Abstract

Tes ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan kondisi fisik atlet porprov kota surakarta. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan kondisi fisik secara umum yang meliputi kekuatan, daya tahan, kecepatan, kelentukan dan daya ledak.Untuk mengetahui kekuatan otot atlet yang digunakan adalah tes kekuatan peras tangan/Grip strength. Untuk mengetahui daya tahan otot dipergunakan tes daya tahan otot lengan dan bahu dengan menggunakan push up, daya tahan otot perut dengan menggunakan sit up dan daya tahan kardiorespiratori dengan menggunakan tes lari multi tahap (Multi-Stage Fitness Test). Tes kecepatan menggunakan lari sprint 40 m. Tes pengukuran yang di pakai untuk mengetahui daya ledak otot tungkai atlet adalah vertikal jump. Dan tes yang dipakai untuk mengetahui kelentukan otot punggung dengan menggunakan sit and reach test.Dari 41 cabor yang ada data yang diambil dari hasil tes yang telah diselenggarakan. Data yang terkumpul merupakan data deskriptif yang kemudian dikonversi menjadi data kuantitatif dengan indeks penilaian yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan pencapaian indikator dan sub indikator pada tiap item

Abstract

The learning and teaching process of adaptive physical education subject in SLB A or special school A in Surakarta (SLB Negeri Surakarta and SLB A YKAB Surakarta) have faced several obstacles such as the education background of the physical education teachers which are special education background not the physical education background, teachers are still unable to pay attention to the students entirely and to the aspects included in learning implementation, the lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, adaptive physical education learning that generalizes various types of disabilities, and the inactivity of students in participating in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to discover the implementation of adaptive physical education learning process in SLB A in Surakarta. This study used quantitative method. The approach used in this study was descriptive approach and the research method used was survey method with data collecting technique of observation, questionnaire, and document study. The collecting technique used by the author was by including all of the study’s subjects as the respondents. The collected data was analyzed and tested its validity using triangulation data and triangulation method. The result of this study shows that the Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Learning in SLB A in Surakarta in the Academic Year of 2019/2020 is lacking based on its influenced factors. Therefore, it is necessary to review and improve the policies in the adaptive physical education learning for visual impaired students.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students of junior high school in the academic year 2017/2018 through the use of learning aids.This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students of of junior high school amount 32 students. Sources of data in this study come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques are by observation and evaluation of learning outcomes. Data analysis used descriptive techniques based on qualitative analysis with percentages.The results of the analysis of research data can be presented as follows starting from pre-action to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. In pre-action, students have not shown good learning outcomes, excellent categories with a percentage of 0%, good categories with a percentage of 3.125% or 1 student from 32 students, enough categories with a percentage of 53.125% or 17 students from 32 students, less categories with percentages 37.5% or 12 students from 32 students, then the category is very low with a percentage of 6.25% or 2 students from 32 students. In the first cycle the category is very good with a percentage of 0%, a good category with a percentage of 3.125% or 1 student from 32 students, enough categories with a percentage of 68.75% or 22 students from 32 students, a category with a percentage of 28.125% or 9 students from 32 students, and very few categories with a percentage of 0%, from the data there can be a number of 23 students have reached the criteria of completion while 9 students have not yet completed. In cycle II it reached a very good percentage of 0%, a good category of 18.75% or 6 students of 32 students, quite a category of 65.625% or 21 students of 32 students, a category of 15.625% or 5 students of 32 students, and less than 0% . So that from the data it can be seen that 27 students reach the criteria of completion while 5 students have not finished with the number of students 32 students.The conclusion of this study is that the use of learning aids can improve the learning outcomes of floor gymnastics of junior high school.

Abstract

The main problem in identifying the injuries and its prevention in the Physical Education at elementary schools in Sukadana is the nescience of the level of the risk for injury and the injury management steps during the Physical Education subject. Some factors contributing on the nesciences are condition of facilities and infrastructure, school environmental conditions, student behavior and teacher’s conversance. Therefore, this research is purposed to determine the injuries that have occurred and the knowledge of teachers about injury management during Physical Education subject at elementary schools in Sukadana district. This research analyzes the injury management done by the Physical Education teachers at elementary schools in Sukadana district and the injuries that have occurred using some theories related to types and factors of injuries, as well as the proper steps of injury management. This research is a combination research model concurrent embedded (unbalanced mixture), namely a research method that combines qualitative methods and quantitative methods by mixing the two methods unequally. This research uses two kinds of data, primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data in this research is saturation-sampling technique with the Physical Education teachers in Sukadana district as the informant. The validation of the data, collected from the result of questionnaire and passive participant observation, are then analyzed and tested using member check technique. The result of this research shows that teachers have significant role on diminishing the risk of injury and treating injured students during the Physical Education at the elementary schools in Sukadana district. Generally, the teachers have already had adequate conversance in treating wounded students. Moreover, the injuries occurred are dominated by minor injury. This is due to the learning materials that are still on the basic level. Furthermore, some moderate injuries are caused by student’s health condition, such as medical history and the fitness of the student, that is different one to another.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive and comparative research methods. The sampling technique in this study was stratified random sampling with cluster sampling. The samples taken in this study were Wonogiri District as a district with high population density, Slogohimo sub-district as a district with medium population density and Pracimantoro District as a sub-district with low population density and divided into age group and gender, totaling 270 people. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire technique. The reliability test in this study is guided by the SDI instrument as an instrument for measuring the results of sports development which has been trusted because it has been patented in the book Sport Development Index 2007 by Cholik and Maksum. The validity test of the measuring instrument used is the standard set in the Sport Development Index (SDI). The data analysis technique in this research is the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) the sports participation index in Wonogiri Regency is 0.388. The index was obtained by combining the sports participation index in Wonogiri District of 0.588, the sports participation index in Slogohimo District of 0.488, and the participation index of the Pracimantoro District of 0.477. The sports participation index of Wonogiri Regency shows that the level of sports participation is included in the low category, (2) The comparison of sports participation in Wonogiri Regency in 2017 and 2020 is sports participation in 2017 of 0.237 while sports participation in 2020 is 0.388 which means sports participation in Wonogiri Regency 2020 has increased and is better than in 2017, (3) The sports development of Wonogiri Regency in terms of sports participation is still far from being good or advanced, there are many things that need to be considered and addressed by the Wonogiri Regency government.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar guling belakang peserta didik kelas XI-IPS 2 SMA N 2 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Penelitian inimerupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI-IPS 2 SMA N 2 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlas 25 peserta didik. Sumber data adalah peserta didik, guru, dan peneliti. teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan   observasi dan tes. Validitas data dengan  menggunakan  teknik trianggulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat kecenderungan yang terjadi dalam proses pembelajaran.Pelaksanaan tindakan pada   siklus I dan siklus II terjadi proses pembelajaran yang aktif, efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan sehingga dapat  mendukung terjadinya pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  dari kondisi awal ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II terjadi peningkatan persentase ketuntasan. Ketercapaian ketuntasan hasil belajar guling belakang siklus I sebesar 40% atau 10 dari 25 peserta didik dan pada siklus II ketercapaian ketuntasan hasil belajar mencapai 80% atau 20 dari 25 peserta didik, sedangkan 5 peserta didik tidak tuntas sehingga hasil belajar sudah melampaui target capaian yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 80%. Simpulan  penelitian ini adalah melalui model pembelajarana cooperative learning tipe group investigation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar guling belakang pada peserta didik kelas XI-IPS 2 SMA N 2 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2107.

Abstract

The aim of the eyeball research was to see that there was no effect of image on improving skills in playing free ball games in basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta in 2019/2020. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest and posttest control group design. By giving treatment (treatment) to the experimental group, by dividing into two groups with ordinal pairing, namely the experimental group with imagery training treatment and the control group using the free throw training treatment. The population in this study were all basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 24 students. Data collection techniques norms and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical techniques with the help of the IBM SPSS 22 program. The results showed that there was a significant effect of imagery training on the improvement of free throw basketball skills for basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta It shows that the pre-test average score is 6.75 with the highest score of 12, after being given the imagery training treatment the value increases by an average of 9.00 with the highest score of 14, the percentage of skill improvement is 33%. The results of this study can be concluded that imagery training can effectively improve the free throw skills of basketball games for extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2019/2020 school year.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar lompat melalui pendekatan bermain pada siswa Kelas IV SD N Pajang IV Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IV SD N Pajang IV Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 27 siswa terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Sumber data berasal dari guru, peserta didik, dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, penilaian dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif yang di dasarkan pada analisis kualitatif dengan prosentase.Dari analisis yang diperoleh hasil dari kondisi awal siswa yang tuntas hanya 11 siswa atau 40,75%, di siklus pertama siswa yang tuntas menjadi 17 siswa atau 62,96%, dan di siklus kedua siswa yang tuntas menjadi 22 siswa atau 81,48%, sedangkan 5 siswa lainnya yang belum tuntas.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lompat pada siswa Kelas IV SD N Pajang IV Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran online senam lantai pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan pada kelas XII MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari peserta didik kelas XII MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali tahun 2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran online pada  kelas XII MIPA pendidikan jasmani olahraga kesehatan di SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali tahun 2021 berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada simpulan yang telah dibuat pada skripsi ini.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan menjaga berat badan dan pola makan pada 22 atlet pencak silat yang mengikuti pemusatan latihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan, di mana tim menyediakan bimbingan dan dukungan kepada atlet dalam menjaga pola makan sehat. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa 68% atlet memiliki Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) yang normal, sedangkan 32% atlet masuk dalam kategori obesitas atau berat badan berlebih. Pola makan yang seimbang menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga berat badan atlet. Pentingnya menjaga pola makan ditanamkan pada atlet selama pemusatan latihan, dengan integrasi metode self-help agar atlet dapat menjaga pola makan secara mandiri ketika tim tidak hadir. Dalam keseluruhan, pendampingan yang dilakukan tim berhasil membantu sebagian besar atlet untuk mencapai berat badan yang sesuai dan siap mengikuti kompetisi. Penting untuk memprioritaskan gaya hidup sehat dan keseimbangan antara latihan, istirahat, dan pola makan untuk mendukung kesehatan dan performa olahraga yang optimal.
