Abstract

UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran is a business engaged in the sale of Yamaha motorcycles. Existing activities in the company include stock purchase transactions and sales transactions. The problem that occurs in the company is that stock purchase transactions often have difficulty in determining how much stock to buy for the next period. This results in frequent shortages of stock or even a lot of stock remaining so that it cannot meet customer needs and the accumulation of goods in the warehouse for a long period of time. Sales predictions made by the company are only based on estimates, resulting in increased storage in the warehouse, and increased maintenance costs. To meet consumer needs, the company has not used a mathematical model in estimating the amount of demand for Yamaha motorcycles in the future. Problems like this make activities at UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran less effective in the process of selling and buying stock. To overcome this, a forecasting system is made using the web-based Weighted Moving Average (WMA) method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The forecasting system that is designed can provide convenience in forecasting sales of Yamaha motorcycles at UD Dunia Sakti Kisaran in the coming period using the Weighted Moving Average method. By using the WMA method, the average error results obtained for the types of Yamaha NMAX, VIXION, LEXI, XSR, FREEGO and GEAR motorcycles are with an error rate or MAPE value ranging from 19.22%-31.11%, meaning that the model's capability the resulting forecast is feasible/adequate.

Abstract

The city is growing rapidly. Many agricultural lands have been turned into new buildings and structures. Space for farming is getting narrower and more expensive. However, technological developments have allowed people to cultivate crops not on land. Even a house without a yard or yard can still channel the hobby of planting. In principle, planting is an activity to provide nutrients for plants. These nutrients consist of various mineral elements needed by plants. However, the amount of this nutrient is only about 10 percent of the plant's needs. The rest of the plants need a lot of water. With this principle, planting can be done using any media other than soil. Origin, the plant's nutritional needs are met. With this principle, we too can get to know hydroponic farming. The method used in this expert system is the Certainty Factor (CF) method. This method provides a diagnosis in the form of certainty or uncertainty of the conditions in the rules used to conclude. The results of testing this method showed as many as 12 nutritional deficiencies were detected with 41 symptoms experienced. So that it can measure the level of nutritional deficiency that occurs. Expert System in Analyzing Hydroponic Plant Nutrient Deficiency Using Certainty Method. The purpose of this system is to create an expert system that is used to diagnose the symptoms of nutritional deficiencies which ultimately obtain a diagnosis and how to overcome it. Making this expert system using the PHP programming language with MySQL database. The test results show that the program still requires development in terms of its hydroponic material with similar developments to the wider domain of nutrient deficiency problems in hydroponic plants.

Abstract

Pests and diseases are organisms that interfere with plant cultivators so that plant growth and development is hampered. Currently pests and diseases on spinach plants are very varied, one of the pests and diseases of spinach plants is leaf caterpillar and white rust disease where the attack on the leaves is hollow and the formation of white spots on the spinach plant. The problem that occurs is that spinach plant pests and diseases are often experienced by spinach cultivators. This is because some farmers still lack information and still have difficulty distinguishing between pests and diseases. Therefore, mistakes are often made to overcome existing pests and diseases. It takes an expert who can provide the best solution for farmers but is limited to an expert, so to deal with these problems an expert system is designed using the Certainty Factor (CF) method. This study uses the Certainty Factor (CF) method to overcome the problems that exist in spinach plants, in this case the data used consists of 7 data and 14 symptoms that attack spinach plants. Each symptom has a weight obtained from the expert describing the possibility of the occurrence of symptoms of a pest and disease. Based on the results of the study obtained a percentage of 70% accuracy or confidence level based on system calculations and manual calculations.
