Abstract

Usaha untuk memberdayakan masyarakat agar mereka lebih kreatif dan produktif untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup gencar digaungkan oleh pemerintah. Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan proses pembangunan dengan inisiatif dari masyarakat untuk memulai kegiatan dalam upaya memperbaiki situasi dan kondisi yang dihadapi. Relawan adalah sebuah aktivitas yang dilakukan secara mandiri oleh personal maupun kelompok yang didasari atas kemauan sendiri untuk membantu   sesama yang membutuhkan pada saat keadaan darurat atau bencana. Di luar kegiatan Search and Rescue (SAR), relawan tidak memiliki aktivitas lain yang produktif, untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Diving Skill’s Coaching adalah salah satu upaya untuk memberdayakan para relawan dengan membekali mereka keterampilan menyelam.  Keterampilan tersebut dapat mendukung profesionalismenya sebagai relawan SAR, sekaligus mereka dapat memanfaatkannya dalam berbagai aktivitas lain yang bersifat produktif seperti sebagai life guard, pemandu wisata baik wisata pantai, sungai atau waduk, dan pekerjaan yang lain yang menuntut skillls tersebut. Diving Skill Coaching efforts to empower search and rescue volunteers in surakarta Abstract                                                               Efforts to empower the community to be more creative and productive to improve the standard of living of the people are intensively carried out by the government. Community Empowerment is a development process with the initiative of the community to start activities in an effort to improve the situations and conditions encountered. Volunteers are activities that are carried out independently by individuals or groups based on their own desire to help others who are in need during emergencies or disasters. Outside Search and Rescue (SAR) activities, volunteers do not have other productive activities, to improve their welfare. Diving Skills Training is one of the efforts to empower volunteers by providing their diving skills. These skills can support their professionalism as SAR volunteers, while they can utilize them in various other productive activities such as life guards, tour guides, beach, river or reservoir tours, and other occupations that demand these skills.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to gain deep knowledge about the benefit of co-curricular program both team sport and individual sport and to find out the influencing factors in following co-curricular activity, as social skill reinforcement for intern students, so concept and strategy are acquired to create Human Resources who are professional, healthy physically and mentally to face the era of revolution 4.0. The study result shows that implementation of co-curricular in campus greatly affects student’s learning system when they do on -the- job training in apprentice location. Students can find new things that occur in social interaction such as relation among students, student with mentor, student with employee in apprentice place or inside campus so students have more ethics in learning and in daily social intercourse. The obstacles among others are students do not get mentor in campus who has guidance skill profession, mentor who has trouble to equalize problem with material and time limitation, infrastructure which is less conducive in the process of co-curricular program implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between 5K long distance running on the Tartan track and the Asphalt Highway on the risk of injury to the Men’s Athlete Club of Dragon Athletics and Pandawa Salatiga. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using an ex post facto approach in which data taken on respondents based on events that have been experienced before. The number of samples was 14 Men’s Athlete of Pandawa Club and 10 Men’s Athlete of Dragon Salatiga Club. The total number of samples was 34 athletes and samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using Triangulation techniques, namely questionnaire or questionnaire, interviews and documentation. The validity of the questionnaire test or questionnaire was carried out and agreed upon by experts in the field of running injuries and linguists (Expert Judgment) and the hypothesis was tested using the Chi Square test with SPSS. Observation was carried out for four weeks by taking data through questionnaires and interviews by researchers to respondents or research samples namely athletes and trainers. The results of this study indicate that the asphalt highway running track has a higher risk of injury than running on the tartan track. Asphalt highway has a hard structure on the surface, when running footstool meets a hard surface so this will cause the risk of injury to the foot such as archilles tendinitis injuries where large tendon muscles behind the ankles that connect the calf muscles to the heel bones experience irritation or inflammation. Knowing the risk of injury that occurs in certain types of trajectories can help athletes and coaches in designing training programs and minimize injury.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover: 1) the difference in the effect of internal imagery and external imagery on the forehand serve accuracy of the PTM Dwi Bengawan Solo players, 2) the difference in the effect of high concentration and low concentration on the forehand serve accuracy of Junior Table Tennis Athletes in Sukoahrjo, and 3) the interaction between training methods and concentration on the forehand serve accuracy of the Junior Table Tennis Athletes in Sukoharjo. This is an experimental research. The research samples were determined by using total sampling technique, while the total samples and population were 24 junior athletes in PTM Dwi Bengawan Solo. The data were collected using: 1) concentration test of PTM Dwi Bengawan Solo players and 2) forehand serve pretest. The research instrument included 2 tests, namely the forehand serve accuracy test with validity (0.809) and reliability (0.988). The concentration test with validity (0.89) and reliability (0.803). The data were analyzed using the two-way ANOVA with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant difference between internal imagery and external imagery training (p = 0.000 <0.05), so the internal imagery training method was better than external imagery. 2) There was a difference between players who had high concentration and low concentration (p = 0.000 < 0.05), so players who had high concentration were better than those who had low concentration. 3) There was an interaction between internal imagery and external imagery as well as high and low concentrations (p = 0.047 <0.05). Players who had high concentration would perform better if trained with internal imagery, while players who had low concentration would be better if trained with external imagery.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar pencak silat Siswa Kelas VIII A SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen yang berjumlah 25 siswa yang terdiri dari 25 siswa putra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari guru, siswa dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi atau arsip berupa foto. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik persentase.Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar teknik dasar pencak silat dari Pra Tindakan ke Siklus I dan dari Siklus I ke Siklus II. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pencapaian hasil belajar Pra Tindakan hasil belajar teknik dasar pencak silat siswa yang tuntas sebesar 40% dan tidak tuntas sebesar 60% dengan rincian jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 10 siswa dan tidak tuntas adalah 15 siswa. Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas mencapai 68% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 17 siswa. Sedangkan pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas mencapai 88% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 22 siswa. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan media Audio Visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar pencak silat siswa kelas VIII A SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen tahun ajaran 2016/2017.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1). To find out whether there is an influence "Teaching Games for Understanding Models" in physical Education on the character of the responsibility of fourth grade elementary school students. (2). To find out how much influence the "Teaching Games for Understanding Model" at physical education learning on understanding the Responsibility Attitude of fourth grade children in elementary school. This type of research uses the quasi experiment method in the form of pretest-posttes non equivalent control-group design.The research subjects used in this study were fourth grade students of Klumprit 3 Mojolaban Elementary School. Sukoharjo The size of the study subjects was 27 students. The technique of collecting data is using questionnaire responsibility that has been developed from Don Hellison (1995) through a valid and reliable question instrument with Cronbach's Alpha: 0.921. The data analysis technique used in this study used the Wilcoxon difference test to see the gain score of the pretest and posttest. The results of data analysis can be concluded that: (1). There is a significant effect between the Application of the TGfU Learning Model to the Responsibility of 4th grade elementary school students. It is obtained that the calculated Z value for the TGfU Learning Model is -4,543 with a significance value of 0,000 because the significance value is lower than 0.05, the null hypothesis number is rejected, from the research conducted, the hypothesis is accepted. (2).From the description of the data it was seen that the average pre test results of 50.9630 and post tets were 67.4815, thus there was an increase in the influence of the application of the TGfU model on student Responsibility by 16, 52.

Abstract

The male student of futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 1 Rejoso in 2020 experienced an average quality decrease after playing over 17 minutes on the second round of the game so the researcher suspected that it was related to the aerobic endurance possessed by students. Besides aerobic endurance, the nutrition adequancy level of each futsal extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 1 Rejoso also have differences, starting from age, weight and height. The results of the observation conducted by researcher with extracurricular trainers, the researcher wants to correlate the nutrition adequancy level with the aerobic endurance of each student. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with correlational techniques using 2 variables, the nutrition adequancy level and aerobic endurance. The population in this study were 15 students. The Body Mass Index (BMI) used to determine the nutrition adequancy level of students, while Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) used to determine the aerobic endurance. The research was conducted in 2 repetitions. The results of the research are tested for reliability test, normality test and correlation test. The results showed that there is no significant correlation between the nutritional adequancy level and aerobic endurance of male students’ futsal extracurricular at SMA Negeri 1 Rejoso in 2020. Value (- 0,229) < (0,514) or p (sig) 0,413 > 0,05. There is other factor related to aerobic endurance such as aerobic exercise training factor.

Abstract

Terbatasnya jumlah pemain kategori pemula sebagai pelapis pemain kategori kadet dan senior perlu segera diatasi dengan menambah kuantitas calon pemain yang potensial dan sesuai dengan keberadaannya. Pemain kategori pemula diperlukan penyiapan sedini mungkin dengan menggunakan pendekatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi keolahragaan. Penyiapan pemain secara tepat masih banyak kendala yang dihadapi utamanya adalah belum tersedianya baterai tes di cabang tenis meja untuk kategori pemula.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran fisik pemain tenis meja tingkat pemula. Tes dan pengukuran meliputi: a). Tes antropometrik, yaitu: (1) tinggi badan, (2) rentang lengan, (3) panjang tungkai. b). Tes kemampuan fisik, terdiri: (1) Koordinasi mata tangan, (2) Hand reaction test, (3) Kelentukan: flexcion of thrunk, (5 ) sit and reast, (6) kecepatan lari: 20 m, (7) kelincahan: shuttle run, (8) keseimbangan: stok stand test, power otot tungkai: (9) standing broad jumps, (10) vertical power jumps, (11) power otot lengan: lempar bola medicen, (12) kekuatan: sit-up, (13) daya tahan kardiovaskuler: lari 1200 m. Subyek penelitian: peserta tenis meja kategori pemula (usia 10 – 12 tahun) yang tercatat sebagai pemain pada klub tenis meja di Kota Surakarta dan telah mengikuti latihan di masing-masing klub sekurangnya 2 tahun.Hasil penelitian tes dan pengukuran fisik tenis meja kategori pemula dari sejumlah 15 item tes memiliki rata-rata reliabilitas tes tinggi yaitu 0,87 dan validitas tes 0,89 untuk peserta kategori putra. Sedangkan untuk peserta kategori putri diperoleh rata-rata reliabilita tes 0, 85 dan validitas tes 0,88. Baterai tes fisik pemain tenis meja kelompok pemula untuk putra maupun putri urutan tesnya meliputi: Kecepatan reaksi tangan; Tes lempar tangkap bola tenis; Shuttle run; Kecepatan lari 20 m; Lari 1200 m.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Hypnotherapy Direct Suggestion technique and Hypnotherapy Regression technique on the stress level of male and female athletes of martial arts in Ngawi Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as to find out the difference in the better influence between Hypnotherapy Direct Suggestion technique and Regression technique on the stress level of male athletes and martial arts female athletes in Ngawi Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a study using quantitative methods with comparative study techniques. Comparative Research is a study conducted to find out whether two or more of the two groups there are differences in the aspects or variables studied. The results showed that the influence of Hypnotherapy direct suggestion technique and hypnotherapy regression technique on the stress level of male and female athletes of martial arts in Ngawi Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as a better influence of Hypnotherapy Direct Suggestion technique and compared to Regression technique on the stress level of male athletes and martial arts female athletes in Ngawi Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis star excursion balance test untuk pengukuran fungsional ankle menggunakan elastic resistance band dan wobble board pada pemain futsal. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan individu yang aktif berolahraga dan pernah atau sedang mengalami cedera ankle lebih dari 1 kali yang berjumlah 10 orang. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran yaitu menggunakan tes  star excursion balance test. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Rerata nilai SEBT awal dan akhir kelompok I yaitu 81,41 ±  7,05 dan 94,41 ±  8,30. Rerata nilai SEBT awal dan akhir kelompok II yaitu 88,28 ±  11,38  dan 99,01 ±  9,70. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada peningkatan rerata pada kelompok test. Maka perlu adanya latihan menggunakan elastic resistance band dan wobble board pada pemain futsal. Karena fleksibilitas memiliki manfaat mengurangi rasa sakit, menurunkan risiko dan penyembuhan cedera, meningkatkan kemampuan bergerak secara bebas dan mudah, serta meningkatkan performa olahraga.
