Abstract

Metode Bayes dan Fungsi Utilitas adalah dua metode yang menggunakankonsep pay-off dalam pengambilan keputusan namun dengan konsep pemahamanpay-off yang berbeda. Jika metode Bayes menggunakan konsep pay-off dengan dasarnilai ekspektasi, sedangkan fungsi utilitas menggantikan konsep pay-off dengan nilaiekspektasi utilitas yang menyatakan preferensi seseorang atas setiap alternatif yangtersedia dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam pemilihan alternatif untuk suatu halkeputusan, nilai ekspektasi pay-off terbesar (dalam metode Bayes) dan nilai ekspektasi utilitas terbesar (dalam Fungsi Utilitas), yang dipilih untuk mendapatkan hasilsesuai yang diharapkan, namun hal ini dapat berubah sesuai tujuan pengambilankeputusan seperti dalam kasus memperkecil kerugian, maka nilai ekspektasi payoff terkecil (dalam metode Bayes) dan nilai ekspektasi utilitas terkecil yang dipilihuntuk memperoleh keputusan terbaik.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang timbul di dunia industri khususnya dalam membuatkeputusan terhadap jumlah produksi seringkali melibatkan berbagai hal yangtidak pasti, misalnya permintaan pasar dan persediaan barang. Dalam tulisan inidilakukan analisis terhadap perencanaan jumlah produksi mie instan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani. Penyelesaian analisis ini selanjutnya denganmenggunakan bantuan software Matlab. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perbandingannilai MPE (Mean Percentage Error) dan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error)jumlah produksi Mamdani dengan Forecasting perusahaan menunjukkan bahwametode Fuzzy Mamdani dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu penentuan keputusanperencanaan jumlah produksi mie instan di PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur,Tbk.

Abstract

Quality control is the application of a statistical model of quality control to collect and analyze data to evaluate and monitor production results. Melia Frame Calligraphy is an agent and manufacturer of frames or frame bars and finished frameworks made from fiber and wood. The best-selling product is the wall display. Although wall displays are in high demand, they are also the most returned products due to defects since 2023. Based on observation data, it is calculated that the product defect data is quite high, with an average total of 34 defects per day. This study aims to detect the quality of wall display products with  (Mahalanobis Distance) and  Hotelling control charts at Melia Frame Calligraphy Trade Business. The results of this study found that the product experienced the most defects in October 2023 with a total defective product of 1009 units. By using the control diagram, 20 observations out of a total of 75 observations are outside the control limits, then by using the control diagram, 2 observations out of a total of 75 observations are outside the control limits. This shows that the wall display production process is not yet under control. These observations show that the  (Mahalanobis Distance) control chart has more sensitive control limits than the  Hotelling control chart control limits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan metode peramalan terbaik dalam memprediksi inflasi di Indonesia dengan membandingkan metode ARIMA dan Double Exponential Smoothing dari Brown. Data yang digunakan adalah data inflasi di Indonesia selama 8 tahun, mulai dari Januari 2014 sampai Desember 2021. Data yang akan diolah adalah data pada periode Januari 2014 sampai September 2021, sedangkan data lainnya akan digunakan untuk melihat deviasi pada peramalan. Analisis dilakukan terhadap pola data inflasi, horizon waktu peramalan, tingkat akurasi, serta penggunaan dari masing-masing metode. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa data inflasi yang digunakan mengandung pola trend menurun. Selain itu, periode hasil prediksi dari kedua metode tersebut paling efektif dalam melakukan peramalan jangka pendek (kurang dari 3 bulan). Hasil prediksi inflasi menggunakan metode ARIMA memperoleh MAPE sebesar 15,163%. Sedangkan hasil prediksi inflasi menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing dari Brown memperoleh MAPE sebesar 5,068132%. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh yaitu metode Double Exponential Smoothing dari Brown lebih baik digunakan untuk peramalan jangka pendek inflasi di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan metode ARIMA karena menghasilkan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) yang lebih kecil serta memiliki waktu komputasi yang lebih cepat dibandingkan ARIMA.

Abstract

The method Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) aims to measure the relationship between consumer perceptions and priorities for improving the quality of services/products which is also known as quadrant analysis. In improving the quality of service to give satisfaction to the consumer the State Savings Bank Branch Office (KCP) Simalingkar Terrain require businesses to meet the expectations of customers, so that customers gain satisfaction with the services provided State Savings Bank KCP Simalingkar Medan. To find out how the level of customer satisfaction with service quality at the State Savings Bank KCP Simalingkar Medan, customer satisfaction was measured using the method Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). There are 25 valid attributes that are asked to customers who use the services of the State Savings Bank. The value of the highest level of service quality compliance is 98.53%, namely the security and confidentiality of customer data. The suitability value from the results of the comparison between performance and interest obtained an average value of 95.70% so that it can be concluded as a whole that the attribute is included in the appropriate category if the value of the level of conformity is close to 100% and is above the average, it can be said that the level of quality conformity The services of the State Savings Bank of KCP Simalingkar Medan are good.
