberhasilannya sangat tergantung pada peningkatan pengelolaan, penguatan kemampuan lembaga, serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Tanpa perbaikan tersebut, KDMP berisiko tidak mampu bersaing secara efektif dalam ritel modern dan bahkan berpotensi menimbulkan masalah baru dalam struktur ekonomi pedesaan.

Political parties are central actors in democratic systems, influencing policymaking, governance, and the overall stability of political institutions. In post-conflict or politically fragile societies, their role becomes even more critical as they can either facilitate reconciliation and peacebuilding or exacerbate tensions through polarizing strategies. This paper examines the dual role of political parties in conflict resolution and the strengthening of democratic resilience, drawing from theoretical perspectives on democracy, conflict resolution, and institutional stability. The analysis highlights three primary contributions of political parties: acting as mediators in political disputes, designing and promoting reconciliation policies, and fostering inclusive participation in governance. At the same time, the paper identifies persistent challenges such as political polarization, identity-based divisions, corruption, and weak internal democracy. Addressing these issues requires comprehensive reforms, including greater transparency in party operations, stronger legal frameworks, and continuous political education for both members and the public. By aligning the functions of political parties with the principles of peace and democratic governance, societies can enhance their capacity to navigate conflict and sustain long-term democratic resilience. Ultimately, this study argues that political parties are not only instruments of power but also potential architects of sustainable peace and democratic stability.

Transformasi digital telah mengubah dinamika profesi akuntansi publik, yang kini dihadapkan pada tantangan dan peluang yang memerlukan pengembangan kompetensi baru. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi akuntan publik melalui pelatihan yang berfokus pada tiga topik utama: Pentingnya Personality dalam Komunikasi Manajemen, Evolusi Profesi Akuntan: Dari Balik Layar ke Panggung Digital, dan Ekonomi Politik dan Akuntabilitas Publik: Tantangan Profesi Akuntansi di Era Demokrasi. Hipotesis utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan ini akan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya komunikasi manajerial yang efektif, serta kemampuan mereka untuk beradaptasi dengan transformasi digital dalam profesi akuntansi. Tinjauan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Teori Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Teori Komunikasi Organisasi untuk membahas pentingnya keterampilan komunikasi dalam manajemen. Teori Adopsi Teknologi (TAM) dan Teori Kompetensi Profesional mendasari pemahaman tentang evolusi profesi akuntansi menuju digitalisasi, sementara Teori Akuntabilitas Publik digunakan untuk memahami peran akuntan dalam menjaga transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan publik di era demokrasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan berbentuk ceramah dan diskusi kepada Kantor Akuntan Publik Delfi Panjaitan, yang menyediakan layanan audit laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap komunikasi manajerial, kemampuan adaptasi terhadap teknologi, serta pemahaman mereka mengenai akuntabilitas publik dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini mendukung temuan sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi digital memperkuat kemampuan akuntan dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital dan komunikasi akuntan publik, serta memperkuat peran mereka dalam menjaga akuntabilitas di sektor publik.
