Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this article is to find out the validity the GO-FOOD cooperation agreement between PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa with Sego Sambel Iwak Pe Restaurant branch Undip Semarang, with provisions of the Agreement / Contract Law in the Civil Code. Legal writing in this research is empirical legal research approach, which was initially done by researching secondary data and subsequently researching the primary data in the field and the society. Data collection tool by interviewing the owner of Sego Sambel Iwak Pe Restaurant branch Undip Semarang. The results of the article revealed that the validity of the GO-FOOD cooperation agreement was in accordance with the legal requirements of Article 1320 Civil Code and was in the form of an electronic contract and a type of partnership agreement which is not contained in Book III of the Civil Code. However, book III of the Civil Code adopts an open system.Keyword: Food Ordering and Delivery Services; Validity; Electronic Contract AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keabsahan perjanjian kerjasama GO-FOOD antara PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa dengan Rumah Makan Sego Sambel Iwak Pe Cabang Undip Semarang dengan ketentuan Hukum Perjanjian/Kontrak dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata. Penulisan hukum dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian hukum empiris, yaitu penelitian yang berawal dari meneliti data sekunder dilanjutkan dengan penelitian data primer di lapangan, atau masyarakat. Alat pengumpul data dengan wawancara kepada pemilik rumah makan Sego Sambel Iwak Pe Cabang Undip Semarang. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa keabsahan perjanjian kerjasama tersebut telah sesuai dengan unsur syarat sahnya perjanjian pasal 1320 KUH Perdata serta perjanjian tersebut berbentuk kontrak elektronik dan merupakan jenis perjanjian kemitraan yang tidak terdapat dalam buku III KUH Perdata. Namun, buku III KUH Perdata juga menganut sistem terbuka. Kata Kunci : Jasa Layanan Pemesanan dan Pengantaran Makanan; Keabsahan; Kontrak Elektronik

Abstract

This study was carried out because of awareness of the importance of innovative and creative learning to overcome obstacles to students' understanding and learning outcomes in magnetic material. With the need for more innovative and creative learning strategies, the author wants to compare the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model and the Inquiry learning model on concept mastery and improving student learning outcomes regarding magnetism material. This abstract discusses the comparison of the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PjBL) and Inquiry learning models in mastering concepts and improving student learning outcomes in the context of magnetic material. This research uses the Content Analysis method where the author analyzes several journals which contain two different learning models. The research results show that the two learning models make a positive contribution to students' understanding of concepts and learning outcomes. However, comparative analysis of learning outcomes shows that there is a significant difference between the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model and the Inquiry learning model. The impact of this learning method can help develop more appropriate learning strategies in teaching magnetism material in educational environments.
