Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kompetensi siswa dalam subyek pembangunan motor melalui media film animasi. Percobaan dilakukan menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan. Desain penelitian ini terdiri dari empat komponen yang saling terkait: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi pada setiap siklus. Tindakan dalam penelitian ini meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam subyek dari perkembangan motorik melalui media film animasi. Berdasarkan analisis dan refleksi pada siklus tindakan yang telah dilaksanakan maka diperoleh kesimpulan berikut: (1) Penggunaan media film animasi dapat mengoptimalkan kompetensi siswa dalam mata pelajaran perkembangan motorik, (2) meningkatkan antusiasme dan ketertarikan siswa dalam belajar perkembangan motorik, (3) Siswa memperoleh kepuasan setelah menghadiri perkembangan motorik belajar.Kata Kunci: kompetensi mahasiswa; perkembangan motorik; film animasi This research aims to optimize the student competence in the subject of motor development through the medium of film animation. Abstract

Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian utama di dunia. Kurangnya aktivitas fisik dapat meningkatkan risiko penyakit ini. Meskipun telah banyak penelitian yang menyelidiki tentang hubungan aktivitas fisik dan faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler, hanya terdapat beberapa penelitian di Indonesia yang menelaah tentang peran aktivitas fisik dalam perkembangan penyakit kardiovaskuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang tingkat aktivitas fisik dan menyelidiki hubungannya dengan faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler pada karyawan kantor di lingkungan Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian potong lintang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Data level aktivitas fisik diperoleh dari International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Sedangkan faktor-faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler (gula darah, kolesterol, tekanan darah, lingkar pinggang, dan IMT) diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa level aktivitas fisik karyawan berkategori Rendah sebesar 6.82%, Sedang sebesar 72.73%, dan Tinggi sebesar 20.45%. Berdasarkan uji Pearson Correlation, tekanan darah baik sistolik dan diastolik mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan level aktivitas fisik. Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara level aktivitas fisik dengan faktor risiko lainnya dalam penelitian ini. Secara umum penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa level aktivitas fisik karyawan di lingkungan UNS adalah berkategori sedang, dan tekanan darah mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan aktivitas fisik. Physical activity level and cardiovascular risk factors among university employees AbstractNoncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) are one of the leading deaths in the world. Insufficiency of physical activity (PA) escalate the risk of NCDs. Although the reports of the studies investigating the relationship between PA and cardiovascular risk factors are abundance, only a few studies in Indonesia examined the role of PA in the development of cardiovascular diseases. The aim of this study was to describe the level of PA and investigate the relationships between PA and cardiovascular risk factors among UNS employees. This was a cross sectional study with a sample of 44 university employees. PA level was assessed using IPAQ. Meanwhile cardiovascular risk factors such as plasma glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, waist circumference, and BMI were measured using an appropriate tool for each measure. The results revealed that participants with low level of PA (6.82%), moderate category (72.73%), and high category (20.45%). Pearson Correlation analysis showed blood pressure both systolic and diastolic had a significant association with PA level. There was no a significant association between PA level and others cardiovascular risk factors in this research. Generally, this study exhibited the level of PA among UNS employees in the moderate category, and blood pressure had a significant association with PA.

Abstract

This correlational study aims to determine the relationship between speed and agility on the football playing skills of young players. The sample consisted of 109 players with a mean age of 11.4 years. The sample had an average body weight of 38.5 kg, with a height of 148 cm. The sample had at least 3 months of practice experience in football school. It was conducted by first determining the speed of the players through a 40 m running test. Second, agility was measured a shuttle run test, while the basic football skills were measured using the David Lee skill test. The results showed that there was a relationship between speed, agility, and the football skills of the young players. This proves that football skills alone may not be able to describe the entire performance of players, as speed and agility are also important factors. Therefore, football coaches for young players are expected to pay attention to these factors as supporting components in improving player performance.

Abstract

Dasar pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Penjas Adaptif guru PJOK di SLB masih kurang, karena banyak diantara mereka yang berlatar belakang guru kelas. Sehingga kompetensi profesi sebagai guru PJOK kurang terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesinalisme guru PJOK di SLB Cabang Dinas Wilayah VII melalui pendampingan permainan adaptif keterampilan gerak dasar. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode pembimbingan berupa peningkatan pemahaman kepada para guru SLB tentang aktivitas fisik yang tepat untuk ABK dan manfaatnya, pelatihan berupa penayangan video pembelajaran permainan adaptif keterampilan gerak dasar untuk anak tunagrahita, dan pendampingan berupa pemantauan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komunikasi seperti aplikasi whatsapp (WA), video conference (google meet), dan email. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini adalah kompetensi guru PJOK di SLB Cabang Dinas Wilayah VII dapat dikatakan meningkat, karena mereka semakin menguasai materi permainan adaptif keterampilan gerak dasar. Salah satu indikator kompetensi profesi seorang guru adalah menguasai materi pelajaran selain kompetensi pedagogi, sosial dan kepribadian. Akhirnya, melalui kegiatan ini profesionalisme guru PJOK di SLB Cabang Dinas Wilayah VII bertambah baik.Kata Kunci: penjas adaptif, permainan adaptif, profesionalisme guru PJOK, keterampilan gerak dasar, tunagrahita

Abstract

Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang manfaat melakukan aktivitas fisik bagi kesehatan tubuh sudah cukup baik. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang aktivitas fisik yang sesuai dengan kondisi tertentu seperti pada penyandang cerebral palsy (CP). Utamanya orang tua dan guru merasa takut untuk mendampingi anaknya untuk beraktivitas fisik. Biasanya, orang tua mengunjungi seorang terapis untuk memberikan kesempatan bergerak kepada anaknya dengan biaya yang tidak murah. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan orang tua dan guru tentang aktivitas fisik yang sesuai dengan anak CP. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu sosialisasi berupa penyampaian materi tentang fungsi gerak dan latihan dasar kekuatan serta cara mengukur kekuatan, pelatihan berupa praktik latihan-latihan kekuatan sederhana, dan pendampingan berupa praktik melatih anak-anak CP di rumah masing-masing dengan dipantau tim pengabdi melalui Whatsapp Group. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua dan guru tentang aktivitas fisik dan manfaatnya pada anak CP sebesar 29%. Selain itu, peningkatan kekuatan genggaman pada anak-anak mengindikasikan bahwa pendampingan latihan yang dilakukan orang tua berhasil dengan baik.

Abstract

This research was based on the unked development of sports in Sambi Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency, which was reviewed from the Sport Development Index (SDI). In SDI itself there are 4 indicators that are used as a tool to help how sports development in Sambi District Boyolali Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the availability of open space in Sambi Subdistrict (2) the availability of human resources in Sambi Subdistrict (3) the level of community participation in exercising in Sambi Subdistrict (4) the physical fitness level of the community of Sambi Subdistrict so that later known sports development index (SDI) in Sambi Subdistrict. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The approach used in this research is survey. The sample of this study amounted to 90 people who were distinguished into 3 age categories, namely children 7-12 years old, teenagers 13-17 years old, and young 18-40 years taken from 3 different villages in the district of Sambi which is representative of Catur Village, Sambi Village, and Canden Village. The collection of areas from cluster 3 villages is based on SDI guidelines where the 3 villages represent low, medium, advanced categories. Instrument test used in the form of questionnaires and Multi Stage Fitness Test (MFT). The results of this study are (1) the availability of open space in the district of Sambi Sudan is quite good and in the index of open space 0.726, (2) The availability of human resources in Sambi sub-district is relatively low with an index of 0.0024, (3) the index of community participation in exercising is quite good in view of the participation index of 0.522, (4) physical fitness of the community wilaah Sambi district gets an index of 0.292 which is in the low category. The conclusion of this study is the SDI index which includes Physical Fitness, Human Resources, Open Space Sports, Sports Participation in Sambi District of 0.385, and if seen from the norms of SDI, Sambi district is still classified in the low category.

Abstract

The learning and teaching process of adaptive physical education subject in SLB A or special school A in Surakarta (SLB Negeri Surakarta and SLB A YKAB Surakarta) have faced several obstacles such as the education background of the physical education teachers which are special education background not the physical education background, teachers are still unable to pay attention to the students entirely and to the aspects included in learning implementation, the lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, adaptive physical education learning that generalizes various types of disabilities, and the inactivity of students in participating in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to discover the implementation of adaptive physical education learning process in SLB A in Surakarta. This study used quantitative method. The approach used in this study was descriptive approach and the research method used was survey method with data collecting technique of observation, questionnaire, and document study. The collecting technique used by the author was by including all of the study’s subjects as the respondents. The collected data was analyzed and tested its validity using triangulation data and triangulation method. The result of this study shows that the Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Learning in SLB A in Surakarta in the Academic Year of 2019/2020 is lacking based on its influenced factors. Therefore, it is necessary to review and improve the policies in the adaptive physical education learning for visual impaired students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes passing under football using learning aids on students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta academic year 2017/2018.This research is a classroom action research (PTK). Implemented in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The subjects of the study were students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta, amounting to 19 students consisting of 19 students son. Data source came from teachers, students and researchers. Data collection techniques are by observation and documentation or archive. Data validity test using triangulation valuation technique. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive technique using percentage technique to see trends that occur in learning activities.The results of data analysis can be submitted as follows: learning outcomes passing under the soccer of students on Cycle I of 19 students the percentage completeness 68.42% or as many as 13 students have entered the criteria complete and in Cycle II increased to 84.21% or as many as 16 students while 3 other students have not completed with KKM 75, while the target of completeness set by the researcher is 80%.The conclusion of this research is with the application of learning aids can improve learning outcomes passing under football in students of class XI Automotive 2 SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar renang gaya punggung pada mahasiswa penjaskesrek dengan menggunakan media video modeling dan pemberian feed-back training.Metode penelitian ini, menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Prosedur penelitian berbentuk siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpalan data melalui lembar observasi dan tes. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar observasi penelitian sedangkan untuk mengetahui kualitas hasil belajar mahasiswa digunakan tes praktek dan teori tes renang gaya punggug.Peneltian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan video modeling dan pemberian video feedback training dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar renang gaya punggung pada mahasiswa penjaskesrek.
